Where is it located if it's not in your SD?
The default camera application (and most other camera applications that I know of) utilize a folder on the SD card, usually DCIM. If you're using a different application that allows for storage elsewhere, then check out the settings to see where it is storing the pictures.
By default, however, all images that are taken are stored on the SD card.
HTC Sync software for your PC is @ HTC's website

Hi Guys,
Can someone please tell me what our browser is called? I can't find info on it anywhere on the phone.
Also, I'm trying to import my saved bookmarks (internet favorites), and I can't find the folder where they're supposed to go.
Simple questions, but I've been searching all day and I can't find the answers.
Thanks!

Are you asking what the browser is named in places like the apps list? On our phones it's called "Web".
Sent from my SGH-T989 using xda premium
The browser is called "Web"
Menu > Settings > Applications > Manage Applications select "all" tab and scroll down to Web
The favorites data is stored on your internal SD at:
/data/data/com.android.browser/shared_prefs/BrowserBookmarksPage.xml
Thanks for the replies.
I know it's called web on the phone, but what is the program itself called? (Opera, etc.)
I need to find a way to import my internet favorites to the phone.
I've been all over the SD card and internal storage, and I don't see
/data/data/com.android.browser/shared_prefs/BrowserBookmarksPage.xml
Yet, my browser has the default bookmarks.
Has anyone been able to import bookmarks from a computer to the phone? If so, how?
TIA
The broswer is just the Android built in browser. the ICS browser has the ability to sync to your google account (not just the chrome app, the actual built in ICS browser).
IDK if you can with the built in browser, but if you want bookmark sync, download Firefox from the market, and sync with your computer's browser.
Saw this on another forum. I haven't tried it.
1. Export them from IE.
2. Copy them to your SD card
3. Download Bookmark Importer from the Market.
4. Use above program to import.

Thanks, but only app I could find named "bookmark importer" is here,
http://www.freewarelovers.com/android/app/bookmark-importer
and it hasn't been updated in 2 yrs. Tried it anyway, wouldn't even navigate to the SD.
Been through 5 other bookmark importers from the market, not having much luck...
Greetings:
I have 16 GB of songs in my Micro SD cards located in many directories and sub-directories. Is it possible to search through the Micro SD card for a specific song and delete it from the phone? I am able to use the Google search setting and find the songs but I don't see any options to delete it. I have to pull out the Micro SD plug it into my notebook and delete it using Window explorer.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Use astro or any other file manager
sent from the darkside of the galaxy
Like the above poster said any file manager will do the trick, download from the play store, but chances are you probably have something on your phone ex.

Thank you all for your help.
I try both Astro and ES file manager. I like the fastness and Astro interface but I am unable to find a way to delete the mp3 files after the search result. If I touch and hold the files two options pops up, "Open file" and "Open Directory". As opposed to the easy ES file manager, the interface is so so, the search is not as quick as Astro. But at least the delete option is there. I just need to touch, hold the files and a menu pops up with a "Delete" option.

I have two music player app on my phone. One icon with a headphone which doesn't have a delete option. The other icon is a CD with a music note. This one does have the delete option. However, I think that it just removes from the playlist but not deletes the files. Because I do a search after the deletion and the file is still there.
Use storage analyser, available for free in the market. It scans all storage locations and will order them according to size making it easy to find the largest folders and files. It has a very simple and easy to use interface and allows deleting within. It will be good for deleting those mp3's and also for tracking your storage, so that you don't end up with too much garbage clogging up your sd cards.
Hello,
do you have any idea how I can move the navigon maps and music from amazon to ext.SD card.
I dont want to move the app just the data's .... maybe later also some data of games ?
I have rooted and found directbind, but I'm thinking it is for apps to ext.sd card ?
best regards huggy
I think that Directory Bind will do exactly what you want.
Nope, tried it on jellybean (iconia tablet) and doesn't work. Tried manually hacking the xml config file to point to a copy of the data on ext SD, but the app just changes it back again!
If you don't want bloatware hogging storage try map factor navigator, much leaner, faster and option to move data to ext SD, can also use TomTom maps if you wish to pay, also their tech support is very good.

I have searched for the answer to this question and cannot find it, so excuse me if it has been answered somewhere else before. I have my 2013 Nexus 7 16gb and I have alot of word documents and pdfs stored on a flash drive. I also have Officesuite App installed on my tablet. However it is only reading the internal storage of the Nexus, is there anyway that I can direct it to read the flashdrive or any other app that I can download to accomplish this? I really do not want to transfer the files to my tablet as some of them are quite large and I dont want to use up the internal memory
You can use a cloud service like onedrive or Google drive so you can view it on any device.
Assuming the Office App advertises itself to open those type of files, you should be able to open them from any file manager (I use Total Commander) and you should be prompted with a list of programs capable of opening that type of file, then choose your office program....

I personally use OneDrive/Sky drive, Google Drive, and Dropbox... Not because I need all three but because I create a huge amount of documentation and I am unorganized. You never have to actually transfer stuff this way because you just save it in a replicated folder and it shows up everywhere.
IMO, the least practical is probably OneDrive, since it is generally confusing when/if you ever access it through the web.
