[Q] Time buggy on ICS - Samsung Galaxy Gio GT-S5660

I'm wondering if anyone else had this phenomenon that the clock just stops after three days?
I've read about a time bug in ICS, but i have no idea what's causing it?
It happens with the CM9 roms and the AOSP roms.
Anyone any idea what's causing it, or how to solve it?
PS, there are no active appkillers running.

[Q] Answer Delay Bug in CM7

Is anyone else faced with that problem? I'm using CM7 (#20). When answering a call the caller doesn't hear me and I'm not hearing what the caller says for the first 2 or 3 seconds of the conversation. Any help greatly appreciated.
There at least half a dozen threads like this. It is a bug, live with it, until it gets corrected
Read a lot about it. It seems that CM7 is not the only ROM with this issue. It seems to be kernel related.
So could you guys recommend me an alternate kernel, which doesn't suffer from the answer delay bug, but has all the functionalities to run cm7 as it runs with the standard cm kernel? I read that couttstech and thalamus kernel aren't faced with that bug but they offer additional energy drain functions i suppose i don't need.

camera issue on defy cm7

Hello.
I have had this issue before and got the solution from one of the android forums but cant seem to find it again. I have the defy on cm7 and have the issue when I try use the camera it crashes.
Does anyone know how I fix this? Was it something to do with Wi-Fi and rebooting?
Thanks,
John
Hi John,
nearly one year later: Did you find the solution again.
My Defy decided that it might be fun to have that problem too...
Camera is crashing quite often but not always when in use.
I got a rooted Defy with Maniacs latest CM7 mod. Tried different camera apps as well...
Any ideas?

Q: Do you have issues with waking up phone with your ROM?

ever since I rooted my phone and flashed roms, I have had issues waking up my phone with the center hard button. I have had to click the power button. Anyone know any fixes to this? Or is it just an issue with the ROM and the developers have to fix it?
thanks
Yeah, it is a known issue and I'm sure it will be fixed in the future. I have the same problem with cm10.
It's an issue across all AOSP ROMs running 4.1.2. The issue is nonexistent on 4.2.1.

[Q] Randomly getting no service

I've been using CM10 for a while now, so that's what I'm on. Usually using Erickwill's nightlies - currently 12/06. And yet lately, my service will just go out. I mean, completely randomly, as far as I can tell. I haven't been able to pin it down to any possible cause. As far as radios go, I've been switching between UVLH1 and UVLI1, but that hasn't helped. It's really frustrating because rebooting won't help, so I have to reflash.
Can anyone think of what might cause this? I realize this is a tough question to answer with so many possible variables, but I'm just wondering if anyone has seen/heard of this and/or can think of any possible causes and what I can do about it. Thanks.
Edit: I just toggled 2G/3G and that "seemed" to make it work. I wonder if that could be the reason.

Vibration logging app?

Does anyone know of a vibration logger? I've been getting random vibrations for about the past two weeks on my GS4, and I want to know what is causing them. On a GPE rom, and have been on the same one since January. The issue just started, and I have not had it before. No settings have been changed recently. Just want to know which app or process is causing it so I can deal with it, since it (may) also be causing battery drain, although that could just be me being paranoid.
A logcat would probably be sufficient if you could find someone willing to take a look at it for you. I would suggest posting in the Better Battery Stats thread or the Insanely Better Battery Life thread about your issue. Those posters are extremely helpful and can help pin down your issue if you ask nicely.
I had a similar issue recently. Do you use chenxialong's dualboot by any chance?
Hey Guy, did you ever find a solution? I want the exact same thing.
It was probably the rom causing it, and most likely resolved by re-flashin rom or switching to a more stable rom.

Noted, thanks, but mine is stock. (it'll probably be stock till the end of time. S4 zoom)
I guess there are no apps for this. Shame :/
If you're experiencing random vibrations you may have an issue with your firmware or a rogue app.
Eliminate some apps and see if issue corrects itself or flash stock firmware.
I also run stock /rooted /no bloat and everything works the way it's supposed to.
