This is a modification of the latest TouchWiz4 Launcher made by me. This post is going to be updated whenever a new version of firmware goes out.
I do already know that TouchWiz 4.5 exists by fr4gg0r, which is far more customizable, but I have followed a different interpretation to this. This is not based on work done by fr4gg0r.

What are the advantages?
Uses the same id key as the original Samsung stock launcher, so all widgets work at once, without having the need to resign with different id
As a flash-o-holic, I will be providing this for the latest version of TW4.
Different DPI versions available for those who change dpi
Layout changes for better productivity and space.
5 column support on the homescreen adds the ability to use more homescreen space, without needing to edit TouchWiz widgets separately that are having trouble resizing

Information on the 4x5 version
There are a few small issues that cannot get ironed out in this version of the launcher:
There is a 5th row as well (due to limitations), avoid using that space as you'll end up placing icons on top of the dock icons.
For 4 column widgets use the method described below to resize them into 5 columns
The CWM zip contains the PostIt widget, as that was not getting resized correctly due to Samsung's wrong coding.

Information on the DPI versions
As expected with all launchers at a different dpi setting, there are issues resizing widgets. Here's a list of widgets that don't work, or work with specific modification
Samsung Widgets look funny, you must find the right size for them to work (usually 4 columns)
Calendar widget NOT available atm - it's a priority to get this fixed
All non-samsung widgets work with the following way

In the app drawer, hit edit, and add one more icon dock at the bottom of the page.

The creator of the application Appzorter has kindly given me permission to modify his app for the Launcher's needs
Appzorter comes with the launcher, if you don't like it simply uninstall it

The application itself is undergoing a lot of work. He is adding a lot of new features. Please do consider buying his donate version. It's only 0.96 euros on the market, and I'm pretty sure most of you could spare that.

Landscape mode requests
I am able to make the launcher redraw in landscape mode without losing sign keys. However the icon dock does not stay on the right of the phone, but goes in the bottom. The launcher is not optimized for landscape mode at all. Perhaps i'll be able to get this done in the long run.
NOTE
The European launcher and the 4G Launcher are not hot-swappable. That means that when using the 4G Launcher, you cannot revert back to the European Launcher (or vice verca) by flashing the zip.
You need to WIPE data under Settings>Menu>Manage Applications. Install the other version of the launcher, then wipe data AGAIN.
Failing to do so will cause FC's when trying to add a 5 icon dock.

Thanks a lot for this, I was going to do this myself with the TouchWiz launcher from the 4G model posted here a week or so ago.
I did see the XML documents that I needed to edit, but I was waiting to find out how to make the "Applications/Home" button become central in the dock.
Any idea if you can implement that? I'm bored, I'll probably pull the apk and decompile it and have a look tonight.
Good work I much prefer this as keeping the signature the same is so much easier without having to re-install widgets. I odex my applications and re-odexing all the widgets again is a pain in the bottom.

I could do that, probably not tonight though, as I'm releasing a rom as well ^_^. However the main disadvantage of not using the Epic 4g TW is that we lose the long press menu as search functionality, which i like.

And I also like the 3D animations in the App drawer of TW 4.5, is it possible to do it with your mod?

Concerning the 3d effect, i'm sorry this is not possible with my mod. And i'd like to keep this as stock as possible.

I believe it is, but make a backup of your current launcher just in case.
Can I just ask was it just xml edits or did you have to edit the smali code aswell? Trying to learn how to make changes myself. But I can't see where you made the changes.
Xml changes are easy to find but when it comes to smali code it does not make any sence. Can you give me any guidance?
I also compared your version to zohawkish to see what changes was made (I hope you don't mind) but there was loads of changes. Inc smali code. Just wanted to see the differences.

Hi,
I prefer the battery icons from Gingerbread and thus spent some time making a higher res version from scratch. Have also added some animated charging icons.
Works nicely with Paul's system bar mods (I'm using the one with the search button, but have blanked off the legacy menu button for a cleaner look in ADWLauncher Ex and other apps)

Add the widget System Monitor Lite for Android
- Choose CPU

12. Add a UCCW widget 3x1, "NERV_Memory, or NERV_Memory_v2", or NERV_Memory_v4-static. Place it on top of the System Monitor widget. If you used v4 you can remove the system monitor widget
13. Add a UCCW widget 1x1, "NERV_USB".
Open the UCCW app and go to settings (the three dots in the corner)
- Hotspot mode
- Choose ON
By activating the hotspot mode you will be able to start google search by tapping the search widget,
update weather by clicking the green weather indicator
To make the System Monitor move, start the app from your drawer.
- Tap the setting icon (top right corner)
- Sampling interval: 5seconds (or any your preferred interval, smaller interval equals more battery drain)
- Go back, and tap "Start Background Monitoring"
- The chart should now move each 5 seconds.
- Unmark "long running notification" to get rid of the notification.

I can't test it since I don't own any devices with your misalignment, hope they will work.

Hi there great theme but I get an error when trying to install Clarus widget with teh BATTEMP.xml. E 222 is the error.

This is going on my Nexus tonight.
I am applying the theme now and it looks like the Nerv_memory widget is not covering all of the CPU monitor lite widget (leaving a little left on the sides) and the Clarus XML file for BATTEMP says something about Unexpected EOF when I try to load it in Clarus.
EDIT - I removed the status bar, and that seemed to fix some of it, but still a very little bit, not that big of a deal (for the Nerv_memory widget part). Also UCCW seems to be crashing when ever I try and open the app to set the Hotspot thing, I will keep on trying.

So I assume you installed the themes manually? If you installed the UCCW themes with the APK you shouldn't be able to set your own hotspots.
Send me a screenshot of your screen and ill will personally make you a Memory widget that fits your screen!

I installed UCCW from the market and all the apps in the folder from the package you provided.

Great! Oh and that little part is simple to fix without having to make a new widget, edit the NERV_Memory widget in UCCW and select the "background" layer. Change the width (add like 2-4 pixels), and you might need to add some in height as well to make it scale right. Just play a little with it and you should be able to find the right size i no time

I'm having a lot of trouble overlaying non-UCCW widgets with UCCW widgets. For example, the text on the music player is off of the highlighted region, the AT-FIELD and BATT-Temp don't fit on the backdrop, and neither does the audio manager widget. Running this on a Droid DNA, and the wallpaper doesn't seem to work, with the base of the dock image coming up too high. Tried resizing, but no luck at the moment. Good job with uploading the fixed BATTTEMP file though...

Finally saw this after finagling with the Nova launcher settings for a while. Not perfect with the background but close enough I guess :/ still no luck on the widget overlays though. Here's what it looks like:

Tap and hold the System monitor widget and send it back, that way the Memory widget will be in front instead.
Did you try removing the trackname/artist name out of the Music widget? It might looke better without it!
I also found out that there are extra options for Nova launcher if you press vol down a few times in nova settings.

...but I can't seem to get it to look right. It looks like you have it installed on a tablet where as on my galaxy s3 some of the words and images are either squashed, or not resizing properly due to slight screen size differences or something:
I can't post links because I am still a newbie on the boards apparantly.
I can't even get the wallpaper to crop correctly. I have disabled the scroll notifier, the task bar, everything I could to get it to fit, but it's not working out for me.
I tried digging around for a copy of the custom MAGI themed launcher and home screen, but it doesn't look like it's out there. Damn you docomo and your proprietary software!

Install steps:
Make sure you have the latest Xposed Framework installed (ARHD offers it in the AROMA installer).
Make sure you enable the app_process from within Xposed Installer and reboot
Install attached apk, just like you would any other apk
Enable module in Xposed Installer, pick which settings you want, and either reboot, or restart the shell (adb shell 'stop;start' or Soft reboot)
Enjoy the purdy icons
(Optional) Download & import other iconpacks if you'd like. Or create one yourself and share it with others!

The latest version of the mod now includes only a single icon set (WhiteIcons thanks to @snachez). The main difference is that other iconpacks can be made and imported. A few examples have been added to the XSBM Iconpack thread
Iconpacks should be placed into /sdcard/xsbm, and then imported via the mod settings -> Icons -> Select Iconpack to Import (reboot/soft reboot to apply)
All options are set to off (false) by default, with the exception of auto-hiding the data icons while connected to wifi. Applies only to AT&T phones, or phones with a CID of CWS__001 or SKU == 7. All other models auto-hide mobile data by default when on wifi.

Has ability to replace notification icons per-app. This feature is experimental, and not guaranteed to work for all apps. More details on this to follow.
It can show you data icons for all individual data types (G/E/3G/H/4G/LTE). If you don't like this behavior (some carriers like AT&T flip between bands so often it makes the icons flip constantly), you can take the images from one band folder (e.g. 4G) and copy them to other folders (3G/H), renaming the files to match the destination filenames. More details on this and the rest of the iconpack layout to follow.

Iconpacks have been moved to its own thread here: [THEME] XSBM iconpacks
The iconpack structure is a simple ZIP file with a specific set of subfolders, and a hidden identifier text file. Below is the file list of the default_iconpack.zip, separated by section/subfolder. If you are building a pack or replacing images within an existing pack, remember to maintain the exact filenames as shown, case-sensitive (i.e. all lowercase):

Notes: The .xsbmpack is a plain text file that can contain the following fields:
author: name/nick/ID of pack creator or icon creator
note: a short description about the pack (what kind of battery icons, etc). This should be on a single line.
Both fields should be terminated by a single line-feed (Enter)
If this file does not exist within the iconpack zipfile, it will not be imported by the mod. The location of this file within the zip should be at the highest (root) level, not a subfolder. And the name is not a typo; it should be preceded by a period (makes this a hidden file in Linux/Android).

Notes: This is the experimental support for per-app notification icon replacements. It consists of an apps.txt file located at the highest (root) level of the zipfile, and contains the following info in a specific format:
packagename-icon_name.png
Where packagename is the APK package name of the application in the Java namespace format. This is usually something like com.author.appname. To determine what the packagename of an APK is, you can use the following command on the phone (via terminal emulator or via adb shell):
pm list packages -f | grep -i appname
An example would be the Gmail new mail notification. To find the packagename, we could enter this vi adb shell:
pm list packages -f | grep -i Gmail
This might return someting similar to:
package:/system/app/Gmail.apk=com.android.gm
The part after the equals sign would be your package name. Another method of finding this data is through the Play Store. If you search for an app, say Gmail, the URL will show the package name as well.
Once you have the packagename, you have to determine what the name of the notification icon is. The easiest way to do this is to use a zip utility (WinZip, 7zip, RAR, etc) to extract the icons in the res/drawable-*/ directories within the app's APK. Most of the time the filenames start with stat_ or contain the word notify, but that isn't always the case.
If you find the file you're hoping to replace, rename it to the above format. Add the entry into the apps.txt file, and place both files into the iconpack zip. The apps.txt goes to the top level of the zip, and the image itself goes to the apps/ subfolder.
The mod supports replacing multiple images from a single package using the same naming convention above.
Because this functionality is experimental, it may not work for every application. Not all apps request notification icon resources in the same manner, so there's no guarantee it will work.

Notes: The mobile data icons are separated out into subfolders beneath the top mobile/ subfolder, based on the band or network type. If the images found within these subfolders are all different, which is the case with the included default_iconpack.zip, then you will see different data icons depending on what network type your phone is using at that given moment. This sometimes results in "icon flipping", which is when you see different network icons in succession (3G->H->4G->3G). This is normal behavior on most International phones, but not on AT&T and T-Mobile devices. These carriers utilize only 3 or 4 different data icons, for all of the network types. This gives the illusion that your phone is always connected to a fast data network, when it could in reality be connected via a slower technology. But a positive side-effect of this is that the data icons rarely "flip".
If you'd like to restore the "stock" AT&T or T-Mobile behavior, and only see 3-4 network types, such as E, 4G, and 4G-LTE, you can do this by copying one set of network type icons over another, making sure you rename the files accordingly. An example is below:
Say you only want see the 4G icon when you're connected via 3G, H, or 4G. You can do this by copying these files:

New for Sense 6 is the utilization of the wifi in/out images to display when data is being uploaded and downloaded. I've added the additional image names to the code. For roms prior to Sense 6, the absence of these images shouldn't pose a problem, but if you're on Sense 6 and they aren't included in the iconpack, you'll end up seeing the stock wifi in/out images whenever there is activity. Please have the iconpack creator add/update these images.
Information for themers
If you are building/editing an iconpack, regardless of target device(s), please make icons at least 75x75px so that they will scale properly when imported. I have added code to the module so the icon scale can be selected by the user based on what they feel looks best on their device. This will allow both high-res and low-res devices to utilize your iconpack without image degradation.

Tried the white and orange and nothing changed, not a single one, I'm on Jedi X14 and using scamus theme, about to reboot and try the att one.

Are you on AT&T or TMobile? The Note 2 most likely references different battery icon resource names than the HTC One. I'll try and get the SystemUI.apk from that ROM tomorrow and have a look.
At&t, didn't realise this was a thread for the one as I had searched for xposed until I saved it and came back to report my problem, but would be great if you could do something with it.

If you read OP it states you need to flash the updated battery 1% mod by langer hans if you're on 2.19 base to get the battery bar to do 1% intervals. Link is in OP.

I don't think this is something I can tackle as part of this mod. It involves replacing the whole status bar layout, and according to rovo89's docs on the Xposed framework, isn't something that is recommended:
Modifying Layouts
Although you could theoretically replace layouts completely with the technique described above, this has many downsides. You have to copy the complete layout from the original, which reduces compatibility with other ROMs. Themes might be lost. Only one module can replace a layout. If two modules try it, the last one will win. Most important, IDs and references to other resources are pretty hard to define. Therefore, I really don't recommend this.

Try the updated APK and let me know. I don't have my Note2 available to test, but it should work based on what I could find in the SystemUI.apk of Jedi XP14.
EDIT: There are a few resource name mis-matches, as well as resolution differences between HTC and Samsung, so some of the icons won't overwrite or will look funny.. I'll see if I can work it out for the next release.

It changed the battery and Bluetooth but didnt touch the signal bar, mobile data or gps, unable to test wifi as I'm at work, might be the theme I have, I might dirty flash the rom back to stock later and see what that does but thanks for trying, otherwise I'll wait for your next update, thank you.

I managed to get some time to test on my GN2 (stock, rooted) at work, and I was able to get most all of the icons done. Check out the latest APKs on OP and let me know.
Will these apks work with viperone's theming engine, or just for the xposed module?

This is the first I've heard of viperone, so I'll have to take a look. Because of how the Xposed framework works, it should be able to replace pretty much any resource, given that it hooks into the proper app context.
EDIT: I've upped a test version that should work with the ViperOne theme engine. I don't have V1 ROM on my HOne, so I can't really test it. Please let me know if it works.

The option to override Viper themes is disabled by default in settings. I'll try and flash ViperOne tonight and do some testing.
Is it possible to have H+ instead of 4G? i love that 4G icon, but I want to see the difference with H+ and 4G..

From the day the 4.2. DeskClock came out I hated the bold hours, the time picker, the dull grey, the bold condensed all-caps fonts and the red not fitting the style of the OS.
Furtunately Google itself removed the bold hours and put in a better time picker in the 4.4. version of DeskClock.
So I modded DeskClock.apk to better fit the look and feel of the Android OS.
What I did:
- black background (some greys are now also a tad darker to better fit the black background)
- everything that was red is now holo blue
- actionbars now contain the app icon
- font in city list is now non-bold non-condensed and non-all-caps
- renamed Freetown to UTC (Sierra Leone uses UTC all year) - not in v2.0 and up, as you can define your own timezones there
- "Hoo-Chi-Minh-Stadt" had a double entry in German (and French), renamed one to "Saigon"
Tools used for creating this mod:
- Virtuous Ten Studio (includes APKtool)
- ImageMagick (command line image manipulation)
- Greenfish Icon Editor Pro
- WinMerge
- Notepad++
Flash the zip with CWM or TWRP.
The script removes DeskClock.odex from odexed ROMs, on reboot the OS then generates a dex file in the Dalvik cache - so this zip should work on odexed and deodexed ROMs.
If you get force closes after installation then erase Deskclocks data (in settings/apps or with the help of titanium backup).
Don't flash when your device is running ART instead of Dalvik. Modified APKs are not accepted by ART (maybe a key / signing problem?)
Changelog:
v1.1: Items in alarm list now hav a grey background with a gradient footer below the list, settings and city list now have the standard holo dark gradient background
v1.2: Made the grey backgrounds in the alarm list ist a little darker. Settings menu actionbar is now plain holo style with icon and holo blue divider line. Same with cities list actionbar, but with text size ajusted to text size of the list items. Reverted background of cities list to plain black. Reverted seconds hand on analog clocks to red.
v1.2b: Same as v1.2, but with Holo blue seconds hand on analog clocks and application icon.
v2.0: Rebased on the deskclock from CM11 with the possibity to add your own cities in cities list. Actionbar style changed to solid grey like in Android 4.4 settings menu.
v2.3: Rebased on actual bug free deskclock from cm11-20140313. Some minor corrections. Added native xhdpi iconsets.
v2.3.1: Rebased on deskclock from cm11-20140317. Now supports timer with double digit hours.
v2.5: Some minor corrections. Rebased on deskclock from cm11-20141116.

Thanks for your hard work. However, I can't seem to get it to work. I followed the instructions and even moved it manually and set the permissions. I have an installable apk that works but I would love to use your blacked out version. I'm on a TW rom 4.4.2 kitkat. Any ideas?
