I had this problem when I had flashed to a rom for the wrong model on accident. Flashing back to stock through Odin worked for me. How did you lose your IMEI and everything?
Can any one please tell me how to restore efs from backup

Hi Mate. Can you further explain what you did here? I am currently having the same issue..I think...IMEI on the phone is different from the sticker at the back of the phone and the "Service State" under status shows "Out of Service"

Which recovery do you use? Twrp? If so, you may have already backup efs because it has efs backup option to restore your imei.

First you need to root your device if you haven't done so already . Then with root explorer or es file explorer you need to modify the file /efs/FactoryApp/factorymode on the file you will see written OFF change to ON save the file and reboot. That is All . I strongly suggest you find out the thread here and reinstall baseband file via custom recovery of your choice.

Hey guys.
My international N7100 after flashing stock rom (4.3) with odin can't register to network. IMEI isn't corrupted - still shows correct one after pushing *#06#
Please help.
Did you ever backup your efs? If not, look for a folder named 'efs' through any root explorer. Not the one you are already having under /efs.
It could be under somewhere of the sdcard. Sometimes during flashing an auto efs backed up. If you found that folder, delete entire contents of the root efs folder and paste contents of the other efs. Have a look now.

I have backup of entire rom and efs.img
Then fine, is your device rooted? If yes then through cwm restore your efs.

Of your device is rooted, you don’t need to root again.

SuperSU says that I have to make manual re-root, should I just ignore it?
Did you root before? Which cwm you are using? If your device was rooted before you flash4.3 then prob is with the efs. Install philz recovery 5.15 then from custom restore, restore the efs from your backup.
That's all.

No doubt thankfully unlike prior models Samsung at least implemented a restore function too bad you have to force it to step in and work

Can I flash repair for imei unknown with Safestrap?
Wondering if I can flash the bootloop./ or brickloop file that will wipe the efs partion (for rebuild after reset) with safestrap?
I ran region unlock, and imei disappeared. I have baseband however, just Zero's for an Imei#
Thanks in advance.

How do I flash this zip file? Via ODIN or stock recovery?
I lost my IMEI.
The IMEI under the battery is different from the one from *#06# shortcode.
