ok. from the logcat you attached, libcamera.so and media files are missing. add them
Diag_LSM_Init: Failed to open handle to diag driver, error = 2
error 2 is file not found. i think this is kernel related (source http://www.virtsync.com/c-error-codes-include-errno)
regarding other error, maybe there are libs missing for the hd2? and maybe build.prop is not correctly configured for hd2.

I'm porting trickdroid from a HTC One . HTC One snapdragon 600 is a armv7 too, so maybe.

Just tested your CM7 quickly, this is a AWESOME build:
GPS fix works (even though no GPS icon in taskbar)
Wifi works, data works, BT works
In fact so far i haven't seen noticeable bugs... and it feels fast, I like the animation too. Congrats, great build

Some of you are rude.. Have you tried setting up the ROM and made the determination for yourselves that this is a copy... If you haven't, what if you were wrong, you may have just pushed away somebody contributing a fair and decent effort that benefits the HD2 community.
It would be better if you point out the technical details as part of the claim. If it indeed it is, he deserves all the bashing he'll get, but he owes no explanation to no one until a definitive evidence comes up.

It's not an exact copy of any ROM! So no differences between the CM7 this rum more intended for Israelis.
Its working good so far the only problem I had was it wouldn't download an app from the market at first... Had to keep trying and finally downloaded.

Unfortunately, we have some problems with our EGL graphic libs, so there are some graphic glitches. Most annoying one (and the only one i've noticed so far) - is that some widgets and all shortcuts are not shown on the desktop.
They actually are on desktop, they can be moved or deleted, but we can't see them.
So, maybe, you won't get full sense 3 experience until we'll fix it.

And another thing that reduces the impression - it's wrong resolution.
Sensation has same screen, but it has bigger resolution - 960x540, we have 800x480, so you won't see some parts of the screen (bottom parts).
I don't know now if someone can be done to fix this.
So please, notice: I REMOVED HtcLockScreen by default (you'll see default android lockscreen) because you can't unlock it after boot. But actually, I included this app below, so you can flash it via CWR and look at it (it will be unlockable)

I see that a few roms are waiting for CM9 to fix things. How exactly does that work? Is it that the HTC kernel is closed source and therefore inaccessible to developers, so you need to build one on your own that is open source? Is it built completely from scratch or how does it work?

This has nothing to do with the linux kernel
BTW: HTC has released the source some time ago else we would
not be able to create Titanium and KISS kernels
The problem with CM AFAIKT is the "middleware" between the
android runtime and the wifi driver in the kernel.

All UI works including all miui apps and fits better as it is ported from Desire S which has exactly the same specs as ours...

Headphones Not Working & Fix
Whilst using this ROM today, I plugged in my headphones and started playing some music. To my horror, the music didn't play through the headphones as it didn't recognize that they had been plugged in! Imagine this: Smack That by Akon playing in front of some very important people. Not good
So, I set about finding a fix. I came across an app that fixes this (kinda) called ToggleHeadset.
You can find it here
Install it, and when/if your phone doesn't toggle to headphones, add the widget from this app and toggle it by pressing the button.
I hope this helped if any of you are having the same issues please leave a like if it worked <3
Also, fyi, it was recognizing the headphones, as the music stopped when unplugged. However, it did not play through them and the headset icon did not show up in the notification bar.

If you use KISS already it should work without having to flash a new IMG. At least it did for me.
As for a .torrent file? Attached.
If the OP wants me to remove then I will.

Installation:
Installs to /system ~250m for NAND
and to '/NativeSD/PA_LEO' sdcard ext4 directory for NativeSD & DataOnEXT.
Follow the options in the aroma installer.
- suggestion for best responsiveness, is to disable Ram Swapping.
- and to select no Odex ('leave De-Odexed') for simplicity.

Notes:
Video playback:
- for video playback, install the included *MX Player 1.7.9* in /system/app.
- as is, mx player hasn't unpacked the video codecs so pls use the include root explorer.
- and go into /system/app, find mxplayer.apk and install it as a user app.
- then set it as default player from gallery2.
Camera:
- the camera takes good pictures, except the viewer is strandy
- and the current gallery camera may soft reboot once in a while.
Launcher2:
- the cm trebuchet launcher may 'blank out' after 1st use.
- so just find your way to setttings > apps > all > trebuchet, and 'clear data' - that's it, and just a one time necessity..
3g:
- i have not 2g or 3g on my hd2 (3g only on a spare phone with cdma, so i couldn't test 2g to 3g switching).
- but i included tytung's ril tweak script just for good measure.
Kernel:
- is tytung's jb r1
- and the .ko kernel modules are too.
- though i tested marc1706's kernels & .ko sets, ...very good, excellent.
Rom size:
- is bigger than it could be - easy to pare down /system by deleting or replace fat apps.
- though for this rom i was trying to leave it quite stock, almost like directly out of compile.

Can you please make a Tuturial on how to build jellybean for our device. It seem that the repos that are up wont sync to compile from cm or AOSP jellybean sources.

Good observation - you're very right for that!
Though I found that you can still access at least the PA CM10 4.1.2 sources from @Utacka:
repo init -u git://github.com/Utacka/android.git -b jellybean
You can also try to compile any of Evervolv's devices - they are extremely good for maintaining their sources.

They are pergorming maintenence on the download site, it's writen black on yellow

And, what about camera? Will it record video in 24 frames per second in any resolution...>?

Yes, the same as you today, no maintenance notice and the downloaded file is 0b size.
The rom is not with me now.I'll ask wwchang to upload it somewhere else

MIUI Sense 4 CSE 3.2.22 is a seperate ROM. (Sense 4.1 4.0.4 based, MIUI V4 3.2.22).

Yea, I was thinking about that but... it's kinda hard to make such poll. For instance, I checked most of the ROMs from that list, but still can't decide which one is the best. Presently I'm using Shpongle and I like it but... the camera doesn't work and because of that (and only that, well HALO too ) I'm looking for another alternative. But if someone comes with a great idea about the poll I'm open mind.

You edited the wrong one. the MIUI JB V5 is CM10 based and has an internal version of 3.7.12
But the thread it's in has 2 ROMs. The MIUI JB V5 and the MIUI V4 Sense-based which is Sense 4.1 [4.0.4] based and has an internal version of 3.2.22.

CM9-KangBang is 4.0.4 ，and [2013/07/12]MIUI JB v5 3.7.12[OTA] /MIUI Sense v4 3.2.22 CSE FINAL of sk8erboy， has two ROM，one is MIUI JB v5 3.7.12 other is MIUI Sense v4 3.2.22 CSE，maybe you can change this

You mean mobile browser? It's not very convenient because mobile browsers scale graphics (especially wide) but if you zoom you should be able to see sufficient details.
