On first look i thought this is a themed Temple Run 2
Awesome dude, my highest score till now is 2.7 Million with Multiplier 38X :crying:
The real fun lies in gaming without using any hacks/cheats *you are a true gamer *
Perhaps you could share some tips on achieving the highest score based on ur experience playing TR2 till now

Hey mate, this thread is for posting individual high scores. Why are you so hesitating to post your score, even my score is less than the current high score. If exams is on your head, then quiting might be a better option than getting addicted to it even more

A friend of mine came over to my store with his iPhone 4 and was showing me a game that i have to admit the graphics where amazing. I just read an anandtech review that the gpu of our phone is much stronger than the iPhone 4 one.
Is there a game out there for our phone that can take 100% advantage of it's gpu power? I would like to see something this nice on my phone. I can't remember the name of the game. I will try to get it from my friend.
Riptide is one of the best looking.
Earth And Legend is a very good one to but riptide is the best.
But keep in mind that you need the nvidia plugin for chainfire3d or it will not run.
But the game keeps closing for me and take me back to the home screen.

The game I was talking about is infinity blade from epic. I don't think there's something to top that. Plus isn't it annoying that we have to do all kinds of alchemies just to enjoy Riptide???

Yes it is. But we can run a game meant for tablets on our phones. I don't think iphones can do that. Infinity blade? We'll have to wait for a similar game to come out. Apparently it is in the works. Uses the same unreal engine for graphics. I can't really remember the name, but it is out there.
You could try dungeon defenders. It uses unreal as well.

Just watched the youtube video for this from the market all all I have to say is: WOW! *nopun* It looks awesome, is it really fun and playable?
To the OP:
Samurai II: Vengeance is VERY fun and looks great and plays very smoothly on this phone. The colours are extremely vivid and attractive. Kinda reminds me of "Afro Samurai", which I have for xbox. Check it out.
Also, when I got my iPad2 (gift) the first paid app I downloaded from the app store was Infinity Blade. It was used in iPad1 vs iPad2 videos I was watching during the times I was waiting for said device to arrive. TBH, other than looking pretty good, the game kinda sucks. It's not the worst game I bought for it, but I kinda wish it was a bit more fun.... I mean it's simplistic to the point of tedium.

tbh there isn't any game on android that comes close to infinity blade's graphics, even though our phone would run it ultra smooth.
on my iphone I used to brag with Epic Citadel demo, it looked like the presentation of dx11
on s2 I usually brag with quake3 and playstation emu
I don't undestand why development is slacking so much lately, we have dual core phones since spring and nothing launched yet to take advantage of it..

That's exactly my point and i find it weird that no one else is annoyed about this. The sony xperia keeps getting new games that are only made for it and we get nothing good.
Dead Space is also a great one but you need qualcom plugin in chainfire3d.
No wonder nothing on android comes close to infinity blade and rage on ios, when games are being dumped down to run smoothly on the old adreno 205 GPUs.
Hell , I think my own test looks better than most if not all android games, and it runs at 60 frames per second on my S2:

i have installed this but it's laggy and nothing near those two iphone games. No one is making games for our device specifically. we have the most powerful gpu from all phones. what a shame and waste of power.

Probably because the phone is new as well. When the galaxy s phone came out, it took a while for the games to be out for the powervr gpu. In any case, there are some impressive games like Dungeon Defenders etc.

Here is Antutu run.
Insert coin 6.3.0 with sense on Franco R5 kernel. Everything else left as it is. No special tweaks other than holding the phone in front of fan

Hey was wondering if you all can help whit a problem I'm having?
Got my new hox two days ago (its a ht25) and right away I felt it didn't performed as good as my last one especially in the webbrowser it was a bit slow.
So I did a test using rightware browsermark and only got about 75000 points, thought that a factory reset would fix it so did that, but now I can't get browsermark to complete one test it just stuck on step 3 of 6
tried several times but still no go and browser fells slow tried everything I can think of like flash on or off ,clear cache

Now its become free to play, but I don't see any Iap, other than 'gold' which can be lived without. Also, when I like their FB pages, I don't get the free coins, anyone else has this issue?

Graphics: madfinger proved again, the graphics we can see is just amazing as it was in shadowgun for example. 5/5
Music/sounds: zombie rales have never been so cool. 4/5
Gameplaynot played out yet) for me the game was a little bit difficult at some places, but i had no problem with the controlling for example...after coming from madfinger's previous game, shadowgun, it was pretty easy in dead trigger too, because they were the same except the iron sight. Its a good fps on the play, and yes its free...but i just couldnt overcome that fact that madfinger wants to be the EA of android? Juat because Play4Free can be delusive, really its Pay4Win...well, not that bad like at free EA games on pc, but cmon...the best weapons are all for real money...i want to slaughter zombies with that minigun for free! And its a typical, average fps... 3/5

I bought it the day it was released as well and felt the same. But then I thought that I got to play the game a month before the free users did, and for that alone, $1 was worth it.

I didn't like the game the first time I played it and thought that my money had gone down the drain (was badly hungover at that time).
But the next time I played it, I liked it a lot and was hooked.
Love this game. The graphics are awesome and the gameplay is terrific. I don't have any problems with the controls and the game runs smoothly on my lovely device.
One thing I'd like to clarify is that although this is a freemium game, not going for in-app purchases does NOT cripple the game. You can just as well progress with the regular stuff. I'm on level 17 right now and never did any in-app purchasing.
Yesterday's update makes it even better. The new locations and Zombies are great. The devs at Madfinger have outdone themselves. They probably have the best looking games on the platform right now.
P.S.: The SWAT zombies are fuc*ing hard to kill.
I like the cloud to save gamedata. I play it with my ps3 controller, on my 32" lcd. Great game, cops are hard to die...we need the bazooka...

I bought and downloaded spiderman few days back, after purchasing.. it straight away downloads 500 mb+ of data, and as i opened it just showed gameloft sign and closed as many times i tried to run it, so i instantly clicked refund and got my money back under 15 mins timeline. I contacted gameloft but they just keep saying we have forwaded the same n stuff, totally pathetic...!!
Though the games including new batman are great as the preview on youtube i saw and the people reviews says...
They havn't updated the spiderman version yet and if i buy again i won't get refund as per policy, so i am also worried with batman game as its of 1.69 gb that will cross 15 mins mark and even in the first time i wont get the refund....
I can skip spiderman, but can someone using hox confirm that Dark Knight Rises is working/playable on hox after installation perfectly ?!

I have spiderman on my one x and it runs fine. Its slightly laggg but I think that a because its not optimized for tegra.

I've heard that people with the GS3 have reported it as being laggy, but then again they were on ROMs and hadn't really looked at what apps were running in the background.

I was talking about the Batman & Spider-Man games.
You'd never consider rooting? Then why are you on XDA if you don't mind me asking? Just curious, as most people here are into Developing and Rooting per se.
That apk I linked you to sets up your phone cpu frequencies to maximise your gaming experience, if you're not rooted then you'll need to put up with it as it is.
As I said, check your background processes.

well i am on xda for many reasons... i had xperia arc s and was into rootin unlocking it n stuff, and have xperia u aswell... m doing stuff on it too.... still many reasons are there to be on xda besides developing! I am just asking here on this topic, nothing more..
though thanks for sharing that apk, but can't n will not use it on hox, wanna always keep it stock weather i am wrong or right.. many people don't even know about rooting n stuff to honest with you .

Great news!! I purchased batman rises just now, and running smooth !! woOHoO !!
shew!! was a great risk 1.69 gb took more than 45 mins ... but it ran in first go and all fine.
And what more i was still able to see "refund" in google market (after closing google market and opening it again), so if it would have not ran, then i was able to get the refund aswell !!

Yes it gets hot alot u can say but not like burning little smelly hot or anything, though i didnt got to feel much of it atall as have its htc flip genuine leather case on. I am not much of an android gamer, But oh my god batman is the best "action" game, super smooth with great easy controls very much managable i've ever played on android . Loved it, has all fight action, sneak killing, diving kill, slow mo almost everything i like played on pc, great story, etc. Just loved it on hox specially that made is so much fun to play on. Have continuously played it for little more than an hour, and battery was around 65+ percent when i started, when i closed battery was at 32% (with free juice defender on).. i feel its ok for now!! As Many updates are still to come for our hox for it to improve more ...

unlikely, too much undervolting caused my phone to reboot or freeze then reboot. max undervolt for me was -160mv

well, that's a proof if sgy is a good 'phone' :laugh: . maybe not too good 'video player' or 'game console' but definitely a good 'phone'. using mostly for text message and voice call with data off and little bit wifi connections. i take that ss while battery on 14-15%, just before connect to charger. so if i let it on battery maybe it could get near 8 days.
using stock dxle, my own kernel, bacem undervoltage -100mv, performance governor, no xxx2sd.

sorry i already delete it in one of my post. i don't have any copy right now, just save the patch and config. anyway nothing fancy on my kernel. almost like stock kernel.
The only way to do this is 1-doing a factory reset 2- make the phone 2g only 3- make your screen brightenes 10% 4- clear the ram every 5 minutes:thumbup:

clearing ram every 5 mins is not a good idea,
it just causes more strain in the CPU
linux memory management is different than windows memory management,
in linux the less ram available the better,
in windows the more ram available the better,
I would like to try and beat that 7 days battery life,but i dont think i can yet,i do too much on my phone, i cant even stop playing games on it and i use hsdpa for internet when im away from home and no wifi near by

haha...most new custom kernel here might could do better if you know how to properly set your device. you should note that irfan got that record with performance governor. in our lil test with modified conservative govs, we can only use 1% for 7-8 hours. feels it too exagerating? let's make it half, 1% for 4hours. that's our average test. let say we want to use it till 20%. assuming the number of days is x, the formula will be
(100-20)=24/4*x
80=6x
x=13,3
it means you can have your lil Y survive without a charger plug for almost two weeks!?
copy that picture then show it to your friend who use android. enjoy the moment when his/her face turned red, filled with envy of our lil Y. or even better, vote this thread so that it will be featured in XDA portal so that world can see our lil Y power and how the devs here have worked hard to make this lil Y perform better. another good things? it will be a hard slap on samsung and broadcomm face if they see it. they could kept their source code remain closed and got no improvement on their product, or...they could release that lil source code to public and see how the devs here will "revo" their lil product into "something".
