Hi, this is my first post at xda but i'm reading the forum for year now. I have an HTC Desire since June and i'm thinking to root it and try custom roms. Can anyone help me choose wich rom is best fro me? I want a stable rom, with HTC sense or not and good speed.

Actually, there is not a best ROM, each ROM has interesting features that the others have or don't have.

first of all let me apologise for the idiots above me, (Apart from the users who posted somthing useful ofcourse) they have nothing better to do than look through threads for people who have made mistakes, so they can be offensive, dont judge the community on thoes few retards
leedroid is one of the most popular roms in the desire section, although i prefer auroxtsence because of its eye candy, also pinky, alex v and dj droid are all excellent roms, they may be more but i have never tried them, your best bet would to try as many as you can, you will soon find a fave

I wanted to ask kindly if anybody on this forum, obviously someone that means, if you could create a beautiful custom rom for the optimus chic! I know that there are already two or three but I saw that on this forum there are many people brave to them but nobody does for the chic ...maybe make a gingerbread rom type for this phone.Thank you anyone reading this topic, and I hope that someone will satisfy this desire that I don't think it's just my ...And maybe even make more stable kernel for overclocking as well but perhaps wonder too...Thanks

This is the big question. So pls help me by telling which is better (from your experience).

Dude, being NEW is never a reason to ask which you dont want to search.... you have a ready made thread avialable to find your answer -

Add to this that being mostly HTC One X owners your not going to get a very impartial advice.
Your best be is to head to your local shop that sells these and give them both a whirl.

WHats the difference b/w the HOX android development and HOX original android development forums? My old phone g2x only had android developmenet lol

I believe hox android development = Anybody can use anyones rom or whatever and make another one out from it, of course with devs permission.
Original hox development = only staff that dev or whoever makes/ invent can be placed in there.
Someone correct me if i'm wrong =)
