[Q] AOKP Build 40 Download?

I've gone to teh AOKP site but nothing is there. Just says read on about this build....
Link: I<I would post the link to the aokp build but new users can't>
Anyone able to help me find this?
Also, I've hear Rom Manager is unsafe to use for Rom Flashing so what about Rom Toolbox Pro?
I still have not installed my first Rom and I just want it to go well.
Also if anyone can point me to any other files needed for Build 40 AOKP I'd be greatful.
Cheers.
Make sure to read up before flashing a ROM. Make sure it is for your device.
If you have a sprint SGS3 go to original dev section and look for AKOP.

Ok I found the AOKP thread. I am not sure how to fully go about this. Is there a firmware I need for this? Also, could someone explain firmware to me as in do you need it for Roms? Do firmwares just change speed? What is their purpose?

So not only are you far too lazy to even attempt a search but you also don't understand the difference between "general" and "Q&A".

Well they say the first step to recovery is admitting you have a problem, so I guess you're making progress lol.
You didn't provide enough info, it depends on what model you have..
I still think you could find out relatively easy with a search.

Guys,
I tired to flash a custom rom Jelly Dream Z1 with a ICS Kernel, it installed OK. But now I am not able to get out of the CWM 6.0.0.28 recovery loop no matter what I try. Please can anyone help me regarding this?
Very wrong section to post. Questions go to Q&A, showing off your work goes in Development section. Read the section description before you post.
Which kernel did you use?
