One X Evaluation? - HTC One X

Hey guys!
Im thinking about selling my One X. Its rooted and has CM10 on it. Just wondering what price I should ask for?
It has a cracked screen but works pefectly.

About £3million

wow thanks for the help!

Perhaps €200-300. I doubt anybody will pay more than that 'cause of the cracked screen.
I would recommend you to return it to stock because the new owner might mess something up due to being a noob.

I doubt anyone would buy it if the screen is too damaged, how bad is it ?

One sold on eBay for AU$200.00 with a similar defect.

I sold mine for £250. Thats the price around in 2nd hand ones on Gumtree. But since yours is cracked, one without signal went for 180. So im guessing sell yours for around £220.

need help on a price

so im looking to sell my extra nexus CDMA it is in almost perfect condition accept that best buy ruined the volume down button when they put on the a zagg screen protector
so im looking for ideas on how much i could get for it.
replacement part is only ten bucks, just dont feel like doing it my self
Well you'll get WAY more than $10 back in return for just fixing the issue yourself before selling it. Most people won't buy it broken, even if it is just a $10 fix.

GSM model has a much higher resale value. The Verizon ones have been in the mid $400's for a while.

Sorry for the OT, but 500 for a basically new GSM GN? Is that a good deal or normal? Because that seems cheaper than anyone is selling on the internet. (retail, I mean. I don't know anything about 'used')

You can find them retail around $600 shipped. I got mine for $565 with a coupon. So used in the low $500 range isn't crazy for GSM.

Where to get a new screen?

Hey guys.
Just dropped my Nexus and cracked the screen, where can I get a replacement from?
Ebay has em but they are really expensive... like $240+
http://www.ebay.com/sch/i.html?_nkw...=0&_odkw=galaxy+nexus+lcd&_osacat=0&_from=R40
insure it and then claim
Sell it for parts, they go for $170-$250 on ebay. I need a new card reader for another phone and am considering buying a smashed one myself.

pretty sure they were saying on Reddit that Samsung will replace them for $160 inc shipping, so I'd get onto them first before going the self repair route.
I'm actually awaiting my Nexus screen from china (just got to the USA )
Sending it out of my country for repair was not going to happen so im doing it myself
If you do plan on doing it yourself Its a very easy repair http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wC0Wo7a_FqI
If you check e-bay they will be 260-300 USD
this is what I got http://www.ebay.com/itm/LCD-Touch-S...ultDomain_0&hash=item27c429fad1#ht_1254wt_687

How much can I get for my SG3

its from At&t , garnet red , 16 gb , it has a cracked screen. I am thinking about ordering the screen from ebay. The phone still works great.
How much can I get for it like this , and how much if I replace the screen?
A replacement screen will run you around $200.00. If you are patient enough you could try to replace just the glass which is around $20.00 and then sell it. If you want to sell it with the broken screen. You could get around $150.00.

$150??!?! that's crazy. that's half the price of an ipod touch, and a buddy of mine sold his iphone 4 for $300 recently... for a big crack i'd say $250-$300, for a minor crack i'd say $350

People can ask whatever they want for a damage phone. The thing is getting someone stupid enough to buy it. I paid $350.00 for my white gs3 in the box with all sealed accessories and a sgp case. Not a single scratch all around.

That's a good deal , I did the upgrade on Oct 1st. Picked up the Galaxy s3 for $150. Sold mg old broken EVO 4g for $40. Got an iPhone 4 26gb mint condition with box and accessories + 140 for the galaxy s3. Sold the iPhone for $250. And got a brand spanking new LTR for $270. So after all that crazy **** I managed to get an LTE for free. I'd say it was worth every call I made and every mile I traveled. And I did it all in one day. Found a buyer for the galaxy , then a buyer for the iPhone and then an LTE for sale.

Where to buy used android phones?

The title says it all. Where do you go to buy android phones now that the marketplace was shut down?

craigslist, ebay?
I have sold used phones on craigslist and ebay. Amazon has some refurbs too but not many Sprint.
Most of them end up on Craigslist or eBay anyway. Ebay if you don't want to meet the seller in some dark alley, Craigslist if you don't want to pay and wait for shipping.
Bummer I feel like the marketplace had the best deals

NOT c/l, maybe e-bay.
Beware you don't buy someone else' s junk.

Where to buy used android phones
This 4.7 Inch S4 Smartphone Android 4.2 13.0MP Camera is a very nice phone and it arrived super fast. It worked right out of the box with my T-Mobile sim card. It is the equivalent to the Galaxy S3 international version so it's a little different but it works well. The only thing is the screen is VERY fragile and a drop from a few inches without a case will crack and spread across whole screen. Phone still works with cracked screen, but it sometimes now will shut off when it has a full charge. It's the equivalent to the Galaxy S3 however cases don't fit bought from eBay, they are too tight and hole for volume control was on opposite side on the case than on the phone.

If your looking for used mobile phones in India Try Quikr. You will definitely get good deals. or else eBay and Craigslist are available

[Q] Should I buy a used samsung Galaxy s3?

There's a local shop that sells used phones and new one as well, the seller showed me a Samsung galaxy s3 for 280$, but it has no manufactures warranty the seller gave me 10 days warranty from the shop, from there I started having doubts about the phone, because he gave me only 10 days so maybe the phone is corrupt, but it is in excellent condition at the outside. The new one costs 400$, so I'll be saving 120$, the phones in my country are highly expensive. So it's either that phone or a new Samsung Galaxy s3 mini OR a Moto G. What do you recommend me?? What I basically want to know is if a second handed GS3 will face any problems?
You're taking a risk buying any used phone. I mean if you're buying it from a shop.. Hopefully it's got a clean esn etc. 280 seems a bit pricey for such an old phone though. No Craigslist in your country?

Nobody use craigslist around here, and yeah 280 is expensive but around here everything is expensive, I am not in a hurry buying a phone, but should I go for it or the S2 plus? or the Moto g?
Got my S3 on Amazon for $30 over six months ago. My point is there are deals out there all the time that should trump buying a used device.

I have bought 3 used S3's off of Ebay so far and had no problems...so far. I bought from sellers that had good favorable ratings and claimed clean ESN's and it has worked out.

I bought a clean ESN Sprint Galaxy S3 on eBay for $155 shipped in great condition. Hard to know what a good price is "around there" without knowing where "there" is.
The SIII Mini and the Moto G both have drawbacks IMO. Off the top of my head, reviews for the Mini suggest the display doesn't look so hot, and re: the Moto I wouldn't touch a phone with no SD slot (and you're aware it's limited to 3g, right?). If the GS III is fully working now, there's nothing that's going to creep out of nowhere unless you drop it.
I just started using this GS3 and I think it's a great great phone.
