That's cause your internet isn't fast enough to load it all (too much bandwidth being used) or you're in compatibility mode.

It's not about your internet speed itself but how much you are using at that time.. If you're multitasking, downloading and whatnot, your bandwidth can only support so much and doesn't fully load the page. Also, I think you meant 5mbps, not 5gb.

Disabling Mobile View

On the sense roms there is an option in the browser to disable viewing of mobile versions of websites.
However i am using a Froyo rom and even on Cyanogen there is no longer an option to do this. It forces the mobile version on you. I even tried Opera which has the option but it doesn't work in that for me.
And yes it is for porn.
Please help me view my porn. The sites i have tried all force you to a mobile version where you must pay. When they are free!
How about setting it not to accept cookies? Maybe a cookie is telling the sites you are on a mobile.
It's just a guess though as I wouldn't admit to using porn
Lmao... dirty beggers

I wonder if the phone is on vibrate while this porn is being viewed.
Hmm not a bad idea!
Type about:debug on address bar. Then go to settings > UAString > change to desktop and have fun!

I tried it. Type that stuff into the address bar, then press the menu button then settings. The settings list is expanded and includes a load of options. One of them is to change the mobile view setting. UAstring.

It works for both Froyo browser and stock browser. After entering about:debug, go to menu> settings as mentioned above.

Go to Settings - Time & Date and tick Network Time or something. If it's already ticket, try untick it.
Seems strange that a 'time error' is stopping you to download the data.
Did you manually set the time when you set your phone up?

it happens to me too, with my pc at home and the one at office. I guess the problem is under investigation and they will solve it quickly.
And now it's happening to me too (chrome). Go figure.
On which pages do you see this happening? Does it always happen on the same page or on different pages?

Always the profile page for me.. when it reloads its takes very long time to finish loading even though my network is fine and the first load of that page was fine too..
Its like right after it finishes loading first time, it starts reloading again unless you hit esc button..
Still if you hit esc button before quick links drop menu won't open...
I'm on 2013 beta.. happens with default gb stock browser.. chrome latest in windows...

Also make sure you don't have NoScript installed or you have whitelisted *.xda-developers.com.

3rd Update Found it! For the normal Dolphin Browser that you can download from the playstore right now, the file that needs to be deleted is:
data/data/mobi.mgeek.TunnyBrowser/shared_prefs/mobi.mgeek.TunnyBrowser_preferences.xml
When I deleted this and restarted Dolphin Browser then it went from "Off" to "Always On"

Have you guys found any reliable download accelerator?

Like Internet Download Manager for desktop, is there anything like that for Android, reliable, fast, has the option to pause/resume files, multi threaded and all?
I have found one version of IDM (1.0), however I don't think it's an official one, it has been pulled down from Play anyway. Also there is Loader Droid, but it doesn't provide a stable pause-resume option. There is also Advanced Download Manager, Download Manager for Android and so on...
If you guys have found something good, please share here.
Thanks in advance.

Download managers were only really useful in dial up and early DSL days when you needed big files, lots of filesor combination of both. Really not necessary these days unless you're a download fiend.
