Great ROM by the way, im not in my home so i cannot put screenshots. Logcat says the ROMControl won't work because in manifest are a bad hook to the main activity.

Please read only second logcat, first is error from AOKP rom, i've trying to port (my fail, sorry).
And i have one question, you're porting that rom from a repo? I'm asking, because i am trying to port functions from AOKP to Android X86, and PACman droid can be a better select than AOKP as a port.

Please note that its purely a ported ROM (as porting also involved a lot of customization) So in this Rom you will not find any extended mods because I want to keep it simple, and by keeping it without any mod I will be able to update this ROM whenever the AOKP or CM9 releases new updates. My aim is to make it fast, stable and low on resources and battery as well.

I observed Silent Camera works great, (however there are some bugs) but at least I am to take some snapshots with only Silent Camera.
Sry for noob question, but if I flash CM9 I mustn reboot, I have to flash gapps since system is formatted, but at AOKP after I flash the rom, must I take a reboot then go CWM and flash the gapps? Hope You will understand, and sry for my bad english

Either way you choose is correct, but its recommended to let it first boot withou gapps so that Rom initial scripts could run without any trouble.

Any mod you can use with CM9 can also be used with this AOKP
the unicorn on boot is a little bit strange
camera, taking shape only works with the phone's screen image. This is also the case with Rom?
works! flashed it and exploring everything..
camera.. preview works, but i haven't succeeded to capture anything.. i'll look for apps that mentioned.

Its a WIP so it will grow bigger with time. Currently you get what you see on the preview above. Coming feature will include a more comprehensive system theming and a custom homescreen layout.
Since its not finished yet the zip contains a preview theme, which can be understand as a BETA build.
When you flash this I noticed, that sometimes my hybrid settings wouldnt work anymore. Multiple relfashing did solve that, but it eventually it came back. So be aware that this might occur to you aswell, but which isnt that much as a drawback, since those errors wont occur in the future anymore hopefully

Ok on this post you will be able to get some information about the UI and the lockscreen.
At first here is the rar-file you will need:
Platinum UI + Lock
extract that und use the files as they should be used.
The Lockscreen is a modified version of the Sense3 Widgetlocker Lockscreen, so you will need to have Widgetlocker installed. After that just put the zip file in data/com.tesla-something/themes and you can select it when you add a slider. The image files for the sliders should be on your device when you want to change them.
The rest should be very obvious. Install the UCCW files (you will need UCCW for that) and add them to you homescreen. I am using NOVA Launcher (Grid 7x6) and let my Widgets overlap each other, which is needed to correctly position the clock and the date.
The UI is for 2 homescreens. The circle on the left or the right already have the icons on them, just put the correct app in that spot and make it invisible with the transparent png file.

I was waiting for your theme since you mentioned it in the Nexus thread. I downloaded and successfully installed the mediafire file, but two things have happened:
1) The theme haven't changed.
2) The Paranoidandroid settings stopped working.
I am using Paranoidandroid 2.99 beta 8 rom with Franco r15 kernel.

Yep that is mentioned on the OP. reflashing the rom and theme seems to solve that shortly, but not permanently. In future releases I hope I can fix it, since I am looking for the problem already and I have some clues.
When you say the theme havent changed, what do you mean? Settings contact and phone should be different

Ähm.....there is no wallpaper included and there is now reason why that would be happening. Are you sure that you have Paranoid Android 2.99.71 on your device?

Installs to /system ~250m for NAND
and to '/NativeSD/PA_LEO' sdcard ext4 directory for NativeSD & DataOnEXT.
Follow the options in the aroma installer.
- suggestion for best responsiveness, is to disable Ram Swapping.
- and to select no Odex ('leave De-Odexed') for simplicity.

Notes:
Video playback:
- for video playback, install the included *MX Player 1.7.9* in /system/app.
- as is, mx player hasn't unpacked the video codecs so pls use the include root explorer.
- and go into /system/app, find mxplayer.apk and install it as a user app.
- then set it as default player from gallery2.
Camera:
- the camera takes good pictures, except the viewer is strandy
- and the current gallery camera may soft reboot once in a while.
Launcher2:
- the cm trebuchet launcher may 'blank out' after 1st use.
- so just find your way to setttings > apps > all > trebuchet, and 'clear data' - that's it, and just a one time necessity..
3g:
- i have not 2g or 3g on my hd2 (3g only on a spare phone with cdma, so i couldn't test 2g to 3g switching).
- but i included tytung's ril tweak script just for good measure.
Kernel:
- is tytung's jb r1
- and the .ko kernel modules are too.
- though i tested marc1706's kernels & .ko sets, ...very good, excellent.
Rom size:
- is bigger than it could be - easy to pare down /system by deleting or replace fat apps.
- though for this rom i was trying to leave it quite stock, almost like directly out of compile.

Good observation - you're very right for that!
Though I found that you can still access at least the PA CM10 4.1.2 sources from @Utacka:
repo init -u git://github.com/Utacka/android.git -b jellybean
You can also try to compile any of Evervolv's devices - they are extremely good for maintaining their sources.

Yes, the same as you today, no maintenance notice and the downloaded file is 0b size.

Wipe full except SD card, flash the ROM
Go to Settings -> Launcher -> Homescreen -> Check "Stretch screens", Un-check "Scroll wallpaper", Check "Wallpaper quick render"
Make sure to check your APN settings are correct and change if it's different. Turn of GPS if not used, tap 7 times on Build Number to get Performance and Developer options.

thank you for your rom...i hava a tmobile hd2...bootloader is magld...wiped everything, installed it on nand and won't find kernel...and makes an endless bootloop...what have i done wrong..?

You need to use cLK. System partition size required is 260.
I get an endless bootloop also on clk 325 mb partition.

Not yet.
And i even prefer it like this.
you can use mount2sd or any other a2sd.
When this will get out of pre-alpha it will get DataOnExt and NativeSD for sure.

Diag_LSM_Init: Failed to open handle to diag driver, error = 2
error 2 is file not found. i think this is kernel related (source http://www.virtsync.com/c-error-codes-include-errno)
regarding other error, maybe there are libs missing for the hd2? and maybe build.prop is not correctly configured for hd2.

1. Which rom do you use to port? I saw there are some Sense 5 roms in XDA, but they are not for armv7. I wonder if it is possible to port them to HD2
2. Do you think Sense 5 can run on HD2 with low spec?

I'm porting trickdroid from a HTC One . HTC One snapdragon 600 is a armv7 too, so maybe.
