*face palm* the OS that originally comes with the phone. For the HTC one V it is 4.0.3 with sense 4 (hoping that is sarcasm I can smell it.. hope the scent isn't false lol)

You're not gonna get through the day if you play a lot of games. The device also gets quite warm while playing.
Lately, HTC has not been exactly "developer friendly" so I'd say: buy the sgs3 or nexus 4 instead.

that can't really be answered without knowing which rom you are on, or at least aosp or sense
