I have a rooted Incredible and I have some issues with it right now, i tried to restore the backup i created and i get an error, i have wipped everything from the phone and i cant get it to reset to factory. Any ways to help out with this?
What issues are you having? If all you did was root the phone and that was all, i highly doubt that the issues are because of root.
i attempted to install vanilla skyraider, i backed up the orginal skyraider and now when i tried to restore the skyraider backup i get a error
Please help me, I have messed up my phone pretty bad. When I rebot my phone it goes through the normal process (Skyraider is the ROM I am using) and after the boot is finished it should proceed to the home screen but instead it takes me to a screen that has the Andoriod Logo and says tough andriod to begin, the catch is when i touch the logo nothing happens. I have attempted to factory reset to aviod the screen but i still get it back! Please help! Im in need!!

You don't have a functioning backup? Then I would try wiping everything (wipe data/factory reset, cache and dalvik cache), re-downloading and flashing the ROM (any of your choice), the file might have been corrupted some how. Good luck
I had a backup and when i went to restore it through clorkworkmod recovery it doesnt work and i dont understand why,
My phone is at "Encryption failed" screen and does not respond when I click the "reset device" button.
This just randomly appeared. My phone ran out of battery last night and I was able to turn it back on after charging it and use it perfectly fine. I left it to charge overnight and when I woke up the screen was stuck at the "SAMSUNG" logo and after I reset it, I got the "Encryption failed" message.
I rooted my phone through root66 via Odin about a month ago and have not tinkered with it since. It has been working perfectly fine. I did not flash any other custom ROMs, only rooted it.
I am able to enter recovery mode and download mode.
I tried flashing stock ROM via Odin and it fails.
I tried "wipe data/factory reset" in recovery mode and it just get "Encryption failed" again.
PLEASE HELP!
My Friend's Galaxy Nexus boots up into CyanogenMOD for 40-50 seconds and then suddenly the phone starts rebooting. After the reboot, it again boots up and again reboots, this goes on untill the battery gets completely drained.
I tried to Wipe System, Data, Cache, but TWRP doesnt do anything. Also i tried to update TWRP via fastboot, though the CMD terminal says its updated still no luck as it is stuck with the previous version of TWRP. Also tried flashing CWM but yet again no luck with it. Same Error
I tried to use ODIN and flashed stock ROM! Still no luck! Anyone having solution to this problem? Phone always boots up for 40-50 seconds!
Hello, my phone htc m8 is stuck on decryption unsuccessful and reboots. I have searched the forums and tried everything so far. So first of all the phone is stock with no mods. I have tried to go in the fastboot menu and tried to do a factory reset, nothing happens and it cycles to the decrypt phone. I have also tried to use the recovery and again it boots up to the same menu. I have downloaded the RUU and have tried to restore that way using the fastboot, as soon as it reboots and says waiting for bootloader it resets to the same decrypt screen and the status on the RUU says it cannot connect to phone. So if anyone has any advice that could help that would be great thanks!
Hi all. I have a problem with my tab 3. It just keeps rebooting. I have checked the battery and looks OK.
I have tried resetting in Android but does nothing.
I have tried fro recovery and it completes but does not reset anything.
Have tried re flashing rom in Odin with stock and completes and says pass however when it reboots it has changed nothing all the apps and settings still there. Anyone had a similar problem? Any advice appreciated.
