Quick question, If I turn the wi-fi off during school and work hours, will that help my battery life?

It can a bit, yes. Don't expect a drastic difference(probably less than half an hour), but some.

Thank you so much! Do you know any other ways to drastically support my battery life?

Im looking for a battery monitor app that I have seen posted on here before but can not find it again for the life of me. It shows screen on time and also tells you how much each specific app is draining your battery. +1 to anyone who could help me out. Thanks

Are you loooking for this BetterBatteryStats ?
Does anyone know of an app to check the health of your battery? I've had my DHD now for about 15 months, and with every new rom I'm trying to maximize battery life. But I'm wondering how good my stock battery is holding up. With laptops, there are apps to check the heath of your battery (recharge cycles, etc).
So,any suggested apps?

Cool thanks. I had seen that code before but I always thought it was just to take you to battery settings. I see my battery rates an 85 out of 100. I guess there's no point in buying a new battery?
You can ping WiFi check phone stats and stuff. Don't play with the menu settings tho. I did once and screwed myself.
Download Better Battery Stats.
Free XDA version here in the forums.... you will have to search!

Wish i would have run this before i did the LI3 update.. I seem to be getting worse battery life after the update..

Thanks for positng this. Since my original response i decided to run mine. Looks like my CPU usage when its in standby is way to high.. If you look at mine it shows 10% CPU usage when its in stand by.. not good..
May I ask what battery app that is? I've been looking for something like that. Thanks!!

Hey guys, I just want to ask what kind of battery life are you guys getting on your nexus? I'm about to make a switch from an epic 4g touch, and badly want to cause of stock android. Just bought an n7, and absolutely love it. Now i want it on my phone without the hassle of putting buggy roms. Any replies are welcomed.

Just looked down this section and didn't see one thread asking for battery life. On top of that the search in the xda app doesn't work for me, but thanks.

Does search on Google work for you?
Quick answer, it's completely subjective to your usage patterns so no one can tell you what it's like as what might be awesome for me could be crap to you

Hi
Why does "Android system" so much battery?
It's not, you're just not using the rest higher then 10%. Jesus learn how percentages work.
