Hey Guys
I installed CMW 10.1 today and it is great .However i have an issue.
My phone cant find the sdcard . No matter what i do , it wont find it. :crying:
I have tried connecting the usb when it boots but it doenst work. :crying:
Plz guys u are Pros so tell what to do !!!!!!

Is a known uncommon issue, PecanCM, the developer, is looking into it.. Check the last 3 pages from the thread and you'll see...

In Settings → About the phone → Build number → Press seven times the "You are now developer"
Settings → Developer Options → USB Debugging [check]

Yes i have same problem, just follow the cm10.1 thread and wait for the test build. From my calculation it should come out tomorrow.

that test build isn't for sd,
I had this problem too. But only with a 4gb SanDisk sd card. I took my tablet's 2gb Kingston sd card and it worked. Then i took my camera's 4gb Kingston sd card and it also worked. Maybe the problem is only with SanDisk sd cards?
I have an 8 GB Sandisk Ultra and never had that problem on any previous release of CM10.1

Hi to everybody!
I've a little problem with my artemis (with wm6)
I flashed the memory withouth remouving the sd card (1gb) and now the pda doesn't see it.
I tried everything,soft and hard reset,system upgrade and patch but nothing work...
Please someone help me!

is that a sdhc card you are using? look for the sdhc patch, in case the rom u use doesnt have it integrated!

I hav already tried to reflash with no success and now i use the patch fot sd corrupted and still doesn't work..
it's not sdhc,i tried that patch 2 hours ago..

along time ago.. when i have a nokia mobile (N-gage) a similar problem happened to me.
just a suggest.
try to open it by a vard reader and repartition it. and formatted with fat32
don't know if it works.
some say this worked with them
Make a registry change: hklm>>>drivers>>>SDclass>>>disablepowermanagement: 0. (change this for 1, soft reset and try again...)
ok..something strange is happened so i have to say a long story.
This summer i had a normal nokia with that 1gb sd card but it finished into the sea so i had to change it but i keep the card.
when i tried it in the p3300 it worked but it was full of old stuff so i touch "delete memory" thinking it was referred to the sd.After that the artemis didn't read nothing:mine old 1 gb card and the 512mg card i find in the premium package.
After the uptade to wm6 i just tried mine 1gb card and then ask for suggestion in this forum.
I have just tried the other card,512mb and it works!
So,can i say that is the 1gb card that in doesn't work? (remember that it is finished into the sea..)

I've that Camera bug ... it works (photo&video) but i cannot take a picture or record a video ... its telling me
that i have to insert a SDCARD even tow i have one inserted & i can see all my stuff on it and works very well

Actually it looks loke SDCARD bug not a camera one ....so that i cannot download to my phone or send to it via bluetooth any thing
so whats the solution..??

try unmounting and remounting SD card from storage settings
or else buy a new one

Did you unmount and remount again? Try inserting a different SD card. And pray to god your SD card slot is all right :angel:

using micromax a1 past 1 month and this is the only issue i have ..... randomly at times im not able to write data on micro sd card ..... means not able to store clicked pictures , delete/edit content , download content from whatsapp etc , worst part is that it happens without any warning or notification , due to which i lose many pics thinking that i have clicked them but not .... when i open quickpic ( gallery app ) it shows toast notification - "not an error (code 0): could not open the database in read/write mode" , googled the error and found that it is an issue in kitkat , btw im using everything stock ,locked bootloader , non-rooted . i didn't find any proper solution to this.
Any help ?
P.S - problem disappears after a reboot but again comes back after few hours , tried resetting sd card ..... works fine in othe mobile/PC ....

Nope, said to flash you with stock rom using sp flash tool, lollipop update will be in the last week of January

is bootloader needed to be unlocked to use sp flash tool ?if thats so , then i will wait for cm12 beta 2 , why to go with inferior rom ....

make sure you have the reuqired drivers installed, just see youtube tutorials, you will get an idea on in this A1 forum, hit thanks if i helped you
I have the exact same problems and i tried using diffrent sd cards but its no use. I know lollipop will fix this issue because google said its bringing back support for sd cards in android 5. Till then i dont know how i can fix this issue. Btw i am on ART runtime . is that causing this problem or will flashing another stock rom work ? Please help.
SD Card Issue
My friend had the same issue with his A1, and I being his "go to guy", I did factory reset, factory reset from recovery mode, installed stock rom again but none of this worked. Finally, i replaced his SD card with mine and tried to click a photo and voila it worked. So morale of the story, buy a new SD card.
Please, every time i save music ( mp3 ) and videos there still ok, but if i restart the tablet all of them gets corrupted, with a strange symbol at the beginning. ... see pictures please...
I haved change buyed 2 sd card all ready. . Class 10..but the same.
The tablet is rooted. ...
