Okay, so I got this.
Come to find out its not working for SIII's or Note 2's.
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.gau.go.launcherex.theme.Ichigo
I don't know, but I doesn't pop up in installed themes.
I've emailed the DEV multiple times in the past 3 months and getting nothing back, nor updates.
I was wondering if someone could go into the root of the app and try to fix it so we could use it.
It would be greatly appreciated!

Are you saying go launcher isnt working for you?
You do know this isnt a standalone product right? You have to have go launcher EX installed. Then apply this theme

Use 7zip change the .apk to .zip, open as archive in 7zip, extract images and manually change your icons by long pressing and clicking edit and finding the folder where you saved the images

Dang.
I didn't think I had to manually change each one by one.
I was hoping there was a small problem within the code that could just be a quick fix.
Idk we'll see.

Hello
After looking through the GB rom, the wifi, bt etc. icons in notification aren't where they are.
This got me looking in system/app. There is a new apk called "SystemUI.apk".
This is where the new files take priority over twframework-res.apk. The files in there include stat_ icons and signal icons.
This way of theming is similar to vanilla roms.
Here is the following files

Hope this helped

Oh that's just great. This means all the old themes won't work on 2.3.
But thanks anyway.
Yes
It means you have the copy the files over to systemui.apk.
Easily done mate.

Good find and priceless info Racer mate
Thanks a ton for sharing this info.
Does this mean we'll now have to tag SystemUI.apk in apktool instead of twframework-res.apk?

Freaks no wonder whenever i used to remove the systemui.apk i would not get a notification bar at all. Thanks for your findings Racer. Really appreciate.

Just remove the zip extension and then import.

How ? It still dont work, how you mean that ?
Rename it and remove .zip extension. It'll ask you something like 'this will change file type, you want to continue?' Hit yes. .uzip format works in UCCW not .zip

thats weird. i really dont know, why it wont work ... i renamed it, there is no ".zip" to remove, it is still a ".rar" file ...
Where there is pin.uzip.zip you just should remeve the .zip part so it just reads pin.uzip, which you then can import in UCCW
Go to Explorer (aka. My Computer)
At top left
Organize>Folder & Search option>View>[Uncheck] Hide extensions for known file types>OK
Go to your file, it should show "pin.uzip.zip"
Then you'll know what to do. (If not, read mr.Sh4Dy method)
What format is best for custom ringtones with a stock ROM? And what location is best, if they are to appear in the ringtone picklist?
Much apologies if these are n00bish Qs. I've never run a stock ROM and I need much learning. This much I know: I'm quite happy with GB27.
Regarding Q 1 ... I can convert to OGG or whatever. Just wanting to learn the most compatible format.
For Q 2, I tried copying an OGG into /system/audio/media/ringtones, but it wouldn't appear in the picklist even after a reboot. Ditto for /storage/sdcard/ringtones and /storage/extsdcard/ringtones. So, yeah, definitely trying to learn where to stick my custom ringtones.
Thanks ------
Ring tones need to be mp3 and placed in the /system/media/ringtone folder with permissions for each set to rw-r--r-- then reboot and profit

What he said, and there is an alternate way. Just simply place MP3 files into the folder labeled "Ringtones." That folder is located on the root of your internal SD Card (USB Storage). I use Airdroid to simply move and replace ringtones whenever I feel like it. Reboot after changing files around and the phone should update your ringtone list, no need for permissions changing or even checking. Works for me perfectly this way. Enjoy!

So I was out of town and bored one night. So I made this battery. I really like it (atleast the work i put in to it) but it seemed a little busy. Anyway, if you would like to use this battery, its all yours. This isnt an installable zip, its just the images. The images are still Hi Res so it would be easy to drop percents on them before you shrink them down. I hope someone finds a use for it. If you use it, giving me props would be cool but not neccessary.

You should make the charging animation the colors swirling around. Simplest way would probably be to shift each color to the left in each image for the charging ani. Then it would be really trippy. This would make a nice battery for a grateful dead type psychedelic theme.

That's a good idea
I was looking at the "post your screen setup" thread and saw that no one had used any apps like screener or perfect screenshot or a psd to show off their setup. Since our phone is a very sexy phone it deserves to have something to show it off so I went ahead and made us one! It's my first go at making these psd, insert screenshot here setups so it's not perfect but it works just fine. Unlike most psd's you will find I have kept all layers unlocked and fully editable so you can do whatever you want with it. Feel free to use this for your rom or theme op's or whatever you want. I really don't care if you mention me in your op's but it's always nice to get a shout out! Just don't claim that you made it or distribute it on a third party site for profit! That's just shady. So I guess that's about all I have to say!
You'll need to 7zip extract it because uncompressed it's around 160 mb!

I actually used screener in my original post of that thread but the images were alot smaller so i just use the original home screen pics. But thank you for this. Great work.
