this should go in the themes and apps section. Also if you already have a library use play music, and upload your music from your PC for streaming or download anywhere.
You're going to have a rough time finding one. Google is cracking down bad. Spend 10$/m and get Spotify.

Just get ringdroid from the market and create your own from your music selection. Whatever song you don't have just use google to type the song and artist followed by mp3 and download away.. At least that's what I do lol

Keep in mind chrome doesnt play flash and only old dolphin HD browsers do. Not sure about the factory browser
