[Q] No Emails on Network - WiFi OK - T-Mobile Samsung Galaxy Note II

Anyone else run into this?
It started few weeks ago out of the blue. Am working with TMo support, but while they have identified a problem, they have not been able to fix it. Tried my email account (earthlink) on an S III also - same issue. However, with LG G2X - no issues.

[Q] Exchange Account

On my galaxy nexus I can't set up my exchange account. I get the message "Can't connect to server." I have a build of ICS on my old incredible that I was able to set up my account on using the exact same settings. Is anybody else having this problem? Any solutions?
GNex Exhange Issues
Hey... Just signed up to hopefully get some headway on this. I also picked up the Galaxy Nexus (awesome so far) and tried to set up my Exchange account. I used the same settings from my OG Droid, so I know they're correct. I also get the "Can't connect to server" error message. I can add a few points of interest:
-I was able to successfully set up my account using the identical settings just by hopping on WiFi. My account synced up fine and appeared to be solved. However, as soon as I went back on Verizon's wireless network, I once again can no longer connect to the server and receive no new mail.
-Third party email apps, such as TouchDown, connect to the server just fine while on the VZW network or WiFi. So at least that means it's not an issue with Verizon's network. You may want to find a third party app in the meantime to at least get you up and running until we can get the native app running.
-I've already been in touch with both the admins for my Exchange account and Verizon tech support. Unsurprisingly, they have no previous reports of similar issues on the GNex and don't have any way of fixing the issue. I recommend reporting it to VZW to at least get more documented cases on the books with them.
So if anyone around here has cracked this egg so far, I would appreciate some help. I suspect this isn't going to be a quick fix, whatever the specific issue, but we will see. If I can provide any more info to help, just let me know. Thanks.
I've setup my exchange account on the nexus just fine. It works on 3g/4g and wifi perfectly.

Same here. However, due to the terrible radio reception, I did have some instances AFTER setup where it failed to connect for a refresh because mobile data wasn't available (because signal was in the toilet).

[Q] No mail notifications on 3G

Guys i have a very strange problem and i was wondering if anyone experienced the same. I don't receive automatic emails from gmail (pushmail) when i'm on 3G unless i manually refresh from inside the application itself (Gmail v4.0.5)
If i connect to WiFi, then pushmail is working perfectly.
I'm on 1.28 since yesterday and unfortunately i have no idea if it was working before on 1.26, because as soon as i bought my one x i got the OTA update and installed it.
Anyone experienced this? Any ideas?
I found that to get everything working smoothly post 1.28 upgrade I needed to disable fastboot and reboot. After that lots of odd problems (like Widgets not refreshing) went away - it's worth a shot.
That's the first thing i tried actually...Unfortunately it didn't help

Wifi direct not working

My wife and I both have the s3. Uo until today, we could use wifi direct no problem. However, today it has decided to stop working. I can't figure out why. Has anyone encountered issues with WFD?

[Q] Can't receive MMS after flashing to Virgin Mobile. APN fix doesn't work.

Hi guys,
So I bought a Sprint Galaxy S3 about a year ago and (thanks to this forum mostly) got it flashed over to Virgin Mobile running CM10. For the past year, everything has worked great, EXCEPT I can't receive any MMS. I can send them just fine, but if someone sends me one, I don't get anything. I have tried manually changing the APN settings in Go SMS and applying the APN fix from here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1794956 but still no dice. I've just kind of lived with it thus far, but now it's getting kind of old.
After searching the vast interwebs, I haven't been able to find any alternative solutions- most people seem to have problems sending but not receiving. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.
Anyone?

MMS messages not downloading or being received at all - AT&T

Hi, all.
Experiencing an issue that is getting seemingly worse by the day.
Pixel 2 XL, stock, up to date, using stock Messages app: MMS (usually in context of group messages) are randomly not coming through. At times, I see a prompt to 'download' the message, which will fail....other times, I don't get them at all (I know this b/c my wife and I will be on the same group convo and I won't see half of what she does). Mostly not getting messages from iPhone users, regardless of carrier.
There's a thread in the AT&T community about it....and I've tried it all. Manually inputting the APN info, resetting network/bluetooth/wifi, turning off enhanced LTE, restarts, resets, wifi on/off....nothing helps at all.
The issue started a few weeks ago, and there seems to be an increasing number of AT&T users experiencing this. I strongly doubt it's a hardware issue with the Pixel....and neither Google nor AT&T are acknowledging an issue.
I feel pretty strongly that it's an AT&T issue....
Is anyone experiencing this, too? Or, does anyone have a workaround they can suggest?
Would appreciate any and all insight/input.
Thanks!!
I'm experiencing this as well. I'm sure it's an att issue. The only solution I've found is to disable enhanced 4g LTE but this is unacceptable
After days of troubleshooting it looks like the solution for me was to get a replacement sim card. MMS now works. Hopefully this works for anybody else having this issue.
I have been experiencing the same issue for about 2 weeks. I also tried all of the above with no resolution. Finally yesterday Google Support acknowledged there is a known issue with AT&T. Their solution...they are sending me a replacement Pixel 2 XL. Not the best solution in my opinion and if the issue really is the SIM card it means even with a replacement phone the issue may continue. Guess I'll have to wait and see. Finger crossed!
