[Q] cant connect to pc anymore?

hy everyone just a few day i update xperia ray with ics. after update i cant connect to laptop. i tried with all my friends pc as same problem cant connect .i tried with factory reset also same problem . i want to downgrade to gb but i cant connect to pc. help plz thanks[/B]

Well I believed the ray is part of a different branch then the Zeus,zeusc,and phoenix line of SoC....so if you flashed a ROM for a play on your ray you might be toast...P.S. it would probably help if you posted this in the appropriate forum

[Q] Help me, my Xperia S cannot detect by PC

Dear all,
My Xperia S cannot detect by PC, even I called to Sony service centre, they also cannot help me over the phone and ask me send to repair. The problem is this phone are old and not worth for repair.
This phone detect new software update (currently is 2.3.7) but need to use USB with PC companion. I suspect the phone USB port got problem, although still can use it to charge battery but windows OS cannot detect and install driver on it. Tried few PC also the same.
My question is, is there a way I can download the firmware and I using wifi transfer the firmware to phone and flash from the phone itself ? (I manage to download firmware - LT26_6.1.A.2.55_CE.ftf but it need USB connection to flash it)
Appreciate for whoever can help me here. TQ so much.

do what @Ben36 says and use flashtool and flash the FTF that you have downloaded

Already try different cable...still the same..

it's a common gingerbread problem, just use flashtool

I flashed my phone XM dual c2005 to 4.2.2 by this thread (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2697277)
and Does not have any problems during the flashing
but after flashing finished I disconnect the phone from computer and turn power on/off to run
but But standing at the colored waves after word (xperia)
and don't run
i flashed rom indonesia

Flash 4.2 with all wipes, reboot, and just wait. First boot will take a long while

Bro try flashing again with a different rom (may be the one you downloaded is corrupt download) , So download a new ftf and try flashing or pull out battery & insert again and those waves after xperia logo will take a lot of time for the first time so just keep waiting . .I am posting a youtube link for flashing if you need any help

I could not turn on a cell phone, it is completely dead
I need help please!
I have a month "sony xperia M Dual C2005". I made a root cell phone with applications to complete the rooting process, go to the Play Store and install the app supers and Busybox. everything was ok. but a few days ago when I restarted ... I could not turn on a cell phone, it is completely dead ... does not respond to the USB connection, the computer does not see the cell phone, so it can not flash, can not really do anything.
Please Help !!!
Symptoms:
No power on, No Flash mode, no fastboot, no leds or vibrations at all.
I tried to get his cell phone previously made backup with the program Sony PC Companion 2.1 or using this program to fix a cell phone but the problem is that the program does not see mobile phone!

Change your phone battery and Try
If still your problem exist means go to sony service centre

actually...ur phone is dead....it really rare..but sry for u..
there are some fix for that in samsung..but in sony i didnt seen the fix...
try researching or goto service center
for samsung see here..if u want ,ask the author how to do it in sony

Thank you all for your help. you were right, the phone was dead, I got a new one from the store where I bought it....:laugh:

Problem has been reported also, try re-insatlling device drivers...check this post

my micromax android one sprout 4 device got fully bricked :crying: (dnt know the reason). i tried to flash stock rom through sp tool, the rom got installled sucessfully but also my phone doesn't turn on . also have problem in usb that, when im connecting usb, it keeps on connecting and disconnection . please help me:cyclops:. whatsapp-9751026364

Change the USB cable or check the SP tools drivers is it installed properly or not ?

Stay connected with ur PC and try to flash ROM, do not disconnect ur phone until ur ROM get flashed...
Then u r good to go..??
