I'm sure a lot of you have heard of this by now, but it is relatively new and seems promising.
You can sign up here https://www.copy.com/signup/?
Or you can use my referral link to get 10GB free storage https://copy.com?r=M9FKRs
Edit - now offering 15GB free plus 5GB from my referral, so that's 20GB total!
I've heard you can also get an extra 2GB by linking your Twitter account but I haven't gotten it to work
They have desktop clients for Windows, Mac and Linux.
Their Android app is very good, it has a nice holo ui and can automatically backup your photos to your account https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.copy
This seems like a great alternative to Dropbox and perfect for our limited storage Nexus 4s
Does seem pretty promising. Clean UI too, I'm liking it a lot so far. Signed up through your referral link. Thanks!

This is a product offered by Barracuda Networks (check "about us" then "DMCA"). They provide anti SPAM services on firewalls so it's interesting to see them jumping into cloud storage. I wonder what angle they are going at with this, other than a new source of revenue. What are people's impressions so far? Clearly it is meant to look/feel like dropbox. Any reason to use this over db?
Does the photocopy feature work ok for everyone? Most times it just hangs on uploading for me and never actually uploads anything. I've emailed support with a logcat and they're going to take a look at it
Copy that!
OP used your link . Thanks for the free storage!:good::highfive:

In case you don't already have it, Minus is like Dropbox but instead of 2GB of free space you get 10GB for free!
You can upgrade up to 50GB for free by sharing with friends (which is what I'm doing) for 1GB at a time for each person that joins through you.
If you would like to try it, please Sign up as it gets me more free space!
Android, iPhone, Windows, MacOS, and Linux supported

According to their website:
"The size limit currently is 2 GB per file..."
Which is I admit a limitation of Minus, But even full feature movie files can be brought down to less than 2GB easily.
Not sure what the problem you're running into is. Have you tried their support?

Yea, I saw that, weird. I got the same error from my W7 pc and my Mac. Oh well...
Found that if an upload is interrupted and I don't delete the partial file before trying to reupload I get the same error. That is the only way I have been able to get that message.
But after deleting the incomplete file it works fine again.
Hope that helps!

I like minus and dropbox both. One thing about minus, is it sorts the files into upload date, and you have to rename each one to make it more readable. I wish it was like dropbox in the sense that when you open the app it shows you nothing but files.
Good find thought, I used your link for my account

Same with transitioning from facebook to twitter in a way. It's a different social networking experience. The main attraction for me when I had my iPhone is the feeling of having something exclusive, sort of how BBM was popular with blackberry. Now that it's on android, many users will want to check out the hype, further increasing its popularity. Trust me, It's just a cool social networking app, try it.
Doesnt work on ics leak easydoesit. for the hate against it I was still anxious to try it o well soon enough.

This started being about poweramp and what a great app it is, but had now turned into a debate on paying vs pirating appa. Pay devs for their work on the play store is the right thing to do. Period.
Been using this for my music playback for a while and thought I'd share:
1 - using the built in eq REALLY makes your music bump
2 - Widgets work well
3 - has option to keep screen on while music plays
4 - random song play is a bit off as some songs just never play....fixed by making playlists
5 - overall, 4.5 out of 5 stars
And I mean this app really makes your music sound better, dsp manager does nada compared to this app.

actually, i do buy my music, i dont see a problem with 99 cents a song, if you cant afford that, what are you doing with a 600 phone in the first place
The only real reason for not buying music is if your underage and cant pay for it yourself because you dont have a card to pay for the music. The same goes for any digital content. Just because you can get it free doesnt mean you should

.99 isn't much at all but when you multiply that by 2000 it's a different story. I download all my music and movies for free, I don't see a problem with it at all. Movies, I usually watch them once and then delete them. I could see if you're downloading loads of movies and music and using them for your own personal gain but people who are downloading them for personal use, I see no problem with. I pay $240 for my cable/internet and another $200/month for my phone, that's what justifies my reasoning. App's on the other hand, I wholeheartedly support developers and I always buy apps.
Not to mention it's the rules that we all signed up for on XDA. If you don't agree go somewhere else. Let's move on.
OP, you are correct, PowerAmp is awesome. I bought it after playing around with the free version for a while. Decided, what the hell, I'll support the developers for their hard work.
