For some reason, my phone is stuck in Headphone mode.
in the top corner shows that i'm using headphones but i'm not , tried installing software that will disable headset mode , but nothing works. i can hear messages and other sounds like alarm and etc. from speakers but music , calls , videos cant hear ... have to plug in my headphones .. had a funny situation ~20 minutes ago . I switched my phone for 1 day off and turned it on today and i saw that there where no icon . i called my friend to tell him about it but after a couple of minutes the doesn't disappeared then i noticed that i'm again stuck in that mode ... tried resetting to factory settings but didn't helped ... maybe some one has a solution ? sorry for bad English .

Hi guys .... I seem to be having a problem with my hermes for a while now ...
Over the past couple of months i have been flashing various Roms namely roms from MRH , DVH ( pdaViet ) , CRC's and PdaCorner ..
The problem i am facing is related to audio on the phone ... once flashed the roms works fine for a couple of days and all of a sudden there is no audio output from the phone ( phone doesnt ring , not audio output from Media player or coreplayer etc , tapping sounds ) but i can attend calls normally thru the phone microphone ...
then the sound come back suddenly ( either from a alarm i set etc . ) only to disapper once again after a day ....
Please let me know if any of u have faced a problem similar to this and have any soultion ...

If you ROM has WOW SRS then there is a big chance that it is the culprit.
i dont have WOW SRS.. in fact i am using the same rom as your's now ....
another thing i noticed as well...
when ever the sound disappears .. the ringer is "turned off " in the comm manager... and i am not able to turn it on... as it toggles between vibrate " on " and ringer turned " off " only ..

It must be cause by some other program's settings like Photo Contact or the likes if you installed one because I have not experience that in my TyTn now.
i used to love my wonder.but for last one month i am getting really irritated.some times the loudspeaker sound disappers.there is no locking or unlocking sound.no ringtone.if i try to play some audio files message will come .the media file is not supported.all this becomes allright after restarting the phone.then may after some hours the above problems re appears and i have to restart the fone again.please help me.i am, not sure whwt to do.
I have also the same problem. Except, no messages when playing audio files.. just no sound output.
It'll become perfectly normal after restart.
Is there any solution or reason for that problem?

for me, Alarm is not ringing. sometime it does but the volume is too low. You can't wake from that sound.
there is no call alert.
can't set sound from SD Card, only phone-built-in rigtones works (that sometime don't work too)
only media could play.
please help >.<
Hi guys, I have a strange problem with the sound from today When I call someone I can't hear him only when I used the SPEAKER and the other problem is when I try to listen music I can't hear anything from the SPEAKER only when I use earphones, but when I try to hear my ringtone it's working... I don't understand please help.. I tried hard reset and it doesn't work... When I reboot the phone and start some music it is working for like 10-20 seconds and stops 'till I reset it again please help...
P.S. I fixed it. Its just the system thinks the headphones are plugged I just downloaded SoundAbout and fixed it. ))
Hello, yesterday I found a problem with my speaker. It makes strange sound after displaying any audio, like 2-3 sec noise after displayed sound. It happen too when I plug in headphones and I hear the same sound on headphones. I hear that for example when I have turned on touch sound or I turn on music. Someone from you has a same problem? Should I give phone on guarantee or It is normal failure of desire 820?

Hello guys i recently bought s20 plus Exynos variant official firmware i didnt root yet,after using a few weeks i have anoying problem,when i make call or receive the sound and mic cutts off i cant hear and other person too ,even the medai sounds cutts off absolutely no sound at all i tried evertyhing changed sound mode to silence or vibrate no result,its started suddenly first time when happened i didnt care rebooted and everythings was fine but ,then happened second time and third...,i did full factory reset...same even happened after first call...sound and mic cutts off and ui freezes and reboots itself.
Sometimes when i get this issue i try to vol up its show calling volume bar and no sound anywhere when i try to play music freezes and reboots.
I tried with odin roll back e previous firmware...same!
i tried to turn off Volte same...Dolby off same.
This even happens when i try to listen music i use Samsung Music with original usb to aux dongle i can listen around 5-10min and sudenly no sound i fixed this with another music player i dont have any issue listened around 1h and nothing happened,but when i receive call 2-3 times it happen on the 4th time or 5th.
Any idea or anybody have this issue?I dont know how to get error logs without root,its seems like sound driver crashes or...maybe hardware issue
