As Sony has not released JB yet there can be no stock modified kernels.
However there are a few built off customized CM sources. FXP, AOKP & AminKernel all have jelly bean kernels.

Hey guys!
I've just installed lupus v9 kernel with FXP 151 (CM9).
This kernel is really great and pretty smooth.
I was wondering if there is a way to enable ALS, witch is disabled by default.
Anyone has a clue?
Happy New Year!!
