3.5mm to 3.5mm with MIC

Allows you to listen to music through the loud speakers in your car (useful when using the navigation) and the mic comes in handy when a call comes in!

Parrot handsfree (ck3100) and satnav

Hi all, i'm about to /buyfit a CK3100 but does anyone know if the satnav apps like copilot will route the audio instructions through the stereo ? And if so, does it mute the stereo each time it does?
Unfortunately, it doesn't. The parrot just handles audio related to phone calls. It doesn't work for navigation instructions, music and other sounds. (EDIT: Read your other post.. I've only tried navigation with Google maps so far, so I wouldn't know about any other navigation apps)
Whenever I use my Desire in the car, I hook up a cable between the headphones jack and the car stereo. This results in:
- Music from the Desire plays on the car stereo
- Navigation instructions pause music playback (in car mode)
- Traffic information broadcasts on the radio mute music playback (but do not pause it)
- Phone calls mute and pause music playback
The Parrot still has a lot better audio quality than the HTC car dock, so it has some added value. But I haven't found a way to play music or navigation instructions on the car stereo without usig a cable.

I had the same experience, however have found a workaround. I have added a plugin xCarLink iPod CD changer adaptor with an optional bluetooth module.
This allows me to connect my Desire using it for both handsfree and also A2DP bluetooth music playing. This does then pause my music or podcast if I receive a call.
I also have Copilot - this is flakey as to how it uses the bluetooth module - sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't.
Hope this helps...
hmm shame.. I'm guessing then that the only way to get sat nav through is to buy an A2DP enabled bluetooth car kit. Shame as i've got a CK3100 just sitting here which i've had for a while but never installed. The problem is if i buy another car kit, plus a charger/holder, its going to cost a small fortune.
Thanks for the info.

[Q] Force stock music equalizer selection to bluetooth audio streaming

I would like to listen to my music via bluetooth audio streaming througth my car kit (parrot mki 9000). I also like to use the stock player (it is so nice and i am bored of using poweramp).
Is there any way to force the option of equalizer selection (dolby, srs, beats audio or analog equalizer)?
i would also like to know how to do this as when using beats or srs via bluetooth i get terrible crackling noise
is there a fix for bluetooth crackling noise ?

Audio Equalizer - Phase - Time Alignment

Hi
I'm usally listen to music linking my Samsung S4 to car stereo by bluetooth or wire. My car stereo has not a great equalizer, so I prefear to set equalizer directly from my audio player (poweramp).
I'd like to know if exist any apps, plugin or media player who allows to set "Time Alignment" parameter. May be some equalizer could name it "Phase".
This parameter make a little delay in left/right speaker for getting the best listening in relations to your position inside cockpit.
How could I get this kind of function?

Toggle Audio Output

Does anyone know of a simple way to add a quick toggle tile to switch between a Bluetooth headset and the phone speakers when listening to audio? I'd like to have some easy quick setting so I can swap from listening on a headset to listening from the speakers on the phone.
