Hi, i just got a new Optimus G and sometimes without any reason the phones reboots. I did a factory restore but nothing. Any ideas about this problem???? Thanks
if you just got the phone and haven't done any modifications to it but it is not stable, i'd suggest an exchange/return with the seller.
It seems to be working ok after a factory reset i tried. I will wait for a day or two to see how it goes and then back to LG.
I need help....

Dear Sir,
I am Md. Mahbub Hossain from Dhaka, BANGLADESH.
On last 28th March, 2014, I was in China, I bought a LG-F180L (KOREAN) (E975 as European) Mobile Phone. It was running well.
While I was in my Hotel, I logon to Hotel's WiFi and in my Mobile Phone I got Update (OS) Notice. After I Update, in my Mobile phone "Scanning Media Files" running all the time. I can not access Camera, I can not Access any other programs as it says "you have no free space". It shows my Storage 0.00KB. But when I go to "APPs", it shows 25GB Free. But except this, every where it says or shows "no free space". I can not use my Phone from that time.
I rebooted so many times, I done "Factory Reset" so many times, I have done the "Hard Reset" so many times, but nothing happens.
Few days ago I changed the OS with Singaporian ".kdz" (now my phone shows Model E975, in stead of F180L), but still the problem remains. Then I Upgrade by LG Tools and it returned me to "LG-F180L" with "Android Version : 4.1.2" , Baseband Version : APQ8064/MDM9x15M , Kernel Version : 3.4.0 , Build Number : JZO54K , Software Version : F180L20t . But still I m facing the same problem "Scanning Media Files", and no access to Camera, and so many other programs. As it still shows 0.0MB Storage, but in "Apps" it shows 25GB free.
When I connect with PC, it shows the "Internal Storage is 0.00KB". No access to internal storage.
Will you help me...... PLEASE......

Hi guys,
I bought a Samsung S4 Mini (GT-I9190) from a guy. Phone looked brand new, in box with unopened accessories.
However I got a lot of 492 and internal memory errors. The phone shows that I have 32GB free space, but when I connect it to my laptop it only shows 120MB. The phone also complains than it only has 120MB of free internal space available, hence the 492 errors (I think).
After trying almost everything recommended I noticed that when I connect the phone to my laptop it shows up as "serrano3g" in Windows (8.1) file manager. After searching I discovered that the phone has been rooted with "serrano3g". I followed the instructions on "lionking853 blogspot" but the problem is that Samsung Kies v3.2.(something) does not connect to the phone, so I cannot download the drivers needed to un-root the phone.
I have setup the developer option with the "debug-usb" box checked. Also, I cannot do System Updates as it complains of a network error.
Here is some info gathered from the phone:
AP:I9190XXUAMF7
CP:I9190XXUAMF7
CSC:I9190OJVAMG2
Android Version: 4.3
Kernel Version: 3.4.0-933422 [email protected] #1 Fri Jun 21 13:30:42 KST 2013
Build Number JDQ39.I9190XXUAMF7
Custom Build Version: v.s.140918
Guys I would greatly appreciate it if someone can give me some pointers ...
Thank You
Danny

Hello.
I have just bought an Asus Zenfone 2 ZE551ML Dual Sim 4GB RAM 32GB. The problem is that the current firmware version is LRX21V.WW-ASUS_Z00A-2.14.40.19 etc... It seems that time to time i lose cellular coverage and i cant call so i wanted to installa the updates for the firmware.
I have tried to install the updated versions but if i go in Setting - About - i don't have "System Update" anywere.
I also have the application "System Update" that gives me this message : Unfortunatly, DMClient has stopped.
I went also on Asus website took the next formware version and copy that one in phone storage but i didnt got any notification for installation.
in this case what should i do ?
Thank you.
Hello everybody,
First, sorry for my english. I am actually an exchange student in Canada (Montréal) and i come from France so my english is not that good.
Secund, i have a big issue with my Asus Zenfone 2. I explain, today i was hoping to install the update wich bring Marshmallow on my smartphone, it did not come by the update system so i download it. I was also hoping that this update can correct some problem that i experience since a little fall of the phone.
(There was two problem, the time to fulfill the battery increased, it's more than 8 hours now, before in 4 hour it was done and the sim card isn t recognized anymore so it is really boring even if i don t take a canadian number yet and the computer seems to do not recognize my phone anymore (before the cache problem.)
So i downloaded the update and try to install it in the recovery but at this moment i had my first real problem, i have an error before the recovery menu. I read that i need to push alternatively the sound button and the power buton to resolve that issue (i also read that it comes from a cache problem) and indeed i arrived in the recovery. And i did here one big mistake i think. In order to don t have this error anymore, i choose to reinitiate the cache, so it begun but it was really slow and i thought that a bug occure so i pressed the power button until it stop.
Since i have an error and i can t go in the recovery anymore even if i press both of the buttons like before, i just have this error : e:/ can't mount cache/recovery/last_locale and an alternative dark screen and error image.
Thank you so much by advance,
Elanakin
Hi,
Have a strange situation with my device LG G3 D855 32G.
The device keeps on loosing connection to the sim card. In the hidden menu, when I run a basic test I see "Usim - Pass" and then switched to "Fail" back and forth.
I don't get a message that there is no sim card.
This started couple of days ago, my device crashed during Android version update and was bricked (with no download mode).
I followed this thread below after downloading LGD855AT-V10e-EUR-32G.zip (tot file).
[GUIDE][FIX][DISCUSSION] LG G3 Hard Brick Recovery.
I managed to get a download mode only after restoring also Cache, System, Userdata.
Then I used LGUP to install D85530B_Global.kdz (Marshmallow).
Anyway, now the device is installed and working but there is the sim card issue.
During the unbrick process I noticed that the Main Board is D850 while the sticker is D855 (I purchased it from an Amazon seller as new).
Also, the retail box of the device show IMEI and S/N which in a look at the internet doesn't fit but the android menu show me the IMEI on the box.
Does it mean it is refurbished?
Can it be possible to install D850 and Forge the IMEI so it will look like D855?
Can it be that the device is looked after the update and there is a SIM verification issue?
In my differential diagnosis:
1. One of the partitions didn't write well when using the BoardDiag_v2.99a tool and then LGUP.
2. SIM socket issue. which not correlate to the fact that the device is new and SIM appears and disappears constantly, even with out moving the device.
3. There is a conflict of board and android version which cause a sim verification issue.
Your input will be welcome (Technical terms are welcome)
Thank you all in advance.
Insert a 4-ply paper with SIM, for me works!
You have a faulty modem installed on your device which is giving you problems.
Try flashing Modem 21C, everything works perfectly with it for me.
Use lg g3 test point on board and force it to go in qhsusb 9008 mode.
Then use smart boot diag v1.3 and its AP_CHIP folder and select d850 model in that app and select yes and yes and yes.
It will booting. Now flash last d850 rom for your country and remember to use flash tool 2014 and cse mode. And flash the rom twice.
It will be fixed.
Hello all,
I'm in a bit of a pickle with my SWR50 that I got not long ago but as of now haven't been able to use.
As far as I've established it's got a pre-release software version on it, and not sure if that itself is the problem but I can't pair it successfully to anything and can't use it.
Tried to read up as much as I could on how I could sort this, but there's way too much info out there, too many methods because people mainly were in it to get more out of their gear, roms etc, and as I haven't had much previous experience with rom updates (unless there was some step by step, easy to follow stuff) I'm stuck.
The problem:
Pairing with phone –> phone finds watch, pairing starts
*just a minte* goes on for ~3 minutes than says: “can’t connect to the internet, swipe for options" (make sure phone has net, go to help website, retry, abort)
Then it just says Tetra BF1E – install android wear on your phone (on long press of power button I can access limited menu)
About phone:
Model: Tetra
Software Version: 4.4W
Build Number: Tetra-userdebug 4.4W KGW29E 1031 test-keys
If I try to update via Xperia Companion I eventually get a:
Startup error
"An error occurred while preparing to update your device. Device is unchanged. Try later or contact sony support"
UEGetPhoneMissingInfo
tetra 1291-6001
2.2.5.0 / Win8 64bit /wiin32 /US
Also tried factory restore from within the watch (both from menu and startup malarkey), but it didn't change anything regarding connectivity success.
Sorry for the lots of info, as a problem solver myself I like to get a good view into what's wrong & what's been tried.
All I want is to somehow upgrade to an OS that works - I don't have preferences other than I don't need anything flashy (5.1 would do), just something that offers decent battery life - I'd only use the watch to get notifications of messages, calls etc.
Any advice of what steps I should take so I can read up on them, would be appreciated!
Flash this via TWRP and after that try to restore watch from Xperia Companion
