Running on AOKP Resurrection remix 4.2.1, just received my Sony MW 600 and i must to say that the earphone was terrible so i place my beats and yes its a huge improvement both in voice call and sound of music, vocal, midrange and bass....in this ROM there is a menu to set up so it make more pleasure
or nokia BH-503
Απ: [Q] best stereo bluetooth headphone?
If you pick mw600 you MUST replace these terrible earsets with another and everything is ok.

MW600 is terrible, poor quality sound and low volume even with beats earphones and it was designed by a blind monkey!
Nokia BH -500 or Nokia BH -214 are far superior!

I did change, tried with good Sony earphones and beats earphones.
If you have only ever heard the MW600 then you might not realise how bad they are but i have both the Nokia ones i mentioned and they are much, much better!
The design of the MW600 is also very bad, that volume slider is terrible, never works when you want it to and you can't not touch it when you don't want to like changing track or ff/rw.
It drove me mad:banghead:

Don't know the difference between S9 and S9 HD but was using dirt ones and they were really nice for biking. Quite comfortable headset, just mic could be better noise canceling. Anyway - what's the difference?

Differences are
1. s9 is not handle sweat like s9 -HD
2. Control buttons are easy to use not like s9.
3. SRS WOW option is there in s9 -HD it increase bass and audio quality.
4. s9-HD comes with extra earbuds so we can change them to best FIT.
5. Battery LIFE even i tested this it stands for nearly 5 to 6 hours of playback
before couple of months i tested s9 from my friend sound was good but after hearing from s9-HD it eats s9.

Does anyone know of a headphone adapter with control buttons on it that works with the galaxy note?
I want to be able to skip tracks and change volume while jogging.
I am looking for an adapter that will work with any headphones rather than headphones with built-in controls.
I have seen plenty advertised as working with iphones, but nothing specifically for android.

In general, the headphone with mic and controllers branded "for iphone" work also for android. Of course, it is a bit risky.

you can try the Sony Ericsson MW 600 bluetooth, it does what you are asking for and can work with any headphones.
Unfortunately reliability is a little suspect, after a few months of use mine quite simply... died

QFT. Having previously wired custom iphone headsets (and seen other posts regarding it), they will not work on android.
Buy a single-button iphone headset and Headphone Control (or jays headphone app) from the market.
Seriously though, the DAC on the GNote is bad enough that the Bluetooth audio was really not much worse than the headphone out. And I'm an audiophile
Finally please be aware that even though headsets will be marketed as compatible with both only the center button will work. You need Android specific volume controls
Maybe this is not answer you looking for,
But i'm using Poweramp apps and i can use gnote included headset's buttons to control volume, skip track or stop player.
any of the bluetooth solutions work well. I have the sony MW600 and also a pair of sennheiser BT headphones and both have headphone based volume, as well as buttons for pause, fwd, rewind.
just keep the device on max vol and adjust your headphone volume with the buttons.
there is also the new apt-x samsung dongle (hs3000? 300?) but unfortunately the note doesnt support apt-x (yet?)
Jabra BT3030
I use the above mentioned Jabra and it works like a charm...
Thanks everyone for your advice. The jabra bt3030 arrived today (25 euros delivered on ebay in Spain). Just went out for my first jog with it and it worked perfectly. The great thing about this solution is I can use the headphones of my choice.

I agree with this sentiment. I was lucky enough to get them for free when Verizon made a mistake in the mobile app, listing them as free one month. Battery life is awesome. Sound quality is superb!

Hey guys,
i love the stock in ear headphones but i'm struggling as to why samsung and apple can do remote control but HTC seem to only have 1 button!
I'd like to control volume, and also skip songs and go back, etc.
Anyone got any recommendations of headphones and how to get that functionality?
Cheers

Hi,
It will be hard to find an headphone with the remote control.I see the Beats headphones made for the HTC Sensation,it have 3 buttons specially made for HTC Devices. You also have the official HTC headphone with 3 buttons on the htc accessory website.
Most of others headphones on the market will be for Apple devices,it have 3 buttons but only the "accept/reject call" work on the One.
If I had to recommend you a good one,try the v-moda m80 silver(Smaller) or the V-moda m100(Bigger).it looks great with the One with some silver metal builds quality. The sound quality is great even you 're listening hip hop music or classical. It comes with 2 cable:1 for the Apple devices and 1 for Android devices(just with 1 mic button) and it's kevlar made, very hard to break
Look for :v-moda crossfade M-80 white overview, review on Youtube for the official videos
By the way, there is also an app called:"headset button controller" on google play store,it was great and I used it on my old HTC models, but didn't try on the One.You can assign some function on one button like double/triple press or holding.

yes a little pricey (I believe around $170) but they're bluetooth, meant for working out but sound amazing, ~8 hour battery life, lifetime sweat warranty (emphasis on working out), and best part...no chord attached to your device(s)

Fry's has these for $140 this weekend. I'm trying really hard to resist. That's more than I've spent on what I consider my audiophile headphones.
I already have the Plantronics BackBeat GO, which has a similar form factor. They fit well, are mostly inconspicuous, and have good audio for a non-AptX headset. However the 3 hour battery life and lack of multi pairing are keeping me from putting them on unless I'm doing something where the cord gets in the way (for me, mostly lab work). I considered the LG Tone+, but I think they look doofy and I question the quality of the earbuds.
Friends, suggest me suitable blue tooth headphones that will suit MiA1 phone.

Depends on your budget.
Some good brands:
LG
Sony
Bose
Currently i am using mi wireless headphones, sound quality, battery backup, build quality good and don't fall wile running, i purchased for 1400 inr from banggood
By suitable, i think OP refers to audio hissing bug. its already known that low impedance phones will have audio hissing ( i own BT phones from JBL and the hissing is terrible ).
I have a few pairs of Bluetooth headphones, but at the moment I use these ones from Proxelle. Cheap, lightweigth, sweatproof and sound quality is good. Battery lasts 5 hours (more or less).
https://www.amazon.com/Proxelle-Blu...=UTF8&qid=1522242138&sr=8-1&keywords=proxelle
For comparison, I also have the Plantronics Backbeat Pro, a good competitor in the best bluetooth headphones category.

My 10 cents

Its relatively cheap, has great sound, is lightweight and comfortable.

Strange how no one mentioned KZ, in my opinion KZ is great bang for the buck brand. They are not bluetooth type right from the box, but you can buy bluetooth module and make it wireless. I owned KZ ES4 and KZ ZSR, both of them are great but I recommend you get ZSR, for around $20. (+$8 for bluetooth module) you can't find better earphones.
https://www.gearbest.com/earbud-headphones/pp_1512920.html?wid=1433363
and bluetooth module (can get you around 3-4 hours of play time)
https://www.gearbest.com/earbud-headphones/pp_712247.html?wid=1433363
So in total of just under $30 you will get triple driver bluetooth earphones with awesome sound and build quality

Razer's Hammerhead BT headphones work great with the OP7P. No lag, great audio (which is better than when they were paired to my Razer Phone 2 where there was noticeable audio lag)

I've bought 3 pair of solo 3 beats 29.00 ,41.00 , 42.00 you just have to keep eye out for style you like headband is all the beats needed anything Bluetooth 5.0 is good stay away from old used stuff (2018 or before) unless you can change battery out powerbeats 3 I have paid 12.00 put 8.00 battery in easy good luck

Using Jabra Elite 65ts, completely wireless, was able to get them for 122 bucks. Well worth it. You can listen to one ear bud like ear pods BUT it has to be the right earbud. Also has a hear through feature so you can hear ambient noise (can be turned on and off) and also google assistant.
