someone had found the solution for the imei NULL or no imei and no Baseband issue?
if yes, please bring me a little help to restore that and fix it.

I had this problem when I had flashed to a rom for the wrong model on accident. Flashing back to stock through Odin worked for me. How did you lose your IMEI and everything?

just hexedit it and remove your Imei just need the working file without the IMEI......

Now I've tried everything to get my notes folder with 2 efs corrupted. is back from assistance for the second time without having resolved the problem. What should I do? Help:crying::crying::crying:
I don't understand your question. Who did you give it to and what exactly did they tell you?

Hi Mate. Can you further explain what you did here? I am currently having the same issue..I think...IMEI on the phone is different from the sticker at the back of the phone and the "Service State" under status shows "Out of Service"

Which recovery do you use? Twrp? If so, you may have already backup efs because it has efs backup option to restore your imei.

So after reading up about JB 4.3 and Trim, etc etc I decided to flash to this newest CM version.
Everything works great apart from that I have no service.
My Note 2 is an international version, on Orange/Everything Everywhere, and was on 4.2.2.
I flashed to 10.1 to see if it was just 10.2 but no signal there either. Is it just not compatible with my modem or kernel or something? Is there something I can flash to fix this?

Check your Imei first, if its 0049 then its corrupt and you would have to either restore a backup or efs or if you didnt make a backup youre f****d.

Works fine when flashed back to stock rom! Just tried it. Must be some kinda compatibility issue

I lost my IMEI from a bad modem flash recently and a factory TOT flash with the LG Flash Tool brought it back, the IMEI is pretty hard to lose beyond that.
Even if you manage to get tot to flash you'll still will have no signal and no imei. It happened to me after a bad baseband flash. I got it back by flashing the last ROM where my phone worked and from there flashed the tot using the lg flash tools.
