This is Bravia engine II Ported by Rizal Lovin,I just fixed its updater-script to be work on any MDPI devices,tested on Galaxy gio and it significantly improved overall display of images and improves videos pixel rate.

Requirements
- ICS or JB(not gingerbread)
- At least 2mb free on system
- rooted
- An a brain! :cyclops:
Installation
1.Copy Bravia-II-MDPI.zip to your sdcard
2.reboot into recovery
3.Make a nandroid Backup first!
4.mount /system
5.flash Bravia-II-MDPI.zip
6.wipe caches
7.reboot phone and done!

nah.that picture is from Xperia S.believe me,BE:2 makes display super sharper,I tried on ICS roms,it makes super sharp as hell.

edit: so i tried to make it work on gingerbread...i edited updater script..and flashed it through CWM..flashing went successful.
but i didn't notice any difference in the display of phone..and i didn't find option about bravia engine anywhere..!!

BE:2 won't work on any GB rom such as stock rom and cm7 rom.its elements are made only for ICS or JB roms.since this is ported from an ICS xperia phones like Xperia Z.Try BE:1,it is also good as BE:2

not yet but will.currently running on CM7 rom,need some time to make it the difference between the non-BE2 and with BE2.

You can't.. I just modify Coolcatgethome's SGS2 JB rom. Better don't mess something different with your phone. Again, ace is mdpi, not hdpi..

Its framework file with some permissions files
And miui is very sensitive rom try to push it manually

I guess the problem MIGHT be cuz i accidentally used HellyBean's Mms app instead of cm10.1 's so it aint working on a few roms nw , will be releasing a purely cm10.1 based app, hope it works then

I am not the creator of this mod , i have port it for the S3.
I dont think the dev will do it because it unnecessary , you can flash one of the mods and use it...
