I have a SCH-i605 and flashed a Android Revolution HD 11.2
I believe it had also flashed the radio.
The symptom is that after I flashed back to my backup, the phone prompts me to insert my SIM card, but it is inserted and there is no mobile data. Kinda urgent, and I know I messed up bad, wat do.
Wrong forum. This is only for the SPH-L900.

hello there xda can someone please help me i updated cwm through rom manager after doing so i decided to flash cm 10.1. i took all the nesasary steps for this 1.factory recovery in cwm installed darkside super wipe to my sd card ran that without a problem. then istalled cm 10.1 and afterwards gapps 4.2. needless to say it didnt work...... but anyway i was able to recover my stock rom. now here is where im having a problem. after all this CWM has become unresponsive if i do a factory wipe it just gets stuck at formating data/cache. if i install darkside cache whipe it just sits there saying its installing..but it doesnt do anything. can someone please help me fix this.
Use twrp 2.3.3.0

You said u updated thru ROM manager your CWM so why would you use that script you would only want to use that of version of cwm is 5.0.7 anything with version 6 and up you should be wiping everything as you would just with out that or those scripts Odin the cwm back and you'll have your recovery back and flash back to your nandroid assuming you have one I been flashing for months with the newest cwm for jelly ROMs and cm base ROMs no prob send pm if your confused

You're all wrong. The problem is that he used the darkside scripts. Unless you're on CWM 5.0.2.7, they will bork your recovery. Flash TWRP or CWM 5.0.2.7 if you want to continue using them. If not, you have to wipe manually the old fashion way.

thank you all i got it working just reflashed cwm 5.0.2.6 with odin and installed X4 of Jedi Mind Trick rom everything works like a charm.:victory:
I'm sure many of you have this problem. Any solutions?
To elaborate: CWM doesn't recognize any of my sd cards.

I just installed one this weekend. Samsung 16gb ultra fast 48mb/sec Micro SD/Card, I bought at Fry's. First I downloaded my ROM into via an USB adapter hooked up to my PC, then popped the card info my phone. Started it up into recovery, flashed the ROM from external SD/Card settings. Works perfectly.
I am using CWM Recovery, not TWRP. Make sure you format the SD/Card first.

Twrp 2.4 or 2.4.1 fixed some sdcard issue I remember reading.

I know I seen something similar b4, but I can't find it. Everything I do in twrp ends in can't mount "/preload" but doesn't seem to be causing any problems that I have notices. My question is what is the /preload partition for?? And how might I go about fixing this as its kinda annoying. Sorry for the lack of what and when as I'm not sure when it started..
Sent from my SPH-L900 using Tapatalk 2
Why do you need it mounted? Preload from what I understand is for some of the system apps to be put into the system partition upon boot. So even if you delete the app preload will put it back. Its very possible I am wrong though. If I am I would also like an explanation. Also on my epic touch some use preload to put in other apps that wouldn't fit into current system partition when flashing.

Thanks for your answer... Only reason I'm worried about it at all is that it looks like some kind of error in twrp..

This is caused by billard's stock restore flash. It doesn't have any negative impact on your phone, but I believe there's a fix for it. Check billard's thread.

This error message has been bothering me as well. Searched the SGN2 threads and found the following solution in the Lab Rats ROM thread and confirmed it does work:

For those having the "/preload" problem, I fixed it by formatting that partition only. TWRP does not have that option. Only CWM does, in the advanced menu. You can flash CWM, do the fix, and then use Goo Manager to flash TWRP back. Hope this helps.

There is absolutely no way that any rom and I repeat, ANY ROM, don't recognize s the FAT32 filesystem!! Something else is happening here, try to format the sdcard from your Note.
From the middle of nowhere to the center of everywhere!!

Did u try to read the card in another phone besides your note; If not try it. Also u can format the sdcard with windows tools, u don't have to use any app.
From the middle of nowhere to the center of everywhere!!
Just insert your memory card on your PC/Laptop and right click on it and you'll see format option.

You are wrong my friend. ...windows cant format with their own tools a 64gb card to fat32...
Anyway. ...I reformatted my card twice..once to exfat..and once to fat32...now my phone recognize my fat32 formatted 64gb card.
It seems to be a dirty flash.
Thx everybody..

I'm using a SEA N7105.
first and foremost:
ROM: CM10.2 Nightlies
Kernel: Stock CM
Baseband: XXDMD1
So here's how it goes. Initially the phone got rooted and yeah, subsequently it was flashed Xylon, then to WanamLite 1.3. so after that, I flashed to CM10.2. and from now on, the device just stucks on the bootsplash screen whenever I reboot and will require a wiping data (I must wipe the internal storage also, in order for it to even boot) in recovery. It seems as if the data folder is corrupted. Initially I thought that the eMMC chip caused the issue but the eMMC was diagnosed without the syndrome. So now, I'm wondering if anyone has met this issue before. Please help me
Thanks in forward.
