[Q] Omega Rom - Galaxy Note II Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hi,
I just got my N7105 today and i had downloaded the V16 for N7100. Just want to double confirm on the compatibility before i flash it.. Can anyone help me with this question please?
Thanks alot...

Well what does your common sense say mate? Your device is N7105, and you've downloaded a ROM meant for N7100.

Kernel N7100 for N7105

Hi everyone.. I'm Galaxy Note 2 LTE version user from Australia..
Soo sad look in this forum less developers support gt-N7105 device..
I have tried some available N7105 using custom rom, and I think no one rom run smooth and fast like custom rom from N7100, but the mods is not bad..
I just wanna make my N7105 run faster, because I have checked the benchmark by antutu, and the result is very poor only 12000..
Is it possible to flash N7100 Kernel to my N7105 ????
And, is there any trick to make my device run faster like a normal??
Overclocking, etc...??

Interesting, unstable as in how? Reboots often?
Because other than that, I'm afraid I see no other option

Why don't you install the newest stock rom for your region?
However, if you want custom I use the Jedi x19 rom with the latest Saber kernel.
I honestly don't think any custom rom will be flawless there will always be a trade off.

Installing DN3 on N7105
I hope I won't be flamed here (maybe it's not the appropriate place for my Q) but I wonder how I can install DN3 on my N7105.
The phone is rooted (done easily with Skipsoft Toolkit) but I didn't change yet to custom rom.
Is there a link to a full guide on how to do everything, step by step, and change from rooted/stock rom to DN3?
Can I use Skipsoft toolkit, will it help?
Thanks.

DN3 is not yet on n7105 ): (flashing a n7105 modem after flashing DN3 will not work.) As ravijani have said, you'll have to wait.

[Solved]MJ5 Bootloader for N7105 ?

Hi.
My friend asked me to install custom rom on his n7105. I own n7100 and I have mj5 bootloader installed to keep warranty. Can I apply MJ5 bootloader to his N7105 or there is other safe bootloader for LTE version ? Thanks
Ok I did some research and it looks like it you don't need to flash 4.3 bootloader in order to have wifi working. Just need to install devil or agni kernel, is that right ?. All I wanna do is install dito rom on his n7105 without voiding warranty. He is still on official 4.1.2

Hi
I have a similar problem. On N7105 DN4 v2.2 LTE.
I am searching for the updated bootloader for N7105.
The ROM works fine with Agni Kernel - but all Kitkat ROMs seem to give me USSD response in Japanese/Chinese. I believe it is my BL.
Could you help, please?
Thanks.

the dn3 kitkat rom is for the n7100 which is not compatible with our device. if you see it for the n7105 it would be compatible
By what he wrote I presumed he has a T889, hence DN3 is only JB 4.3 for us.
If he has an N7100, then it's my misunderstanding.

dn3 rom spans multiple devices. n7100 and n7105 share the same forum so its easy to get them confused. I just didn't want him to flash the n7100 rom to his device if he saw the rom on their forum.
thanks
