Hey guys,
I'm on ARHD 18.1
Hboot 1.31
Kernel and everything else is stock.
Baseband and Ril match, tested with getril.
My problem:
Whenever my HOX looses network connectivity it stays offline even if it should get connectivity back ( outdoor big city no clouds )
Also it looses connectivity from time to time without any reasons.
The only way to get network back is restart 1 - 3 times mostly it works....
I don't know how to solve this.
Anybody any ideas?thx
Update your hboot.
New drivers should solve the problem

you're not stuck till your device is on and running however every radio works differently... you should try them and see which fits better your signal

Hi,
you can not use fastboot commands if you only have Ship S-OFF. You need Eng S-OFF for this.
Are you trying to flash a radio or custom ROM? With radio you need both radio and eng off, that's recommended anyways. With custom ROMs you only need one.

I wouldnt put my money on that one either, it requires you to have fastboot=eng-off
ok i think your extremely confused. i am sure if you look around harder you could topics to what your looking for. but we shall spare you that, shall we.
first off, I realised you use radio and custom ROM interchangably. they are different things.
RADIO is related to the receptivity of your phone, flashing a newer radio will increase reception and lower battery usage.
CUSTOM ROM is a custom 'interface' for your phone, well, they are all android based anyways. for instance you have HTC Sense and Samsung Touchwiz and so on.
rooting/s-off can be divided into 2 types, one is called eng off and the other one is called radio off/ship off/
eng off installs a engineered bootloader onto your system which allows you to issue command through fastboot, like what you were doing before when you were doing this.

except you are only radio off, which doesnt have fastboot command. thats why all yout attempts have failed.
if you are attempting to flash a radio please get eng off too. please refer to this to get eng off http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=841076
to flash a custom ROM, you only need one, either eng off or radio off. first, download a recovery app, namely ROM manager on the market. after you have done that, select flash a custom ROM(in the app, of course), it will then prompt you to select a custom ROM zip file. select it and press confirm.
heres a list to the latest custom ROM. remember, dont unzip the files you download, leave them as they are in your sd card.

Edit- forgot to add in bootloader when you select recovery does anything happens? Have you tried a reset from within the bootloader?

You must have stock recovery for OTA updates. You also probably need to be unrooted.

This thread might be your only solution, I made it pretty simple for that guy to understand.
It requires doing a fastboot charging using a script.

Can I assume that this is working for you?
Let it charge, (Don't be impatient) then run the RUU whilst in fastboot usb. (which you should already be in for the fastboot charging script)

I meant 'own'
I just noticed it .
That clears things up !
Fastboot getvar version-main
That will tell you the number of the ruu you need

Ok than
I already used the right RUU and Run it
Now after using in the RUU the HOX immediately boots into bootloader
I tried to flash a new boot with no success
C:\Users\Shavit\Desktop\One_X_All-In-One_Kit_v2.3\Data>fastboot flash boot boot.
img
sending 'boot' (5200 KB)...
OKAY [ 0.651s]
writing 'boot'...
FAILED (remote: not allowed)

But what is now exactly your goal, i see so many different things everywhere....
But to answer this question :
A boot.img (the kernel) can't be flashed with a locked/relocked bootloader, after you ran the ruu your bootloader is either locked or relocked and you need to unlock it first to be able to flash anything !

First of all thank you !
my goal is just to be able to use the DAM PHONE
Currently my bootloader is LOCKED and I can't manage to unlock it
C:\Users\Shavit\Desktop\One_X_All-In-One_Kit_v2.3\Data>fastboot flash unlocktoke
n Unlock_code.bin
sending 'unlocktoken' (0 KB)...
OKAY [ 0.130s]
writing 'unlocktoken'...
(bootloader) unlock token check successfully
FAILED (status read failed (Unknown error))
finished. total time: 4.747s

THis happens after choosing the 'YES' option in the HOX
And it stays relocked after a reboot ?
Then get a new code at the HTC dev site ....maybe that helps

Any help with that ?
Well actually no ! If the token get flashed to the phone and you see the unlock screen its all correct. If it stays unlocked like yours do then i can't do anything unfortunately
