Its framework file with some permissions files
And miui is very sensitive rom try to push it manually

Just extract the zip then go to system/framework then copy it and put in your phone in system/framework
Do it with every file of the system

delete cameradata folder and replace camera.apk from stock
download tweak package, extract and place at system/etc/init.d

nah.that picture is from Xperia S.believe me,BE:2 makes display super sharper,I tried on ICS roms,it makes super sharp as hell.
PS:
Removing screenshot cuz its kinda real horrible for me too

edit: so i tried to make it work on gingerbread...i edited updater script..and flashed it through CWM..flashing went successful.
but i didn't notice any difference in the display of phone..and i didn't find option about bravia engine anywhere..!!

BE:2 won't work on any GB rom such as stock rom and cm7 rom.its elements are made only for ICS or JB roms.since this is ported from an ICS xperia phones like Xperia Z.Try BE:1,it is also good as BE:2

I am not the creator of this mod , i have port it for the S3.
I dont think the dev will do it because it unnecessary , you can flash one of the mods and use it...
