Can't OTA after Root.. - LG Optimus G (International)

So I have downgraded me E973 bell to the LGE973AT-00-V10f-BELL-CA-OCT-24-2012 0.. I did the root and everything worked fine. I freegeed the phone.. And I got CWM installed properly.. When I try to do the OTA from the phone it installs and says my phone is "Suspect of rooting" and cannot continue.. I also tried OTA Root Keeper to do a Temp Unroot and nothing..

Freegee is the reason.

You can OTA while rooted. Just not with an unlocked bootloader.

root KitKat

So I finally got the official KitKat uptade from LG for LG-E977 model, and the device will be completely stock. How do I root the device in KK? Towelroot, Framaroot? How do I root and unlock the bootloader after rooting, is it the same as with stock JellyBean? Thanks in advance.
edit: Neither Framaroot neither Towelroot worked, but someone suggested ioroot and it worked fine. Link:

After this, just download SuperSU from Play Store and then Freegee to install stock CWM recovery.

No OTA will remove root or brick your phone if you have twrp installed
Flash 10n kdz and reroot using purpledrake

Or flash any other version (V10A,B,C ...), then OTA to V10n and root.

LG Optimus G E975 4.4.2- Available Root Methods?

Root @KK 4.4.2 v20c
Hi,
what are the working ways of rooting LG Optimus G E975 running on the official Android 4.4.2 v20c (Poland: Play)?
Towelroot
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2783157.
This is what I used to root my phone.
Towelroot does not work
It says "This phone isn't currently supported"
Stump root worked for me

Me too, on the latest stock KK 4.4.2 EURO 20B built using Stump's brute force option and waiting a few mins, then restarting the device.
So happy to finally have root back
