Xperia S jellybean

So I got my friends Xperia S, I wanted to flash jellybean onto the device using flashtool and the global jellybean ftf file. But before that I wanted to confirm, If after I flash the global JB ftf will I still get OTA updates? My rooting status is "Bootloader unlock allowed: yes". Please reply thanks.

How to go back to stock ICS ?

How exactly could I go back to the stock firmware? My android version is 4.0.4, kernel 2.6.32.9 and build 4.1.B.0.587
Xperia Arc LT15a
I need to know, because I want to root my phone using this method: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1601038
If there are other methods of rooting which are easier, then please let me know. Oh, and by bootloader is locked btw.

[Q] Rooting the Xperia M using Framaroot.

As you developers may have known, the app Framaroot can root almost any device running JB. It had been confirmed to work on Xperia L. So, the question I want to ask is will it work on Xperia M and what will happen to the locked bootloader if it works?
It has been confirmed months ago that it works but there's more than just using framaroot as this only half roots the Xperia M here is a guide http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2457174 follow very closely

Also your bootloader will still be locked after rooting you have to unlock it yourself but only if it is allowed on your device

[Q] About ROOT

Hey Guys, I have a question for you.
How can i root a Xperia ZL with 10.4.1.B.0.101 without a root, like a new phone?
Or there is a way to downgrade to 10.3.1.A.2.67?
For rooting .101 firmware theres a pre rooted firmware by nut you have to flash that to root your device
