Got it also :
Android version : 4.1.1
HTC Sense : 4+
Firmware : 3.18.401.1
HTC API : 4.63
HTC Extention : HTCExtension_Sense45_1
My guess is that this is an update to set things correctly before the Sense 5 update (and 4.1.2)
still 4.1.1 same version
This update contain importent enhacements and bug fixed.
Including
system stability enhacement
mail security imporvment

Just got it.. ZIP attached..
How to install it on an unlocked bootloader??
PS: Stock and unlocked only.. Nothing else changed.
Trying to install it through TWIN will give me this: Error in /tmp/sideload/package.zip
The file was downloaded to /sdcard/Download
Filename: OTA_ENDEAVOR_U_ICS_40_S_hTC_Asia_India_2.17.720.2-1.29.720.11_release_*.zip
So, I guess it's the update from 1.29.720.11 (that I am using) to 2.17.720.2, right?
Any guests??
PS: Still uploading but.. http://www.mediafire.com/?r17hpho1hho27
I do have the recovery for 1.29.720.11 and I'm also uploading to the folder listed above.
Help?
Ok.. Managed to go back to full stock on 1.29.720.11 using the RUU available on the mediafire link above (uploading it as I type this).
Uploaded the HTCDriver3.x.x.x too because I was only able to get RUU working on a Windows XP machine thus the drivers for Windows XP are enclosed.
THIS PROCESS WILL ERASE EVERY THING FROM YOUR PHONE!
It will be back to stock (full stock) - even your "sd card" is formated!
So, now, going to 4.0.4! Fully clean. Hopefully.. downloading the update again to test it out.
Will keep you guys posted..
EDIT:
Done and Updated... Sense 4.1, ICS 4.0.4....
Now we only need 4.1.1..
HOW TO:
Grab your favorite HTC Driver,
Download RUU available on the link above,
Run it,
Install 1.29.720.11 back,
Download new software update on your own phone..
Done.. Easy as that.

HTC have confirmed only 1 update. A maintenance fix for possible wifi issues.
Don't expect any other updates though, the HOX lifecycle is nearly at an end.

They are the same base, the thing is that in different region htc called the rom different, but the base files are the same.
That is, for europe the rom can be called 4.18 and for asia 4.20 but at the end the rom is the same base rom, the differents are some changes in gps and some drivers.

the update zip should be in data/data/com.htc.updater/files
The AT&T Update was located in /data/data/com.redbend.vdmc/files/fumo/OTAPkg.zip
With ES File explorer you have to select view hidden/system files
Alright, so that was exactly where the file was. Full file name is below. I'm not 100% familiar with the naming scheme so maybe someone else could say if it's worth it to upload the file?

Hi,
For those of you who had TWRP installed, were you able to get the update to 5.1 working? I've restored to the factory settings but I can't get the update to install. It wont work with TWRP installed and restoring the factory.img from the update (this zip) doesn't work either (but it does get farther).
Anyway, if anyone figured it out or knows how to apply the update by some other means, i'd love to know.
