There is no RUU for that CID. If you need to flash a RUU you will need to create a goldcard first.
Thanks for answer..

thanx in advance
Yes otherwise i would not suggested it
Lower ruu's don't work but nandroids do. The only thing that might happen is that the touch drivers don't work......it happened on the newest base too (3.18.401.1). Because of the upgraded touch panel. Don't know if its the same for 3.16.....
Try the nandroid and you will notice it fast enough
Otherwise we will get another way to go back to stock
---------- Post added at 09:52 AM ---------- Previous post was at 09:45 AM ----------
Otherwise you can flash the standalone firmware from here
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1957376
It will lift the hboot to 1.36 and then you can also use the 3.16 nandroid for sure.

What do you mean exactly...the firmware in the collection thread is no good ?
This is the firmware for HTC J15 hboot 1.39.
http://d-h.st/pqe
Its the correct one, i linked it before and worked. This will also support the 3.16 nandroid backup
But yes ! Make a full wipe in recovery, flash the boot.img and restore the nandroid, flash the stock recovery. Keep the bootloader unlocked. First try to update and even check if the touchpanel works......then update it and after all is done you can relock the bootloader

Hay folks, i want to update to sense 5 but I can't. I have SuperCID (CID=11111111), which I got out of the factory, so I can't receive OTA-updates. Does someone know how to change my CID? Command fastboot oem writecid *CID* doesn't work. Error to many links.
You are SuperCID but still S-ON so you cannot change the CID, BUT you can download the OTA files and flash them manually...
There are plenty of tutorials here on how to do so.
Thanx mate. It works like a charm now

If I use a RUU, does my S-OFF state return to S-ON?
Thanks

Your s-off state does not change unless you change it. So don't worry.
About an RUU, i only know of a Sprint RUU and a Developer Edition RUU.
But there are TWRP stock backups you can revert to if you like. Check in General Forum

AT&T and T-Mobile US, also. But yes, only US versions have RUU exe's.
Euro zips from RUU posted here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/htc-one-m8/general/htc-one-m8-european-signed-ruu-0p6bimg-t2911563
S-off required (OP meets that requirement), and run in fastboot RUU mode. This is the closest you will find to an executable RUU for the Euro M8. Otherwise, refer to stock nandroids as mentioned in the previous post.
I guess since I am S-OFF, I can change my CID to SuperCID and run a Developer Edition RUU, correct?

As I guess that you're already on 1.30.401.1, you can only install 1.21.401.3 if you are S-OFF. This kind of installation would be a downgrade which isn't possible on S-ON devices due to security restrictions.
What you could do, is to flash 1.30.401.1 over 1.30.401.1 to fully revert to stock. This indeed would be the same as performing the factory reset from withing the booted ROM on a full stock device.

il your CID and MID match the RUU's, it doesnt matter if your bootloader is locked or unlocked.
