I did a factory reset of my rooted GN2 via TWRP recovery. When it came back up, everything was in Polish and I can't figure out how to get it back to English. Can anyone help?

Hello i flashed nbd 9.1 on my wizard and after the installation everything seemed to work fine but... the screen is stuck on the start up screen.
anyone willing to help? =]
I'm assuming you own a wizard. Put your device in bootloader mode then try to flash back to the factory rom that your device was originally shipped with. Also you should post more information such as device name and type, IPL/SPL etc.
thank you
ill try that right now and sorry im kinda a beginner to this. Also is there anywhere in this forum where i can get the factory rom?
my
IPL: 1.01
SPL: 2.25
Hello everybody,
I tried to flash my phone with the Bell UI beta 2 from here:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=445372
That didn't work because I got the error message INVALID MODEL ID, then I made a little bit of research and found this link: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=409425 it explains how to bypass the INVALID MODEL ID problem, so I reconfigured the ROM and flashed it. Everything seemed to work fine when I flashed it, then after flashing I tried to boot the phone but it's stuck at the "touch diamond" startup screen. I'm able to get into the bootloader and I've already tried to hardreset multiple times with no success. I've got a DIAM100 with SPL-1.40.Olinex.
Now is there anyway of fixing this? Or do I have to send it in?
Looking forward to hearing from you,
Thanks!
not an expert on this, but just a couple things to note..
1) if you can enter bootloader, then you haven't bricked your device.. might want to change the post title..
2) have you tried flashing back to your stock ROM?

Is it really bricked ?
ok try that :
Start your phone and maintain Vol Down,
you should enter in bootloader mode, so just try to flash with another rom.

well any joy?
Since you can power on the device it is not really bricked I guess, cause last time I bricked mine, the power didn't even go on...
Guess you should just try another ROM
it's not as bad, as you think (hopefully):
-enter in bootloader mode (as suggested above)
-u'll see the colored screen with USB written on its lower side
- onnect it to your pc with USB cable
- start flashing a working rom in a normal way
it should work!
hey guys you are awesome! I didn't know that you can flash your device within the bootloader! I've now reflashed with a never bell version and it works great! Bell is really smooth TF3D could learn something from pointui ^^
Thanks alot!
Regards
I think we're done here!

Where did you get "unsupport dev_type"
Do you have a completly stock rom?
The best thing is to flash a full stock un rooted rom and start from scratch.
It sounds like you tried to Do a kies update from a custom rom? Knowing what you were doing when the issue started would be very helpful.
From your other threads response i have an additional question:
What device are you using (im guessing a D2SPR since your in the sprint S3 forum, but i want to make sure) and what is the filename of the rom you are trying to flash?
Hey guys, basically, i'm new-ish to flashing, but i was able to do it following all instructions. Yesterday i installed an s5 theme from this site that caused my phone to have problems such as the wifi not working. I was reading that flashing a custom kernel might help, it didn't.
So i woke up, entered my TWRP custom recovery and stupidly factory wiped everything, now my phone wont get past the 'Samsung galaxy s III' screen, it just stays there. I have no idea what to do, i'm dumb enough not to make a recovery file before i started all this so i've ****ed up there.
If anyone can help me get my phone back i'll be extremely happy, i just want it working again! I have work in a few hours and really hope to fix it before then! Any help is appreciated.
well i posted this for someone else who wiped their phone, maybe it would help you. OR i got it all wrong. lol (i know, not so funny).
can you take your ext.sd card , put in different phone, download a ROM and whatever else you need. then place ext.sd card back in your phone and flash away? IDK, might work.
good luck.
err on the side of kindness
What mrrocketdog said, and you can flash a ROM with S5 theme already built in.. If you just want it back to stock, flash newest firmware for your device with Odin
Hi,
a friend of mine had an issue with his Gnote 3 Neo (N7505XEF). Restart again and again and again.
I saw it and I said that I was able to fix it.
Went to recovery, wipe data/cache.
Reboot, and phone starts an update of sytem.
Before the end, bootloop on "galaxy note 3 lite" screen. Noway to have "samsung" bootanimation.
I ask him if he had installed an app recently. No for 4/5 days, and no issue since.
An OTA came sometimes ago and no issue with it.
So, I took his phone and expect to flash a stock firmware with odin. That what I've done with latest french firmware (5.1.1)
Reboot and.... bootloop
Sometimes, bootanimation "samsung" appears but doesn't go to the end of process, and restart the phone in "galaxy note 3 lite".
I wiped everything, test some others firmwares from 4.4.2 to 5.1.1.
I can always enter recovery and download mode, but the issue is usually the same, bootanimation doesn't finish.
I search everywhere but found nothing.
I remember with my old Gnote 2 that I had to install stock recovery once to solve a starting problem, but here, I can enter recovery, so I don't think that it is the same error.
Perhaps a kernel issue? I don't know, and I can't find them on the web!!
The phone has always been full stock, with no tweaks (root, custom recovery or rom....) The issue arrives without any signs. Hardware problem? Perhaps, but never been drown or wet....
What do you think I can do to solve this? Cause at the moment, I don't see haw I can!!
Thanks for all.
Yoh from France.
Excuse my bad english.
Keep trying and making a factory reset could help after installing a new rom. But I can't see more things.
Excuse my english, I'm french
