State:
1-rom
2-kernel
Have you tried:
1-rebooting
2-restoring a back up
3-flashing a different rom
4-flashing a Google image

I am currently running codnameandroid its an amazing 4.1 ROM however I do have an issue with the volume on this phone when it comes to speaker and headphones. I tried volume plus a week ago for the fist time and wow did it make my speakers vibrate. After some more ROM flashing i decieded to flash nexuslouderv3 and it worked. I got sorta greedy and used that with volume plus and the sound went back to stock. I tried flashing with one of them being used and vice versa but no luck. I even formatted my system and data but no luck. Anyone have suggestions?

Try franco kernel. It has built-in volume booster.

Trinity has the same thing too. The volume boost is only for headphones anyway.
Are you saying louderv3 working but then stop functioning after trying to use volume+? If so disable volume + and make sure your musical effects (in settings>sound) is not set to volume+.
Has anyone else had any problems with a bluetooth headset keeping their phone awake? I've narrowed it down and it's for sure my headset, but I cannot find a way to correct the problem. CPU spy says it's running 200 mhz constantly and not deep sleeping. I'm just trying to find out if other headsets do this or is my particular headset causing issues. For the life of me I can't figure out why the headset would keep it from deep sleeping. Any insight would be appreciated.

I got Plantronic HD Pro for 6 months without that issue . You can turn off Bluetooth & put on airplane mode for a day to check and when your phone connect to charger , phone will run at 200 all time

I'll try that tonight. The strange thing is the headset is killing my battery fast. Without using the phone, I'll drop 5-6% an hour.

Try to flash the update the headset from Plantronics website. While flashing the update disable the smart sensors. Then flash the update again and enable the smart sensors. See if that does it. I know it helped with my Plantronics Voyager PRO HD. If that doesn't do it then try you Galaxy Note w/o the bluetooth headset for a few days to see if this problem is really coming from the headset or from something else.

Thanks for the tip, I'll try the update and toggling the sensors. I have gone a couple days without the bluetooth and that's the problem.

For anyone else that may have this problem with the phone not sleeping with a BT headset, I narrowed it down to the bluetooth share app. If I force close it when I connect my headset, it clears up the problem and the phone sleeps properly. Just an FYI

Is this the Plantronics own app? What name is the app? I know of MyHeadset app from Plantronics. Is that the app?

No, it's a built in app on the phone. Go to settings/application manager/slide over to all apps, and scroll down to "bluetooth share". Force close it and the phone will sleep like it's supposed to. For some reason the app keeps the phone awake while the headset is connected. Force closing it does not cause any issues and fixes the wake lock issue.

Hello All,
I've tried to pair my phone with my Honda Accord's bluetooth system but whenever I stream audio there is a lot of feedback and static noises. However, if I am on a call then the audio is fine. I'm currently running Darth Stalker X2, I've tried multiple versions of the rom, other roms (including aosp) and kernels, odin back to stock, and I still receive the same results. When I tried to stream music with a htc sensation everything was working perfectly. So I don't think my car's system is the issue. Is there something I missed, or is my phone's bluetooth probably messed up? Any help is greatly appreciated.
I had the same issue with my bluetooth all I did to fix it was using rOM Toolbox to adjust the CPU slider.

so you were under-clocked and you moved the cpu slider back to "full" and it worked?
Yes

Has anyone tried 4.3 and played music over BT?
Especially I'd like to hear from these who experienced sound skipping issues on stock 4.1.2 (when sound stops for 1/10 - 1 second, sometimes ones an hour sometimes few times a minute especially if phone wasn't rebooted for a very long time)
I just hope it's something software related and not hardware. S3 for example has same issues, and some say it's even worse, S4 doesn't seem to have it at all.
The skipping sound used to happen to me on 4.1.2 (on 4.1.1 i ddnt experiemce issues) Now on 4.3, i havent expirienced the skipping issues yet.. but wht do u mean over BT?
GIVE A THANKS button if i helped
