You can do yourself with dsixda Android Kitchen, you only need the system folder of 211 firmware or a odexed ROM.

For custom kernels : you can't
For official/SONY stock kernels : you can

you need to downgrade to 4.2 and thn use doomlords rooting tool kit or use a prerooted rom 4.3

Then you need to use NUTs method to get to 4.3 because you can't OTA with root.

Or there is a way to downgrade to 10.3.1.A.2.67?
For rooting .101 firmware theres a pre rooted firmware by nut you have to flash that to root your device
