I have a CDMA HTC desire. It is fast and running ics, but it starts lagging until reboot. Reboot takes forever. The phone is very old and i want to get something new.
It has to be:
4.3-4.7in screen
Dualcore/quadcore (prefer s4)
At least 1gb ram
2gb+ internal storage
800x480+ resolution
Under $400, prefer around $200
Looking into mi-two and "galaxy nexus 2"
Can someone help me?
Sent from my brother's MB870 using xda app-developers app, as my desire sits on the table rebooting.
If you can buy Mi-Two. Mi-Two is better choose.

I have seen it in android-sale.com, but it is out of stock now.
There's also the M1S, which got good reviews..
I did know this phone however until now.
Here's the review:

My concern is the support you get with Chinese phones

If I bought a new phone now, it would most probably be the htc one s.
Yeah, I'm thinking about replacing my Desire too. I thought about SGS3 or some windows phone (like lumia). Of course I like Samsung more but it's expensive. Plus I've heard some good stuff about lumia and it's good looking and cheaper. Help me guys

New phones
I'm trying to hold on a while longer to my Desire, though JB roms keep stressing internal storage more and more...
If I would buy a new phone nowadays, my choice would be between a Samsung Galaxy Nexus and a Galaxy Note (yep, both older models, but I'm a cheapskate anyway
I guess Ill just get a nexus s. I was going for a captivate, but the nexus s is a nexus and it is on ebay for around $60-80 Got my desire off ebay for $40.

Vote for One S
Now it is just a matter of selling it. Some fraud buyers ruined my ebay selling account and I can't list anything anymore

What version of android is your phone running?
If your on GB then the newest XDA Premium app won't work because it's for 3.0 upwards.

I'm having the same problem with my T-Mobile G2x since I reverted back to rooted stock (2.3.4). If they updated it to only work with 3.+, then they should either offer a refund or create a GB version available (which in reality would only be the last version before the update)

Can guide me personally, step wise through pm,not any thread. And also r samsung phones bootloader unlocked

Hi,
Imho, Sony devices o Nexus family are the best choices in the Android scene.
regards
yes sony and nexus are easiest to unbrick too
I'm quite sure its literaly impossible to brick a xperia s unless its hardware related
not samsung fan, they are too complicated to even bootloader unlock and not to mention knox Samsung security

@RISHI RAJ Instead of going for S4, go for HTC One, Nexus 5, Moto X or Xperia Z1.. And if u r a sammy fan, go for Note3 atleast.. Its worth it.. S4 aint that good as i saw..
Or you can upgrade to g2 too
