(Request) GTA III Anniversary Version

Hello, i trying play GTA III on my ZTE Blade (CM7, no OC), but its lags...
Is any chance to Version for LOW-Devices ? with graphics downgraded etc.

have u tried it with chainfire

no... but this mobile have only 600Mhz CPU and Chainfire need 1ghz+ ...

no its not necessary i m using it gangster MV used to be slow but after using it and OC 729 it has improved a lot.try it gameplay might improve.

they have just modified it for qvga and hvga resolution not any gameplay improvement to remind you blade have a wvga screen but the game runs slow

I tried Chainfire - still lags
Tried another ROM - still lags
Tried tweak with delete "audio" folde - still lags ( less )
Tried OC to 704 Mhz - still lags
Nothing Work !!!! Still dont playable ....
I hope for graphics downgraded version ...

GTA 3 RIP works on my Blade with cpu OC to 710 mhz. Quit lagging but playable.

Try Elite Movil 2.3.5 s2 + ChainFire + PoverVR

ill try RIP version , performace incerased but still not playable /for me/ ...

actually west coast huddle runs smooth but Miami still lags a lot(even at 806 OC)

806MHz?? You shouldn't overclock so much, 748MHz is max if you dont want to kill your phone.
Try to delete sounds and use chainfire, it should add some fps

i did try chainfire but there was no big difference i will try deleting sound files.

I think you might find a stripped version of data for weaker phones on the internet, that should work even better

all these games work flawlessly on my blade test conditions have been mentioned above and if nothing is written then i have used 600Mhz and CM n257

Gangstar MV : Runs smooth for me using CF3D
NFS Hot Pursuit : Runs fine even without CF
Nova2HD : Runs smooth using CF
Real Football 11: lags a bit but playable
All these games on CM7 kang by BurgerZ

which built u use and mv version???
u made any changes to your opengl settings using chainfire3d???

Im on the 13th feb build
Select reduce texture quality and size with Qualcomm plugin in CF

With CM7 (at 710mhz without CF)
-Brothers in Arms 2: a bit laggy, playable
-GT Racing: very bit laggy
-Real Racing 2: menu are laggy but the game is smooth
-Nova 2 is laggy on me ;(

Well, I haven't noticed any problems, only it loads for about 3 mins... But works great for me...
Great graphics and physics though...

Need for speed most wanted 2012

Just thought I let anyone who is lookin at purchasing this from the market that it runs perfectly on our device and is well worth £4 I am on c-rom mix v5 live overclocked to 1100 and using the devil kernel hope this helps someone lol

I use NFS Most Wanted with XXJW4 Value Pack with Semaphore 2.7.4sc with 800-1300MHz CPU, and it works flawlessly.
I tried this game on CM10 too, but it often faces micro lags , like the fps frops drastically for 4-8 secs , then goes back to smooth. This is observed on Semaphore 2.5 , Devil 1.7.5 and Mackay Kernel 0.78 with CPU set to 800-1000MHz with 14% Live OC.
I suggest you wait for some reviews, or if you want to play it urgently, use a GB Value Pack.

I've had the micro lags but it was facebook causing the problem so I uninstalled it and all is well lol thanks for the comment

I tried the game again on CM10 and still faced the irritating micro lags issue.
But it seems smooth on X-Bean 2.0 / 3.0 and on C-ROM 2.4 too.
And for ICS ROMs , this game is smooth if you use a Custom Kernel ( like mnICS , Semaphore , devil etc , which have RAM amount in the proximity of 390MB )
The game lags on CM9 stock kernel ( I suspect its due to the low RAM of 368MB only )

Chinese are improving themselves!

Not for the better games like temple run and boss 2, its abit too laggy for those games.
But for hill climb racing its just perfect, though. ;D

use CM7.2 based ROM (currently im using LG themed music edition ROM), they're quite fast for gaming, i can even play agent dash with minimal lag
the other ROM i suggest is AOKP milestone 6 CM9 based. it can run as fast as the previous ROM but needs heavy tweaking (IMHO) but it still buggy (no native wifi tether, no native camcorder)

For me, this two roms are the most good for games. For the test, i've played temple run 2 and i haven't lag on this roms:
[DEV] CyanogenMod 7 | MoltenMotherBoard
ROM][PORT]SGSII JB ROM - Version 10
Tip: Install Chainfire 3D for better playing. Work on SGSII JB ROM, i 've not tried to cyanogen.
But: The game is more smooth on Cyanogen, only this Cyanogen.

temple run 2 running whitout lag? that's not posible i tweaked hard my rom delete a lot of unwanted app and still sometimes i see some minimal lag

thats why i always test a ROM using agent dash, because it have very minimal lag. its also a better game IMHO :highfive:

CyanogenMod 9 - RC9 - Gaming Tests and Discussions thingy

I've gather information from other users abt gaming perfomance on the Wonder and of all Custom ROMS, Cm9 is the best so far since it is stable. Some known games aren't be able to play on ALL CM9 cusroms and i have no clue on why is that... I also put a list games with lag issues... These are the following
NOT WORKING GAMES: GTA3 (so far i heard)
GAMES WITH LAG ISSUES: Nova, ShadowGun DeadZone (from my tests)
I hope we can try discuss on this on making it free of lag and making certain games be able to be played.
And for Gaming ROMS???
OneOfAKind is by far the best from what I heard (i can confirm that)

i have oneofkind rom
and i palying modern combat 3 online very somth with gamebooster and seeder
and minimum frequency 768 and maxmum cpu 1401
aand no any lag !

Yap. Its true, i feel more improvement on gaming after using task manager, just combined that app with seederV7. Then the result.. games run smoothly even without oc and min clock 245mhz:thumbup:

yea, me too, the ROM is real fast but i go for thr Standard V20 as there is HurtSky's kernel always updating. Throught i wanna give a try

1. M.U.S.E (despite saying compatible)
2. Sefirah
3. Castle Master 3D (despite saying compatible)
4. Horn (despite saying compatible)
5. Reign Legend of Godric (despite saying compatible)
6. One Piece AR Cardass Formation (working on stock rom)

RR3 are more heavyer than my NFS, i use NFS version 1.0.47 additional behind-the-scenes adjustments to improve overall gameplay and added device support, thats why my NFS are to smooth, Question how to tweak the graphics of RR3? tell me dude im interested.

There's an app called, RR3 Graphics at the Play Store. Make sure that u r swapped to the game directory ... as in, the game data is mounted... Unless u are using GL to SD (like me ) Mount the system there THEN launch the app. From there, Tweak the quality to ur liking ... I suggest iPhone 3 (3) is the best! gd luck !

You mean RR3 and RR3 graphics must the same directory like Sdcard Directory or Phone Internal Directory? Is that you mean?

Still laggy dude and when i play long the game crash and stuck the game :crying:
I try those settings Low, Medium and Iphone 3.3. I think the kernel are the problem i guess.
