Thought it was a rom.
Maybe gio is not supported and he asks if someone could modify it to work on a gio?

How to install:
1) Download & Extract Frontline Commando sd data
2) Put the 'com.glu.modwarsniper' to sdcard/Android/data/...here
3) Install the Frontline Commando HVGA apk
4) Launch the game & Enjoy!

although this game is smooth and great graphics, there is no point playing it as only the 1st level works, then its stuck on loading screen forever , so theres no point playing it :/
if you like shooters i recommend deadspace nova (like halo) and modern combat sandstorm (like cod)
to find them google samsung galaxy gio latvian forum games (yes i know latvian) but dont worry its all english site)
and mod, its not warez as they are modified to work on gio as normally they dont

I already played nova, deadspace,and modern combat sandstorm and finished them all.

[Q] Wonder Mods

Hi everyone
I use the i8150 Wonder with root.I will install the cm9 beta2 or I wait the beta 3.I want to stability and 3d performance.I playing hard games.(Real Racing 2,Fifa 2012 )Which I should setup?
Geeky engine, adrenaline engine-boost,unlimited ??

You dont need any mod with cm9 roms.When you install a cm9 rom you will have best performance and stability.So you should install cm9 beta2 firstly and you should wait beta3 while using cm9 beta2

Currently, i don't use any tweaks like that. Just applied the "disabled cpu rendering" and using the forfivo's V1 kernel (SmartassV2 + sio), removing/freezing some bloatware using the TB, and adjust my minfrees using auto memory manager (applied the mild setting) then i can play my fifa12 and shadowgun more smoothly than the default setting.. :beer:

Yes really.I'm using cm9 beta2 and i can play modern combat 3, nova3, asphalt 6-7, pes and fifa 2012 and many hd games very very smooth.Maybe you know, everyone has a temple run lag problem with stock rom but with cm9 it runs smoothly.My maximum cpu freq. is 806mhz i've set.But still all games are very smooth and runs faster.So you dont need any mods or oc with cm9.Only you need a galaxy w and adreno game data But if you wanna play nba 2k13 or other tegra gpu games, buy a galaxy s3.Because the galaxy w max. performance is this

Subway sufers for gio

hello people is there any subway sufers game that will work on our galaxy gio because i downloaded armv6 apk and it dosen't work i installed chenfire 3d an still nothing any other suggestions?

nope you are wrong, i have an galaxy i5500 and i can run subwaysufrs on it at it has 748 mhz procesor and 90 free ran and i have minimal lag on this game but idk why is not working on gio

I have installed subway surfers on my gio and its working great even without chainfire 3d and no overclocking or swap. Just download armv6 app from "hvga-qvga club" website. Its a blog. Google it.

i think Gio's performance is not enough to play games……
Chinese are improving themselves!

Not for the better games like temple run and boss 2, its abit too laggy for those games.
But for hill climb racing its just perfect, though. ;D

use CM7.2 based ROM (currently im using LG themed music edition ROM), they're quite fast for gaming, i can even play agent dash with minimal lag
the other ROM i suggest is AOKP milestone 6 CM9 based. it can run as fast as the previous ROM but needs heavy tweaking (IMHO) but it still buggy (no native wifi tether, no native camcorder)

For me, this two roms are the most good for games. For the test, i've played temple run 2 and i haven't lag on this roms:
[DEV] CyanogenMod 7 | MoltenMotherBoard
ROM][PORT]SGSII JB ROM - Version 10
Tip: Install Chainfire 3D for better playing. Work on SGSII JB ROM, i 've not tried to cyanogen.
But: The game is more smooth on Cyanogen, only this Cyanogen.

temple run 2 running whitout lag? that's not posible i tweaked hard my rom delete a lot of unwanted app and still sometimes i see some minimal lag

thats why i always test a ROM using agent dash, because it have very minimal lag. its also a better game IMHO :highfive:

What is the best gaming rom for our grand?I'm now running CM11 but the phone lags in games like temple run 1 ,fruit ninja ,subway surfers etc.
