Are there modded kernels for jellybean roms of xperia s like cyanogenmod 10 or paranoid android/dark passion ? Maybe kernels with good schedulers and a good overclocking without compromising much of battery ???

As Sony has not released JB yet there can be no stock modified kernels.
However there are a few built off customized CM sources. FXP, AOKP & AminKernel all have jelly bean kernels.
