It's a solid build based on aosp with some unique features. Only bug I got is you can't install paid apps with a custom kernel. I'm working overtime hunting it down. As always with EOS, it's an ongoing and evolving project with some very talented developers. Do a Nandroid, update to latest 4.2 compatible recovery, and give it a run. I'm always open to thoughts, feature ideas, or if you think it just sucks . But i don't get that very often.
Edit: weird kernel bug fixed that prevented installing paid apps from market on custom kernels. New nightly out with fix and some other good stuff. Feel free to flash kernels and have a merry Christmas.

Lulzing! Never heard that one before. I was gonna say it's what happens when she forgets the safe word. That being covered, this like many aosp builds suffered random reboots in the first builds. However I haven't even had a random reboot in weeks. One thing that can cause a working ladies untimely demise is undervolting/underclocking. If you drop too low you create a crime scene.
Lol I'm gonna run with this one for a while!

Nope, but even if they did we wouldn't need it. The only difference between toroplus resources and the rest of the tuna family is the small handful of radio binaries. And they all function just fine. But if anybody comes across 4.2 binaries for Stingray, please let me know
Edit: OH! just wait for the next nightly. all i can say is Kevdliu is getting sick with it. I mean, he's on a rampage!

Re: |KERNEL| ForceKernel>>AOSP || 1920mhz ||3.0.61|| 2|12
I get the black screen at boot running carbon. Restored my backup of liquid rom to see if it would work there and it boots up. I can't figure out what's up on carbon though
General FYI: This Kernel "DOES" work w/ MOST AOSP Roms w/ The Exception of Carbon.
I Had in Running on PA 3. (Past The Boot Animation And Black Screen, Using Apps Etc..)

Installed the kernel on the latest release of AOKP MR1 build 3. Absolutely no problems and a noticeable increase in power management. The kernel that comes with build 3 isn't too great in power management. It would deep sleep OK but the scaling was ridiculous. 200 to 400 and straight to 1600mhz. This kernel does well in scaling and deep sleep. With the added bonus of additional governers and increased clock speed maximum. Very stable throughout the day. Good job as always. I ran Jedi Master for 2 months before sampling AOKP. Simply put, your stuff just works. Consistently. Some builds tend to deteriorate through time regardless of cache management but yours do well to maintain performance and stability.

Any plans on incorporating UV ?
BTW there are artifacts present when streaming a video.
Thanks
Nice kernel, runs good on cm10.1. Smooth as silk but man my bechmarks are considerably slower than a tw rom + saber kernel. You should make a kernel for the nexus 7.
Any chance you can disable the fsync on the next build?

Nice... .Jedi CM...
Ptmr3,
Thanks for the ROM.
I am having an issue with bluettoth audio. The CM team released two fixes over the past two days, and I am not sure if they made it into your build.
This is just an FYI since I am not sure if you use a Bluetooth.headset.
I appreciate all your hardwork. Thanks so much.

Just wanted to mention that I also had Blue Tooth issues - same distortion that was the big issue with CM Prior to the 19th update. (it seemed like the distortion was not as bad on the Jedi CM rom - but it was still too annoying to use for my daily driver)
I am very impressed with everything else this ROM offers - very smooth - very fast - I look forward to future updates -
Thanks for everything you do!

So I'm reading the OP and see that it retains my "device signature"?
I would flash and find out, but does anyone want to just divulge whether this has s-pen functionality?
I REALIZE CM is not TW-based, so no s-pen, etc. but I wasn't sure if this was supposed to implement 4.2.2 aspects while retaining note 2 functions, or if it is something completely different, and that I should simply wait for something that is the best of all worlds...
Not afraid to admit my noobish-ness, btw, so I apologize to anyone who wants to slam my head through the glass for asking such questions....
PS to ptmr, I just got paid, so I'm going to FINALLY send you a little something for all your hard work here soon.

The default one. I haven't changed any governors, clock speeds, or voltages.
I hate when people make feature requests but would you throw this in
https://github.com/DAGr8/kernel_smdk4412/commit/faf494397ecdc1416bec308e2b4445ed028614e6
I could do it myself but this would fix Performance control issues on multiple ROMs

I haven't asked rush about yet. Just getting everything updated and running on Jenkins. Have you tried NX yet? All the gestures can be used any where in the Navbar.

i tried it on my nexus 7 and can't seem to fall in love with it. i like it simple.
It doesn't look good for left ,right nav keys. The layout is gone. It doesn't get much simpler than flick left for back, tap for home and flick right for recents. You can do it from anywhere in the Navbar, no need to move your hands. You can add to it If you like but the presets cover the 3 main functions.

Build of 8/11 is working just fine except that battery status never declines. It just draws a flat line showing percent charge at the most recent boot.
That's odd. I'll look at it tonight.

Are you still building with any custom toolchains or release flags?
Perhaps even this commit: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2754997
I reverted the linaro toolchains. Just wouldn't boot. I use kt's kernel any way. I'll revisit the toolchains when my g2 stuff is sorted.
