Data monitor in PACrom - Samsung Captivate Glide

So I updated to jb pacrom and there seems to be no way to get to a data monitor/usage meter. I know where it is supposed to be (it was there in ics and on my bro's gnex) but it isn't there.
If someone could point me in the right direction that would be great

Help please?
Thegreatergood, do you have any idea what's up with this or how to fix it?

It won't even give me the option to download it, it just says it's not compatible with my version

I downloaded it but it didn't work. To my knowledge no data monitor is supposed to work in jelly bean right? I thought it was only the native one built into the settings, but that's not even in this ROM for some reason
Sent from my Captivate Glide on Dman's PAC-rom

Hmmm ill look more into it. Mine does not have the native moniter either.
EDIT: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1892786
This might be something to look into?

Jelly Bean ROM?

I'm trying to decide which JB ROM to install onto my E4GT... The candidates are:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1812078 (AOSP Jelly Bean)
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1810315&highlight=alpha5 (CM10)
They're both in the alpha development phase, but I want to know which is "smoother" (i.e. which has fewer bugs, and can be better used as a daily driver).
Any help would be appreciated.
I personally like the AOSP jelly bean better
And don't let the Alpha tag fool you.. It surely doesn't run as an alpha
I would recommend to make sure you do a CLEAN wipe and get a gps lock before you flash it though.. Helps makes things a lot smoother

You go into your Google maps (that's if you use it) turn on your gps and let it get a lock on your location
Say if you where getting directions from where you are (home-my location ).. That's a gps lock

They are the same basic rom and will have the same bugs. CM10 for our device is based off of sbrissen's aosp build.

If you are rooted with a.custom recovery you should be fine
I'm on cm10, have been for three weeks. Its definitely been the best experience with my phone. So much fun. Still, nothing touches how well your phone works with GB. Go for cm10 )

My vote goes for CM10. The battery life is the only down side so far. They will work on tweaking settings later (for battery life, etc). Right now they are working on fixing bugs. I am currently running 5.2 and it is smooth and stable.
Good luck!
I really want a touchwiz JB from. I actually enjoy touchwiz

I'm still on GB, but post 151 in this thread: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1558337 says it works on JB CM10. Let me know if it works for you, as that is one of the things that is holding me back from switching to JB.

Is there a Jelly Bean ROM for Rogers users?

Hi,
Is there a Jelly Bean ROM that work for Rogers users?
Thanks.

EOS jelly bean? Dont see that anywhere.
Paranoidandroid and aokp and cm10 all work great minus the lte icon they are all in the original development section

Personally I've been happy with Slim Bean 2.5. Runs quick and gave me a nice improvement in battery consumption and snappiness compared to stock ROM.
if you do not want to use an aosp based rom you can flash one of the tw jb roms...i know mine works on rogers because one of my teammates has rogers and uses it

From what I can tell, the CM10 nightlies are more than stable.
I could be mistaken.

Check in the Android Original sub forum. Both CM10 and AOKP are more then stable.

I can confirm this for CM10. Been running for a few days now and haven't had a single problem. Plan on running it for awhile - or until I get antsy to test out another rom

[Q] Most stable rom?

What is the most stable rom to flash on this phone?
That's a trick question there are numerous stable roms. Do you want jb, ics, gingerbread?

Check out the dev thread there are a few good roms floating around for jb.

I have tried some of them, but which one is the best? Because I don't think I'd want to flash all of them.

^^^^ this.
And besides, most of the available Roms are equally stable / very soon to be stable.
Do a good flash, making sure to wait a while right after flashing, and all will be good.

You need Jedi Jelly 6. Its a Samsung Touchwiz ROM. I have had nothing but smooth performance.

I've really been enjoying the AOKP Jellybean. There are some minor issues with bugs being worked out with the nightlies, but overall it's dope!
I've been on CM 10.1 nightly 03/23 since that day and it's really nice. Everything works smoothly and CM is a pleasure.

I second this one. Jedi Jelly 6 is very smooth. My only issue with it is that it's based off of a leaked AT&T ROM.
I believe ptmr3 (the dev) is working on a new version that is based on the recent 4.1.2 release specifically for the SGH-T989.
I switched to an AOSP based ROM and I'm never looking back despite wifi calling being a cool feature, but I never used it. Anyway, I've been using 2.2 Slimstars which was pretty great. The updates seemed to be a little unstable like the camera not working. Is the new one, 4.12 pretty much fixed? And are there many changes with 4.2.2? I may try PACman. How's that stability wise? Stability and speed (I just want it to work without waiting you know?) are priorities.
ptmr3's Jedi Mind Trick JB 2.1 is by the the fastest and smoothest and glitch free rom out there
I have tried almost all roms of the ICS and JB flavour
personally I do not like non touchwiz roms
and all CM and AOKP 4.2 roms do not support MHL output or Bluetooth mouse properly
everything seems to work on JMT except for OP known issues

Rom differences?

Been running lifeless ever since I got my phone. Im looking to switch to AOSP but cant figure out for the life of me the difference or determine which is best or more usable..
ChameleonOS
Eos 4.0 -- geehrc4g_spr_us
Unofficial geehrc4g_spr_us Vanilla RootBox
All have been updated today and all use the 4.2.2 and what looks like CM base. I like my phone to be usable with the most features as a daily. Battery is important as well as tweaking.
thanks for the help!
I have been using vanilla root box and there are still some issues, lifeless is working best for me still
