Radio update?

I see people talking about a radio update. Is there something I am missing? I'm running cm10, haven't seen any new radio updates since lg8. Is there a tar somewhere out there? Or a zip?

Im not aware of anythkng newer then lg8, so its safe to say, any talks of upgrading the radio is for lg8 or lower.

There was something about LH2 in the works. But no official updates yet.

Yeah I did see that, but sextape wont leak that, probably wont until we get a jb build.

Another OTA has released fellas!! looks like another radio judging by the size hook it up DocHoliday and wildchild:thumbup:

Its just a modem and maybe some light kernel update, yes it is a samsung update.

I think Samsung released UVLl4 twice. I'm curious about this myself. If you go to the UVLl4 thread in development it kinda looks like that.

Hmmm. glad i read that. on the galaxy s 2 T989 you were able to flash ATT radios/modems for those using it on ATT network. reported better speeds and coverage.

Modems are here including latest release.

If what you're asking is if you can download the modems from samsung, unfortunately you cant. They have to be pulled after applying the ota.

That would be why.... your on a JB rom, using an ics modem.... you need to read.

JB builds do not play nice with ICS modems. You need to flash a JB modem to resolve.
And for other folks, let's try not hitting noobs too hard on the head, okay?
That's one of the reasons this community has been liked as much as it is.

I stopped uaing go sms cuz i like the customization of aokp messaging app and my mms works but my sms doesnt! Wht!? Help! Im flashed to page plus so its something verizon apn related i thought, i switched my apns to verizon and it still wont send sms only mms
