I recently went back to stock F127, then manually flashed the FL24 update via mobile odin, now phone constantly freezes an reboots every few seconds!! Is there any fix for this at all?? Should i attempt to revert back to F127 if possible?

If you are on stock unrooted FL24, go into stock recovery and wipe cache partition.

I'm having a similar issue. But was on FI27 with random reboots and an overly sensitive power button and then sometimes will take a few presses to turn on the screen. I rooted and the reboots seemed to have gotten much more frequent. I'm now on CyanogenMod 10.1 and it's happening just as much.
Will that work for me as well? If so, how do I wipe my cache partition?

No...it was FL24 with root (Qb king) the trouble began when i attempted to flash agat cwm thru mobile odin, thats when phone went nuts. Was able still to use odin mode to revert back to stock F127 which fixed dillema, but am now stuck searching for workaround as in a different kernal -w- cwm as in the earlier odin releases like FF18 which included options like root/w/cwm, or different cwm tar thats compatible with mobile odin......

Same thing happened to me after I flashed Agat recovery. I had to re-root my phone to fix the rebooting but now I don't know which recovery to use. :/
I haven't had any issues running Kubans FL24 kernel at all. Check this thread.

I have 2 phones and they both have the same issue. Right after the fl24 update. Sprint wont help at all. Any idea how to fix. Or I have to install a new rom?
Fl24 is the ics ota that sprint has pushed out. Not good. You best get away from ics, consider leaked Jb GB08 by sextape  in dev section.
Crank up your PC, download GB08 one click stock/rooted restore, put your phone in download mode and hit start.
You're going to fall in love with your phone all over again.:thumbup::beer:
DO NOT USE "NO DATA" you cannot keep your borked up ics data, this needs to be wiped clean, hence rooted restore.
You can only use "no data " after you are on Jb. Coming from ics you need full wipe and the one click "restore " does that.
Copy your internal and external SD's to a folder on your PC, then do the one click.:thumbup::thumbup:
Before you ask, there is no safe recovery for Jb yet, and using a GB recovery involves flashing back to gingerbread, then flashing back, don't go there. Official Jb rec is just around the corner, maybe a month or less. :what:

Hi,
I'm in the process of rooting/finding a ROM for my Fiance's E4GT... I was hoping the latest OTA would fix the HORRIBLE battery life, but alas it has not. Not going to get into what all I've tried to fix the battery issue... short of another ROM (she's really not a "power user").
I looked for the thread you specified, but could only find the FJ10 build. It appears "sextape" is no longer a member here?
Only way I was able to find it was found this page from google:
http://www.xda-developers.com/android/official-jelly-bean-on-epic-4g-touch-fj10-released/
But when you click on the link provided in the news story that should take you to his member profile (to find all created threads, thus the GB808) it's gone.
The thread linked in that article is to the FJ10 build, which shows the OP as "guest" WTF is going on there?
Anyways, can you link me to ROM you've posted about. I'm just looking for something for her to get better battery life. Her phone stays off in her pocket at work all day (shows NO screen on time for 8-10 hours) however the battery is steadily declining with "Android OS" at fault. I've tried DS Battery and other apps, nothing can force the phone to sleep. Even done a full factory reset and disabled everything but basic 3g for web browsing (no other sync) and the battery still drains.
Thanks,
Jonathan
Here you go http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=37986593
Just follow the instructions in the op. Do some reading in thread all should be good.
Do not be distracted by the custom roms, not now, stick to stock for now.

So I got my new Phone In the mail today because my other Epic 4g touch broke.
First thing I do is Load The latest ACS One Click Root/Restore For EL29 and all goes well. Now Im wanting to Load a Custom Rom, so Now i need a Recovery, So I use the E4G Autoloader to Load CWM and all goes well.
Boot into CWM, flash the ROM...reboot and it gets stuck at the Samsung Galaxy S screen.
I have tried restoring to EL29, EL26, EK02 and then insalling CWM, and all goes well up untill the point of rebooting from ANY ROM flash.... it just stays at the Samsung Galaxy S screen. Tried with CWM and Various other CWM5 variants.
Has any one seen this before? My last 4g touch did nothing like this.
Chris
So here I sit with a Stock Rooted Kernal/Rom (EL29) afraid to load CWM and flash any Rom because it always gets stuck at the Samsung Galaxy S Screen.
Really wanting a custom rom....
have you tried to use calkulins format all file before flashing the rom? if not try this link it should download it for you.
http://forum.xda-developers.com/attachment.php?attachmentid=771828&d=1320435068
Yes, I have it loaded on my SD card and use it every time. Iv tried so many combinations.. This is the first time I have had any problem with anything... Hero, Epic, Photon, 1st Epic Touch
This could be a re-man Phone because I got it via Insurance when my last one broke....think they could have done something to it?...even so I can ODIN/Restore to any EK02, EL26/29 and everything is fine.
I'd say I would be good with it cause they come rooted when using the ACS One Click, but I want a custom rom.
Chris
Sorry man then I don't know how to help you. That's the best I have for you. Best of luck ;-)

Don't use the one click root method just use Odin to root the phone. Make sure your downloads are good by checking your md5. Another question for you how long are you waiting when it that screen pops up because the first boot takes a while as you may already know. Forgot to ask did you wipe your SD card when you got your new phone you could try that as well.
Gonna try to ODIN a 100% Stock rom, then go from there.
Looks like I found a EG30 Stock ROM, think that would be a good start?

I have a Stock EL26 w/Root
I also ODIN'd StockAS5-EL26 Repack from Chris41g
And all is happy...but im affraid to try and Load any custom Rom via Recovery because nothing has ever worked so far. Online Stock Roms via Odin have worked.
I have read about a few others getting stuck at the Samsung Galaxy S Screen, but i dont know what they have done if anything.

Boosted Into Recovery, flashed Calkulin E4GT Format All, Then Flashed Calkulin E4GT v2.8... Rebooted
Now stuck at the Samsung Galaxy S Screen.
Checked MD5 for the rom.
On a side note, The flash went pretty fast in recovery and the precentage bar did not work, Dont remember how long a ROM normally takes in to flash in Recovery but Its almost 300mb and it went pretty fast.

I just decided last night to switch from Calkulin to Blazer so I could try it out.
The results were disastrous.
I took my phone, which was running on Rogue Desperado Kernel, EL29 Modem, Calk 2.8.1, and backed up everything. Then I booted into ROGUE recovery, and flashed CALKS FORMAT ALL. This was a success.
Then I flashed BLAZER ROM 3.7. This was a success, according to my little black and green screen.
**HOWEVER, upon reboot I was stuck at SAMSUNG GALAXY S II screen. I waited...and waited...and waited. It never moved past this screen.
Then I tried booting into recovery - no dice. I had to download the Stock EL29 Kernel/Modem/ROM ODIN Full Restore and flash everything back to square one.
Once this was completed, I rooted using the Auto Rooter and took my phone to EL29 with CWM. Then I flashed my Kernel over to the stock EL29 with Rogue Kernel (this is easier to use than stock CWM IMO).
FINALLY, I booted into recovery, flashed CALK FORMAT ALL, then flashed BLAZER ROM 3.7. Now I'm back to the ** from earlier in this post - SAMSUNG GALAXY SII is on the screen, and I can't get past it or boot into recovery.
I'm going to run through the steps again to bring my phone back to stock, but I'd really like to try this ROM out. Does anyone have any ideas?
Any help is greatly appreciated.
With no background information, it sounds like it may have been a bad download. Have you tried downloading another copy of Blazer rom?
The process you described was correct, and sometimes bad downloads lead to infinite splash screens.

OK it looks like you correct. I re-installed Calk 2.8.1 with no issues and did a restore through Titanium. I then got a message saying "download incomplete" of BLAZER ROM. It's odd, because the download went through fine yesterday and the notification cleared before I booted into Recovery to flash everything.
Now I'm trying to re-download the ROM and the link is down with no mirror. Does anyone have a copy saved that they can create a mirror with?

The EXACT same thing happened to me and I did the same as the OP. I followed the instructions, I thought, verbatim. I'm not a newb when it comes to flashing, I've been doing this for years. Stupid me, I flashed a ROM and locked up the phone for a few hours until I got home from work. The only thing that brought it back was Odin to stock and start all over. The only roms that work for me are cal's rooted stocks, his custom roms and strong Steve's Smurf love ROM. Such is life.
was trying to download the new blazer rom and seems the link is broken so will try later.
PhantomHacker is having issues with his host (see quote below), I'm sure he'll have it handled asap. Blazer ROM is awesome, hope you guys enjoy once he gets it back up and running.

Im not sure if you are or not but if you are trying to download the rom from your phone that is the first mistake. I have had allot of bad luck doing it this way. Always download it from the computer and never transfer it through Kies air always use a usb cable. I cannot tell you how much trouble I have run into when trying to download from the phone or transfer roms/themes wireless.
PH's site is back. Download to PC
OK I'm all good. Someone posted a mirror last night for the Blazer Rom (nibrwr notes that PhantomHacker's site is back up today for anyone else trying to download) and I downloaded it on my phone.
rbtrucking - I know you mentioned to always download on PC and transfer, but I've had almost no issues with the downloads direct to the phone. I did all of the Calk install when I first rooted this way, and the Blazer issue was probably my own fault, I must have ended the download before the file finished and then tried to Flash it.
I downloaded the full Blazer Rom on my phone directly yesterday and flashed it in Recovery and it worked fine.
Everything is working perfectly, and I've got it overclocked to 1.35GHZ. Stable as all hell and pulling over 5,000 on Quadrant, whatever the hell that test is good for.
Thanks for the help everyone.
So I'm getting tired of waiting for Sprint to roll out the damn ICS OTA...and even when they do, the Touchwiz leaks I've seen don't look terribly interesting. So I'm considering going to CM9 Alpha 2, having already experienced it on my HP Touchpad and loved it.
My original thought process was: backup all apps and settings, use QBking's guide to install CWM, do an additional nandroid backup and move that onto my PC, and install CM9 A2.
My problem is that I'm currently on completely stock Gingerbread EL29. No root. So I can't use Titanium Backup in case I have to go back to GB. I guess theoretically then I could go: Stock -> Stock Root -> Titanium Backup -> CM9A2...but I'm aware that you install CWM as part of the CM9 installation, so trying to shove TB into the mix might be redundant.
My questions are the following:
1. Is a nandroid backup sufficient for this kind of move, or should I be looking to fit Titanium into the mix as well? My understanding is that Titanium would be more or less required to actually get those apps to cross the GB-ICS threshold, short of downloading them all again. But it seems like more work.
2. QBking has videos on how to go from stock GB to CM9A2. But what do I do if I want to go back to EL29 GB, on the offchance I decide to go for Sprint's OTA?
3. Assuming I do go back, can the nandroid backup I made before installing CM9 be used to restore my stock GB settings (after I reinstall the EL29 kernel), or will that brick my phone?
Thanks in advance.

Hello! Welcome to the AOSP club.
1. Restoring data is usually a no-no for these ROMs because they might cause force closes and slow downs etc. Ultimately, your mileage will vary, but I wouldn't try because
AOSP roms automatically install all the apps you have installed from the market! It's an awesome feature. If some apps aren't automatically installed, then you can find them in data/app or system/app of your nandroid and push it through root explorer or manually install them
2. I would head over the dev section and look for sfhub's oneclick el 29 root. Whenever I want to flash an ICS rom and I'm on ICS, I first use sfhub's oneclick to go back to stock rooted gingerbread, then I go about and install stock el26 cwm and flash etc etc. I don't know if stock root can accept OTA, but I'm sure you'll find a way to back to stock stock in that thread, or in the sticky of dev section that says Auto Root package.
3. It will brick your phone. As a general rule of thumb, don't do anything in the recoveries provided by ICS Roms, as over the past month the E4GT community have seen a high rise in bricks due to them. It will hopefully be resolved once samsung released ICS Source for epic 4g touch, and we can get a real kernel to mess with.
Good luck and have fun! Remember, once you go AOSP, you can never go back.
Why cm9 rather than a leaked version of ics? Im not trying to be an ass or concince you otherwise just curious. just because its a alpha doesnt mean anything its a daily for alot of people almost everything works ....even stuff you will never get on tw like naitive tether and blue tooth controllers like ps3 wii etc
Well I went ahead and did it. No issues to report just yet.
A few post-CM9 install questions though:
1. How do I set speed dials on my phone contacts? I've been searching around and can't quite find it.
2. After ODIN'ing the phone but before installing CM9, I was able to boot to CWM recovery by turning the phone off then holding vol-up + power. But now when I do that it boots into Android recovery. How do I boot to CWM recovery again?

This is my first Samsung. I have been on HTC until now. I have been wondering the same thing about recovery. I also tried to reinstall CWM from the included Rom Manager it just freezes. Also, I had a problem this morning where I had to use ODIN to put CWM back on and I wiped cache and dalvik and then it would no longer boot. I tried to restore my back up and the same thing. Just froze at boot screen. I had to start over. Luckily I had a pretty current Titanium backup to quickly put my programs back on it.
So, I have the same question as you about CWM and also wiping cache/delvik and restoring the backup.

Never touch rom manager for this phone as of now it is not compatible and could brick you. To answer both of your questions about recovery, I do not recommend flashing a different kernel with CM9 the dev did this for your own safety to prevent bricks, and they're really is no need for it on CM9 until you need to update it. Play safe and save your phone, try to save time and you'll brick it
O...k...
That poses problems for my next question. Namely, my signal seems to have taken a nose-dive since installing ICS. I don't know if the signal has actually degraded, since I'm no longer on a Touchwiz-based ROM, or if it only seems like it's degraded, because perhaps the ICS signal detector is more accurate than the GB one and my signal indicator was incorrect before. But I just had a few calls earlier today and there was more static than I'm used to.
So, how do I go about getting another PRL? The workaround I saw for that involved "flashing" a version of the stock kernel onto the SD card long enough to get another one. But if I can't get into CWM...
Can any one answer why I can't restore a CWM backup or even reboot after performing cache or dalvik wipe? I really like this phone, but it sure seems like rooting/recovery/roms work the same as it did on my HTC phone.

Here's a link to an FC22 CWM Recovery. ODIN this guy into your phone - http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1563547&highlight=fc22
@Aganar - The way I've been getting the whole PRL / Profile thing is ---- Get all setup in CM9 the way you like it, fast backup everything via your preferred user land method (titanium, smsbackup, call log backup, etc). Roll back to a Stock GB ROM (calkulin EL29). Update PRL / Profile. Immediately upgrade to ICS but dont wipe the cache. Restore apps & logs from backups. Havent had a single issue...
takes about 10 min round trip.
I guess my concern is, if the flash from GB to ICS is what caused the signal degradation in the first place, why would flashing back to GB in order to update the PRL have any benefit, if I have to flash back to ICS again?
You won't lose the PRL update after you reflash.

Are you sure? There are all sorts of warnings about that recovery and ICS.
Well new company gave me 20% Sprint discount and have become sick of my Tmobiles poor coverage. However I fear wimax might be sucky too here in Seattle. Anyway, long time member here and have been involved in the HTC Sensation and One forums. Both with very very stable roms and kernals.
I was excited to pick up a couple Sprint Galaxy epics and the guy at Sprint had his all rooted and claimed it was smoking fast.
However I came to this forum and see all kinds of complaints of loss of stability just from simple Root of the Epic? Also have not read any stable ICS roms and I have read all of the threads. Plus read this phone is very easy to brick under clockwork. With sensation we use Aroma and it rocks!
So before I move on, I am not looking to break rules on asking ROM questions. I simply would like some input on what ICS rom is stable and supported still as I see many devs have moved on the the sg3 here.
What kernal and radio or what you call modem is stable and how do you find what is for your phone match?
Lastly, what is safest way to ROOT and flash ROMS for this phone?
I did read the stickies but am still confused.
I may be just happy at first to simply ROOT and install the fix for Hot Spot Wi fi and go from there.
Thanks so much.
Not even sure if phones will arrive with stock ICS tomorrow or GB...

First off thank you for your reply. Interesting, I have read ODIn maybe responsible for bricking many of these phones is that incorrect? Lots of what I found seeing the people are very unstable with the custom roms so far for ICS for this phone of course stock ICS will be here soon.is there the ability to just root the phone and leave the stock ics ROM and just run the sprint hot spot mod.

Odin never causes any bricks as long as the process is not interrupted. Most of the instability is caused by user error. From my experience, all fresh (by fresh I mean wipe data/cache and format system) custom ROM installs have been rock solid stable. Also, most network issues are fixed by updating profile/prl. Official ICS is already out, it is build FF18. Stock ICS will not normally have the hotspot mod. You will have to use a hack to install it yourself. If you want a stock ICS experience, use this odin package (reset user data) to odin your phone to pre-rooted FF18:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1721229
And here is your hotspot hack:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1760712
Nonetheless, I see no reason why you wouldn't just save yourself the time and flash a custom ICS ROM.
Imho, there isn't any ics custom rom as of yet that is 100% stable, glitch-free, and reliable. I would wait it out until more polished versions come out. If there is a pretty good one to try, i'd say the blu kuban.

Thanks, I think we are on the same page with this!
So I just loaded the FF18 Full Restore and Samsung drivers as indicated in this thread,
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1670110
I also tested after unzipping to a folder and the ODEN program comes up waiting for me to hook up phone I dont have yet till tomorrow.
I also watched this video and it seems very easy to do if this is correct process,
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_IL21F8Gfbs
Still some clarifying questions,
1. If my new phone comes with ICS already pushed to it. Do I simply still install FF18 to get root for the ICS rom?
2. If phone does not come with ICS will this install ICS and Root?
3. Do I need to use this or Caulkins to wipe data first before I do this process on phone out of the box new?
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1670110
Also I am little nervous reading this post from SFHUB<, Is he saying not to do the above process thru the built in Odin recovery in the phone if it comes with stock ICS in it? What does this mean???
The Epic 4g Touch has a bug in it's emmc controller that can cause the /data partition to become inaccessible/unrecoverable sometimes thanks to the wipe process when flashing from ICS recoveries... DO NOT FLASH FROM ICS RECOVERIES!!!!
7/11/12 edit: In the FF18 source Garwynn has confirmed the presence of the offending code that triggers the emmc bug (http://forum.xda-developers.com/show...1&postcount=32) meaning that it will eventually be safe to flash from ICS as long as the offending code is removed by the dev of the kernel/rom...
- Please see this (http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=1525495) thread by xST4T1K which details how NOT to brick your device... It is slightly out of date but still very relevant... if you want a more technical understanding of what this emmc bug is and why this is happening you can see Sfhub's thread in general related to it (http://forum.xda-developers.com/show....php?t=1644364 ). The OP contains all of the information that our users have been able to figure out about this bug... Be sure to thank these people, as their hard work has made it exponentially safer for all of us to flash ICS roms on our phones...
-Every ICS rom will have a flashing guide in it's dev thread, its HIGHLY suggested you read and reread the guide for the rom you want to flash and follow it EXACTLY, taking the extra time upfront to fully understand what you're about to do will save you alot of trouble going forward.
-Put simply though you will always want to ODIN or Mobile ODIN (mobile Odin is an app made by the dev chainfire, available in the play store, that allows you to preform Odin flashes from your phone without using a PC) the el26 Gingerbread kernel/recovery and flash any ICS roms from that. NEVER FLASH FROM AN ICS RECOVERY, THAT IS HOW BRICKS ARE MADE!!!! Also do NOT use Rom Manager or Touch recovery!!!!
- Currently there are some ICS recoveries that are thought to be safe to flash from thanks to the work done on the emmc bug. If one of these is included in your rom it will be noted by the dev in the rom thread, however the safest way is still just to Odin back to el26 in order to avoid any chance of bricking!
Next, once I do this FF!8 and have root and ICS. If I want to dabble in custom roms. I am guessing they are installed by CWM from file downloaded to root of SD card like normal. I do not find CWM touch for this phone anywhere. I am sure I am missing it. It seems from reading the exploit in ICS kernal is causing the bricks. So I am guessing to use SF hubs or Claukins data wipe before loading custom roms. Are we beating to the same drum here?
Will correct radio or modem be installed automtic with FF18 or custom roms? I see many threads just on modems.
Thanks and thanks for the hot spot mod.

Thats what it seems from hours reading each ROM thread. Reminds me of the Sensation when GB and or ICS first leaked. Will most likely just root stock and go from there.
CWM is in the kernel. Current kernels such as chris41g's or AGAT's kernels have patched up recoveries that avoid the emmc bug, so they are completely safe. You should use calkulins format all before flashing a rom in CWM.
For odin, it wouldn't hurt to odin sfhubs wipe data/cache, but it's not necessary. As long as you use the reset user data odin package for FF18, it will take you to stock rooted FF18. Regardless of what rom your phone comes with, run that odin package. You don't need to worry about the modem either because it will install the latest one. Be sure to update your profile/prl in settings>about>system updates after.
If you want to try a custom rom, use odin to flash a kernel with cwm (agat's or chris41g's). Once you have a recovery, flash calkulins format all, and then the ROM of your choice. Modems are not installed through CWM rom zips. You'll have to flash a modem zip in recovery or odin a modem tar.

I was studying Sfhugs FF18 thread and it says I can do the one click root and then install option D and that puts in the FF18, with agats CWM. So is this more simple then flashing FF18 and then doing a flash for either chris or agat kernal with cwm?
Should I use Calkulins format before flashing FF18 from stock?
So when you guys flash new custom roms you have to flash current modem each time? or only if you want to have a more current one? Coming from HTC you only have to flash radio when its required to match a new base leaked. So little confused there too.
Thanks your help has been great!

I know I personally use Mijjahz's "GOODNESS" ROM and it runs smooth. Many mods and add ons with more added daily. I flashed agat's 2.2 kernel because I don't like the 2.3 that version 16.6.1 comes with.
I also flashed FF18 over my EL26 modem. Modems don't change between flashing I believe. Those you update yourself. A lot of folks stay on EL29 or find something that works perfectly in their area.

not sure what you expect from a mobile os but I couldn't disagree more.... my experance on mijjahs goodness has been better and more stable than stock in every way, hell even cm9 and aokp are extremely reliable as well if you can live without dialer codes and prl/profile updates.... no software is ever going to be 100%.... I say flash away, you won't be dissapointed

you're quoting some of my new user guide here, and i haven't updated it since the OTA came out so it somewhat overstates the danger of bricking (not a bad thing really, made you read, didn't it!?) which was much easir to do before we got kernel source, since then agat63 and chris41g have been killin it in kernel development since they got ICS source... their ICS kernels are safe to flash from and can be found in the dev section, if you're on the stock FF18 rooted with stock kernel i would personally ODIN (mobile or desktop) back to EL26, and from there flash whatever custom ICS rom you like, as far as I'm aware all of the roms come with a safe kernel these days but do be sure to double check and flash one if it does not... at that point going forward should you wish to flash something else you can just do it via cwm as per usual without having to odin back to gingerbread....do note however that you can't use touchwiz kernels with AOSP roms, there asr safe AOSP kernels as well however...
edit: oops, just noticed revamper addressed most of this on the last page, to answer another one of your questions though you can try as many modems as you like and decide which one works best for you, its varies phone to phone and area to area... the modem is not at all required to match the build number of the rom, (example: may people still use the el29 modem with ICS) you can use ANY modem with ANY rom
Ive flashed this phone hundreds of times. Put your rom and any other zips you have on external card. Then to do a full clean wipe go to privacy. then factory data reset then check usb storage. You can skip this step, but this is how to get it factory fresh. Download the el26 cwm kenal. Its posted everywhere. Next open Odin go to pda and select EL26 cwm kernal. Uncheck auto reboot. Have battery cover off! Flash kernal pop battery out when it starts to boot. or says pass. then use the vol up and power combo hold them down until boot screen pops up then let off. Next flash calkulins wipe all or wipe no data. . Never brick never fail. Then flash your rom and tweaks and be happy. Ive done this driving down the road its that easy. Laptop sitting in passenger seat with odin up lol. Plus i drive a 5sp full size truck. Flashing is easy. Follow directions. There is nothing wrong with this phone just read directions if your a noob. I,ll be making multi scenario flashing youtube movies soon. Like mobile tech videos does.

That's all there is to say.
I have a Sprint Samsung Galaxy SII Epic 4G touch.
So, I first did a factory reset to FL24. Then, I rooted, then install a custom recovery. I'm on the Samsung Galaxy SII Epic 4g touch. I followed these
qbking77's videos to a tee (The one about rooting with FL24 and the one about installing a custom How to Install a Custom Recovery on Samsung Epic 4G Touch FI27/FL24) and experienced no problems with them. There were no errors that appeared. At least, that's what I thought. My battery was bloated at the time. That is when my first started randomly rebooting on and on. I thought it was because I had a bad battery.
I tried a brand new battery, and it doesn't work. It won't stay on for more then 30 secs before restarting. I tried removing the battery, clearing the cache, as well as wiping factory data. Didn't work. HELP!
Try recharging your battery with an external charger and then odin a one-click

It isn't a battery issue. It is software. Just Odin onclick A new stock ROM.
It IS a software issue, and yes, going back to stock IS a good idea, but that's not the end of the solution. The easiest way is to get the fl24 back to stock unroot/unbrick file, run that odin, then get the fl24 root w/restore (or no-data loss, your choice really) file, run that odin oc, then instead of flashing garwynns custom Kernel w/ Agat's tREC v0.4.0,, flash (w/mobile odin) instead the custom Kernel w/ Agat's tREC v0.3.0 and all will be well.
