Themes??

Will there ever be any other themes for the starburst rom?

I was just thinking the same thing!

What are you guys looking for, particularly? I've got 3 themes compatible with Starburst.
ObsidianRed, ICS Theme, and Ciano Theme.

And ive used all 3 of your themes. You do GREAT work especially on your ICS theme...just remember with the evo there were ALOT more choices for themes. Any chance you are working on a honeycomb theme or are all the developers over honeycomb?? TIA Overstew!

Maybe you can help me out. Downliaded xda app running on stock epic touch, allows me to send text only when responding to forum, trying to upload screen shots of my phone you tap more attch image hit submit........ And nothing....... It jyst sits there. Remove images tap submit and boom it gone and posted. Any idea would be greatly THANKED..

Yes I am on xda EVERY SINGLE DAY lol and I am very familiar with Tiffs Nuthin but the honey theme. Just lookin for the honeycomb theme that was similar to one I used to have on my evo...where the status bar icons are the ones used on most tablets.

you have the options on where to post it IE this forum, tapa hosted etc? If you get those options you either have to do tapa hosted or use a link from like flickr etc to get images to display. Or you could upload from computer.

just a few ideas i had, if i knew how to make themes i wouldn't mind helping out

Just so you're aware the Black Dusk theme was updated to work on all No CIQ ROMs, have a look see if you haven't already http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1289502..I flsahed it over StarBurstv1.9 and it was running great!

I'm looking for glass theme and glass theme with shades of colors (example, transparent blue or red or green glossy)...

I sent a message to the forum administrator as the error message it gives you tells you to do so but its been 3+ months and I never heard back from the guy

Lock screen slider color

I can't remember what ROM I was using but when I got a new text message the slider on the TW lock screen was blue instead of orange and I loved it. Any clue on how to change that?

I believe you are speaking of Blazer ROM. Best ROM out there IMO.

I prefer the battery and feel of calk3 but I really loved the blue slider. Looks great with my black and white lock screen. I wannit lol

I honestly don't know all too much but it would be really simple to get it to work on Calkulins. You will just need to talk to someone slightly more educated than me. It has something to do with extracting it from the build.prop or something like that... haha as I said I don't know all too much.

I just like when there's a zip to flash problem solved lol

Touchwiz density change?

Hey guys, so I changed my LCD density, but touchwiz doesn't traditionally play nice with it, does anyone know if there's a way to alter touchwiz to change as well? If you can see in the picture there's a huge gap between my apps and dock. I cannot move apps below the line they're currently on.

I was about to post the samething, I know theres a way to do it, blackjellys new rom is tw jb and it looks really good with lower dpi. The dock divider is actually on the bottom of the dock and looks really well.
I wonder if theres a way to pull it off that rom

Why not extract the apk from that ROM? I personally don't see anything wrong with that screenshot

Was considering looking into doing that when I have a chance. And you don't see a problem with my screen shot in first post? There's a huge gap of unusable space. Just irritating if I can change it might as well I haven't been using twiz but was considering going back...

Oh yeah.just looked at it closer didn't zoom in before.I noticed it shows the home screen dots right below that widget.I would think your only option is to try that other apk. I could try missing the layouts of the stock one but I'm pretty sure that's exactly what that other one has.

Blackjellys rom has those dots under the dock instead of the top, it looks really goodb with low dpi. I wanna find out how thats done.

Try a touchwiz whit 5x4 grid.. or even 6x4 if there is one..

App settings
I found a solution to the question at hand.. Download the xposed module "App settings" and change the touchwiz home dpi back to stock and you're good to go!

On jellybomb nothing happens but i think its because he has the aosp locksreen. I will try it on my wifes stock phone and report.
I did notice that if i choose blue in the settings it says "Green" outside. If i choose light blue then outside it says "SIM card"
Edit: pretty much all options show the wrong text on the settings. Waiting to test on my wife's.

Hmm I flashed this and I noticed that it adds like a reddish haze to my lock screen. Is it supposed to do that?
Also, is the whole screen supposed to flash the chosen color when unlocking?

I haven't seen the reddish haze but I do get the whole screen color every once in a while

Yeah i noticed the haze on a dark wallpaper, but when i changed my wallpaper to a lighter color it went away. also i get entire screen turning the ink color when you move your finger really fast. Dang i cant take a screen shot of my lock screen, palm swipe isn't working on lock screen,

Ha that was my bad changed the wallpaper and noticed it

Spiderman note 2 theme - v1 posted

Edit: Well its happening. Attaching latest version. Spidernote 2 has custom lidroid toggles , vibrate icon, alarm clock, 3/4g icons, wifi icon, signal bars, and battery. Please keep in mind I have only tested install over swamp monster 2.3 w/ wicked sensations 2.3 theme (favorite gn2 rom and theme!). Will continue working. I am going to add in some wallpapers and other things going forward. Feedback is greatly appreciated!

Was debating on porting over my spiderman theme I made for the HTC one. The wifi icon and the signal bars transferred over fairly well, but can't say the same for the battery. If enough people show interested I will redesign the battery icon to work with the note 2 resolution / DPI . Otherwise I'll just make some other icons to complement the wicked sensations theme. Trying to hold out on the note 2 for a while after the issues I had with the note 3 that I ended up returning.
The picture with the spider battery with the DPI for system UI at 320 ( I personally run at 265). Anything lower than 320 makes the number just plain unreadable for the percentage. I am just using the blue speedo battery til I decide what to do. The zip file attached is for the wifi and signal bars. They seem to look just fine with the 265 DPI. I edited one of the wifi and signal bar downloads from the kuban updater in swampmonster as a base. Any feedback appreciated.

Ok. Well with my work schedule being hectic I will try and put some stuff together in my free time. I recommited to the note 2 after selling my htc one and the note 3 having issues with signal and sound. I ordered my Zerolemon rugged case and tempered glass screen protector so I think I building a theme is in order. On this thing til at least mid next year. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Might have to do something besides a spider for the battery considering the dpi restraints on the icon.

I loved this phone from day one nothing has been released that catches my eye maybe the note 3 but I dont think its worth an upgrade since my note 2 is only 9 months old. So I have no problem waiting am not going anywhere for a long time. Thanks thanks in advance for your time and work

Ok... so here I go
I spent about 20 minutes figuring out where the icons and rest of the things I am trying to change are located. It's not all exactly the same as the one. I am going to try and see if i can get confirmation from someone that I am finding all the correct spots. I have ideas but rather not spend time editing the wrong icons and redoing them like i did with the HTC one for a while. I always loved the note 2 but loved the screen on the one. I tried the note 3 but it had some serious issues. So now the 2 with some tweaked dpi settings and zero lemon battery

some stuff i threw together today
Made a custom vibrate icon. I also edited the quick toggles in lidroid toggles to have webs behind the icon when they are toggled on only. I made different icons for the different sound/notification modes as well. I am going to continue editing stuff before I post another flashable zip. Right now I only have tested my files on this rom / theme combination:
Swamp Monster v2.3 w/ wicked sensations theme v 2.3

v1 is live
version 1 is live. Any ideas on what to mod next?

Looking good is there away to choose which individual icons you want im loving the spider man vibrate. Am try trying to blend it into my already red and black foreverloco's theme

The attached file has the vibrate icon, silent icon , 3g and 4g icons, and the lidroid toggles for the the different sound modes, and the alarm clock with venom in the center. Sorry for the delay, if you need something else let me know.
