AOSP sounds & ringtones for Samsung ROMs

Hi everyone,
A while ago I noticed someone made an AOSP sounds pack for Samsung's SGS III ROMs. However, it still missed some sounds (for the Menu button, among others).
So, I modified the pack for use with an SGS III, replacing the Samsung sounds I missed (and forgot to upload it here ). Now, I am uploading it here for everyone to enjoy .
If this misses anything, please report it to me in this thread. List these things:
- Which button/function you used (camera shutter, Menu button, etc.);
- Which app this was in (maybe they have custom sounds?).
The .zip file is attached, just flash it in Recovery. It works on ICS and JB.

The touch sounds are replaced, while Samsung's ringtones should still be there after flashing this.

Thank you for the sounds Just flashed the zip. But In my sound selection list every tone is listed twice. What could have gone wrong?

It should work perfectly, unless they changed the names of the sound files. Could you let me know here if it works? Thanks in advance .

Awesome, thanks. Works perfectly on my Verizon Note 2! I missed the aosp sounds. The stock Verizon sounds are sorely lacking.

Lock screen should not do any annoying sounds anymore, and I'll take a look at the dialer tones.

I know that but i'm on Omega ROM i want it on that ROM
so if someone developer can extract it for all other ROMs would be great

Not worth flashing mate. Google Play Store wont open. You cant add google account. Really horrible keyboard.
Save your time as I flashed back to UK stock Jelly Bean within 2 mins of flashing the China firmware.

Can somebody make a mod for all note 2 apps that work?

I have searched around for apps from the note 2 that works on the s3 so far this apps are in different order with different threads and some are not working. I have tested!
Can somebody make a flashable zip with all the note 2 apps that actually works?
Also there is a ported S NOTE app but cant find it to download. could you put that in the mod too?
I bet people will like it when somebody put these in a mod with the note 2 wallpapers.

Which apps do you mean exactly? System apps?

So far the ones I know about is gallery, the camera and the notes app. Any one have any more?

System apps.. So far I got Paper artist, Camera+Gallery and there is a rom that have a working SNOTE app.

I just pulled SnoteT0.apk, SnoteT0Provider.apk, QuickSnote.apk and PaperArtist.apk from my N7100 and put it in a flashable zip.
The apps will be installed to /system/app/ so if you want to change that you can extract the apks from the downloaded file from this directory: \SNoteFromN7100.zip\XTRAS\system\app\ and install them as normal apps.
Hope it works on the S3. Otherwise I could try to compile it with the S3 framework.
If this works I can pull the other apks to and upload them here.

Well that's probably because the Gallery and Camera are linked. You flashed the same thing twice.

Watchon for note 2

I k ow this is a long shot, but is there any way to get the watchon app from the s4 working on the note 2? I'm sure that there's another sensor in the s4 but I figured its worth a shot to see what answers I get. Or if there is another app that has comparable features, please do let me know.

Check the link in my sig, you can download the watchon app from the S4 port section. It works great on the S3 and should on the note too. The only issue is that there is a remote function (the icon in the top right) that obviously wont work since it requires an ir blaster that only the s4 has. All of the tv guide and lookup features work great though.

First off, you are awesome for putting that post up! I spent the better part of my day downloading almost everything and just tinkering with it on my phone.
Secondly, i couldn't find the link for the WatchOn app... i hit one of the links which took me to a different post which had a link to it which supposedly was uploaded onto a dropbox account, but the file was removed.

Es had been acting up for me since the last update. I switched to root Browser. But either way dint install it. Move it to/system/app set permissions to rw-r-r and reboot

I did use ES explorer and did install it. Also changed permission to rw-r-r, but still dont see the app icon! How do we use it?

[REQ] Galaxy S4 4.3 Launcher + AccuWeather

Hey there!
I'm wondering if someone has got the time and the knowledge to port the Galaxy S4 4.3 launcher to our S3's 4.3 firmware. The Note 3 launchers are really buggy for me and in addition I like the S4 launcher's look much more. I think many of us here will be really pleased if someone manages to do this.

If you have odex rom you need to delete the odex file, all other stock lounchers, wipe app. cash and reboot. It works fine on MK6.

If you have odex rom you need to delete the odex file, all other stock lounchers, wipe app. cash and reboot. It works fine on MK6.

When it get FC? Changing lockscreen wallpaper from homescreen?
If yes, you can get help from @RagzDog , he solved this FC on its Note3 Launcher port
