I installed a stock rom on my brother's gio .. Camera app shows black screen then force closes .. And there is no fm radio ..
I was able send fm radio from my phone to his .. It forced closed after like a minute or two but it worked ( it doesnt work bcz i have a different phone i guess)
I also sent the camera app .. It works but it doesnt have auto focus because my phone doesnt have that feature( i sent them via bluetooth by pasting the .apk on my sd card)
Can someone please upload fm radio.apk and camera.apk from his gio please ?

Hello there. I just have a question i don`t know if it`s happening only to me , but it`s happening only with this rom. It`s about DebianDroid Lenny and there are 2 problems that i have with it . The pictures that i take with the camera appear rotated and the second problem is that videos really don`t play , i mean they load , sound works fine , but video just halts . I also tried with Mx Player , codecs included , it does the same. If someone could tell me if i can fix these problems on my own. Of all many roms i tried , i like this one the best so i wish this could be fixed. Thank you in advance.
I am using debiandriod from 2 months n i didn't face these problems,
Plz try this
Do a clean install of rom again
Then don't restart ur cell
Do wipe data / factory reset
After this reboot ur cell.
Do necessary settings as per ur requirements
Install mx player n check it will work

Well thanks for the idea but i already tried all of that. I posted on official development thread and mackief said there`s a problem with the video libs and he will provide a fix.

Update : i fixed the problem. I reintalled the rom , wipe data , cache and dalvik cache before and after install , format system , data , cache and sd-ext and still wasn`t working. Stock player and MX Player both behaved the same , but i just installed BS Player and now it is working as it should. I still don`t know what is causing the problem but if i can play the movies with BS Player it`s not that important anymore.
L.E. it seems that only software encoding is working.
L.E. My mistake , the video lags behind the sound.

Tested on the Galaxy S2 GT-I9100. (Also suitable for the International Galaxy S3 and Galaxy Note)
Just flash the attached ZIP file Camera_4.2_GT-I9100-rishtrix.zip
This does not require copying of files to system libraries, editing and setting permissions. Its Simple, JUST FLASH it !!
Obviously, this requires a deodexed rooted phone with Jelly Bean 4.1.2 and up
Flash the file via Recovery.
Hit the THANKS button if you like my Post. and let me know in case of any issues.

Yes this should work on CM10 - 4.1.2
It will not replace the original app. It will create another camera app and another gallery app.
The best part is you can use whichever you want.

Yes at the moment video recording is a bit of an issue.
But since it creates a separate camera app, you can always use the stock camera for video recording and this one for Photosphere and Gallery Editing.
At least Photosphere now easily works on Galaxy S2 !!!

This should work if flashed correctly. It requires the use of the gyroscope.
Check if thats working fine and calibrate your device.
As of now, it has been tested on Galaxy S2 and works fine for many users. Which device are you using ?

I've calibrated my Galaxy S2 and still does not work.
Maybe im doing something wrong with flashing, but application open's it's like gyroscope doesnt work correctly.
Always get suspicious when a new registered (jan 2013) user claims to have something finally working and have stuff to download and install. Be vary with files you download and install on your phone/computer. If this turns out to be a real thing then thanks and props to you OP but understand my suspicion.

Dude only photosphere has been working since ages, video recording was broken. I posted it, KNTXtreme posted it.
I have use it in November...

I have read through the thread and know there is a call quality issue with this rom , I also downloaded the fix , my problem is every time I try to install the phone.apk file it starts to install it them stops and gives me a red x and says it wasn't installed . Is there a fix for the call quality issue that works ?
You dont install like a normal apk,you have to move it to your system app folder and then click properties then fix the proper permissions how they look on the other apps :thumbup: reboot and good to go

Thanks so much , I'll give that a try . I'm back on CM 10.1 for now .i do like miui V5 for the customization and battery life but I use my phone like a phone and make frequent calls all day .

I flashed Ditto Note for N7105 this morning. After some tweaking I got it the way I want it, with a nice Accuweatherport and so on. For me it´s bugfree

However... in this ROM the Videoplayer give a FC when starting from the drawer. Starting a video from the Videowidget or any kind of File-explorer it plays the video just fine... but not from the app itself.
I have posted it as a bug in the OT but it´s kind of dead.
So... can someone please post either the 4.3 stock videoapp or a flashable zip, if there´s more than one file that I need to get it to work.

I'm running dn3 on the n7105, this is the second time I've heard this issue although it's never affected me. Your welcome to try mine, it's themed but works for me.

What if you reset the camera from settings program etc?

Same thing happened to me, I downloaded the mod again, overwrite the old file with the new one and rebooted and it was all sorted. Camera is now functioning great.
Did you set the files to rw -r-r
steps you should have followed
1)download mod
2)extract mod
3)delete/rename the original files(put .bak behind name)
4)set permissions like this
owner=> read and write
group=> read
others=> read
then go to settings>apps>lgcamera and delete cache and data
start camera and enjoy

It happened to me, and I downloaded again and dont work again. I gave the permissions and follwed de steps os suljo94 sayd.
My camera don't work yet.
