What is the idea behind this. No settings no nothing. Ics launcher from market works on my gingerbread with customisation options.

Have you seen the Sony Ericsson Launcher? Its on the link below, but for some reason it does seem to fully work on our device. I would really love to see this fully functional on our device. How would one go about asking the Devs to work on this?

I think its funny how ppl wt samsung phones want sont launchers and vice versa.

But the T-989 no regrets here it will be a while "I think" before I'll be looking for a newer device. The note is nice but im 5'9" and 150 lbs it looks like I have a 10" tablet on my hip
Do any of those launchers support ICS style folders? I'm running ADW launcher mostly for that reason. I don't really use the fancy transitions and all of that.

I'll be honest I love the SGSII but I don't like tw, or gingerbread. Can't wait to get vanilla ICS. I was tempted to leave to the Nexus but I love design of the device way too much to leave.

Its really cool, love the widget animation. It does force close on me at all but the bubbles don't work, and I think the menu structure is not working either.

sooooo, i really really liked that launcher and found a working one WITH the corners. he has two that work and im currently using the fast corners one

Yea I agree but I was addicted to ics but it wasn't Sense. I know we have great icsSense roms but I wanted to have complete again. We have our fair share of runnymeade roms but this one feels good on the phone. Haven't really tested battery because you can't get great results overnight. Gotta let it settle.

Hi, just got my Galaxy II not to long ago, looking for pink or possible purple themes. Im on blazer rom currently with sherbert theme. Just wanted to know if there were any more girly themes out there?

Have anything in mind? I currently don't have a PC so it may be a little while until I can work on something but let me know kinda what your looking for color wise and when I'm able to get another PC I'll see what I can come up with for you.

Oh thanks so much. Just mainly would like something with a mixture of pink and purple. Like status bar with pink icons but notifications may be purple. Nothing specific, anything really
I am going to be trying to put something together this week. ive had a few people ask me to do a pink theme and a purple one. I might just use your idea and kill 2 birds with one stone and mix them together. I will see what i can put together.

Hey everyone
so i have been in contact with the dev of PGM2.. he makes a kernel mod that allows you to swipe to turn off/on screen etc instead of using buttons

i essentially was talking to him to see if he would be willing to make us an app for our sgs3 devices... as i personally hate using buttons for fear of them breaking or wearing out on me... so i wanted to do this poll to see who would be interested in this kind of thing...
the dev needs to gauge interest to see if people would even want it to make it work his time...
please people, make sure to vote and voice your opinions as i would LOVE to have this ported over from the nexus

I believe ktoonsez's kernel has this feature in the ktweaker settings if you want it that bad. A bit if a battery drain though

Yea. I didn't figure it out too. Then I finally found out that you swipe across the screen to make it work. And I don't see YOU developing something to fix this, give thanks for what you have.

Personally, I like swiping the screen to take a screenshot, rather than locking the phone. Though perhaps this swipe could be from the bottom to top.. that would be quite interesting.

The most stability definitely comes from the CM7 roms. I personally have not used them but I am almost positive that they work 100%. Another suggestion would be AndyBoneStock, I believe it was same as stock but debloated.
Thanks for the advice! I will check those out. The wife doesn't let me mess with her phone much so it needs everything to work & be solid. I have the original Incredible and a Nexus 4 to take care of my flash habit.

I think Andybonestock has all bloat, hence the name bonestock. Sense m is nice as jizzy said, and skyraider. But if you look, there are already about 50 "what's the best rom for my wife/gf that is fast and stable" threads. Check those for more suggestions.

Of course but its more than being high and mighty. The more threads made, the harder it is to find things. If there's like 30 threads asking the same thing, it gets kinda old. Because usually it means they didn't even bother trying to look first. Which is am XDA rule.
